The working principle of the present invention is explained in detail below, before tearing the film, the LCD display 3 to be processed is placed on the carrier plate 2, and the LCD display 3 and the carrier plate 2 are fixed together by a clamp. The carrier plate 2 is then pushed along the chute so that the LCD display screen 3 is adjacent to the roller 6. The roller 6 can be driven to rotate by a motor, and when the roller 6 contacts with the upper end of the LCD display screen 3, the edge of the filter film is continuously scraped until the edge of the filter film is lifted upwards and separated from the LCD display screen 3. Then, the carrier plate 2 is continuously pushed in, so that the filter film is further lifted, and the upper end of the filter film gradually approaches the negative pressure tube 4. At this time, the vacuum pump is turned on again, so that negative pressure is generated at each sucker 5 to adsorb the filter membrane. At this time, the rotation shaft 8 may be continuously rotated to feed the carrier plate 2, and at the same time, the vacuum tube 4 may be rotated to wind the portion of the filter film detached from the LCD display 3 around the outer wall of the vacuum tube 4. And the roller 6 rotates at the same time, the exposed part of the LCD display screen 3 is brushed in a rolling way, and when the filter film is continuously stripped, the colloid exposed after the filter film is torn off on the LCD display screen 3 is brushed off.
Through the arrangement, the roller 6 can preliminarily peel off the filter coating, then is matched with the negative pressure pipe 4 to lift up the filter coating, and meanwhile, the negative pressure pipe 4 is used for sucking and winding the filter coating to peel off and recycle. Meanwhile, the colloid exposed after the filter film is torn off on the LCD display screen 3 is brushed off. It can be understood that, in the film tearing device of the application, stripping and recovery are carried out synchronously, recovery efficiency is higher, other devices of the LCD display screen 3 are not easy to damage, and a complete filter film can be recovered. In addition, the roller 6 can further hang off the residual colloid, thereby further saving labor.
Further, a heating resistor is embedded inside the carrier plate 2. By heating the LCD display 3, the viscosity of the gel is reduced, making the filter easier to strip.
Furthermore, a synchronous belt 7 is arranged on the supporting seat 9, the synchronous belt 7 is used for sleeving the rotating shaft 8 and the negative pressure pipe 4 together, and the outer diameter of the negative pressure pipe 4 is equal to the diameter of a reference circle of the gear 10, so that the feeding of the gear 10 and the rack 11 are synchronous with the film tearing speed.
