Claims (6)
1. A semitrailer steel coil fixing device comprises a base plate (1), wherein two symmetrically arranged bases (2) are mounted on the base plate (1), cambered surfaces (3) are arranged on opposite end faces of the two bases (2), and a steel coil (52) is fixed between the two bases (2), and the semitrailer steel coil fixing device is characterized in that a cavity (4) is formed in each base (2), a plurality of limiting support mechanisms and a plurality of adjusting limiting mechanisms are mounted in each cavity (4), and a locking mechanism matched with the adjusting limiting mechanisms is mounted on each base (2);
the limiting support mechanisms are arranged on the arc surface (3) of the base (2) in two groups, the two groups of limiting support mechanisms are located on two sides of the center of the arc surface (3), the limiting support mechanisms on the same side are arranged at equal intervals, each limiting support mechanism comprises a limiting box (5) fixed in the cavity (4), a rectangular guide sleeve (6) is fixed at the bottom of each limiting box (5), a support piece (7) is arranged in each rectangular guide sleeve (6) in a sliding mode, first pressure springs (8) are arranged on two sides of each support piece (7), the lower ends of the first pressure springs (8) are fixed at the bottom of each limiting box (5), a first extending plate (9) connected with the top end of each first pressure spring (8) is fixed on each support piece (7), and the top end of each support;
the adjusting and limiting mechanism is uniformly arranged along the axis of the cambered surface (3) of the base (2), the adjusting and limiting mechanism comprises guide rails (10) fixed on the inner walls of the two opposite sides of the base (2), slide blocks (11) are all clamped on the guide rails (10) in a sliding manner, a limiting roller (12) is arranged between the two slide blocks (11), a first opening (13) for the limiting roller (12) to extend out is formed in the base (2), a second pressure spring (14) is arranged at one end, far away from the first opening (13), of the guide rail (10), a U-shaped connecting frame (15) is further fixed between the two slide blocks (11), the other end of the second pressure spring (14) is connected with the U-shaped connecting frame (15), a winding rod (16) and a limiting shaft (17) which are horizontally arranged in parallel are further arranged in the cavity (4), the winding rod (16) is fixedly arranged in the cavity (4), a vortex spring seat (18) is fixed on the inner wall of the cavity (4), and a, one end of a limiting shaft (17) is rotatably arranged in a volute spring seat (18) and is connected with a volute spring (19), the other end of the limiting shaft (17) extends out of the base (2) and is provided with a first limiting disc (20), a steel wire (21) is fixed on the U-shaped connecting frame (15), and the steel wire (21) winds around the winding rod (16) and then is fixed on the limiting shaft (17);
locking mechanical system includes locking frame (22) and fixes two guide bar (23) on base (2) lateral wall, locking frame (22) slip suit is on guide bar (23), install screw rod (24) on base (2) lateral wall, turning handle (25) are installed to the screw rod (24) other end, be fixed with threaded sleeve pipe (26) on locking frame (22), threaded sleeve pipe (26) and screw rod (24) threaded connection, be fixed with on locking frame (22) with first spacing dish (20) complex second spacing dish (27).

The semitrailer steel coil fixing device according to claim 1, wherein the limiting roller (12) is a hollow roller, a fixing plate (29) is fixed in the limiting roller (12), a plurality of limiting sleeves (30) are fixed on the fixing plate (29), the limiting sleeves (30) are circumferentially distributed along the axis of the limiting roller (12), a shrink sleeve (31) is slidably mounted in the limiting sleeve (30), a limiting plate (32) is slidably mounted in the shrink sleeve (31), third openings (33) for the limiting plate (32) to extend out are formed in the limiting roller (12), two third pressure springs (34) are fixed at the bottom of the shrink sleeve (31), the other ends of the third pressure springs (34) are connected with the limiting plate (32), a second opening (35) corresponding to the shrink sleeve (31) is formed in the fixing plate (29), a second extension plate (36) is fixed on the shrink sleeve (31), the other end of the second extension plate (36) extends out of the second opening (35) and is provided with a tension spring (37), one end of the fixing plate (29) back to the limiting sleeve (30) is fixed with a tension spring seat (38), and the other end of the tension spring (37) is connected with the tension spring seat (38); still be equipped with conical head (39) with spacing roller (12) coaxial setting in spacing roller (12), the one end of shrink sleeve (31) back to fixed plate (29) has with conical head (39) complex inclined plane (40), coaxial being fixed with push rod (41) on conical head (39), the push rod (41) other end passes spacing roller (12) and stretches out base (2), it has first slot (42) that supply push rod (41) activity to open on base (2), be fixed with push pedal (43) that correspond with push rod (41) on locking frame (22), it has second slot (44) that supply push rod (41) activity to open on push pedal (43), push rod (41) pass second slot (44), it fixes spacing ring (45) to be located second slot (44) both sides on push rod (41).

The semitrailer steel coil fixing device according to claim 1, wherein one of the bases (2) is fixed on the base plate (1), the other base (2) is fixed with a positioning plate (46), a plurality of grooves (47) are formed in the positioning plate (46) and are arranged at equal intervals, a plurality of convex strips (48) corresponding to the grooves (47) are fixed on the base plate (1), the convex strips (48) can be clamped in the grooves (47), a plurality of first mounting holes (49) are formed in the positioning plate (46) and located in the grooves (47), a plurality of second mounting holes (50) corresponding to the first mounting holes (49) and penetrating through the base plate (1) are formed in the convex strips (48), and the positioning plate (46) and the convex strips (48) are fixedly connected through bolts (28) penetrating through the first mounting holes (49) and the second mounting holes (50).
4. The steel coil fixing device for semitrailers according to claim 1, characterized in that a binding hook (51) is fixed on the base (2).
5. The steel coil fixing device for semitrailers according to claim 1, characterized in that the top end of the supporting member (7) is an arc-shaped surface.
6. The semitrailer steel coil fixing device as claimed in claim 1, wherein the opposite end surfaces of the first limiting plate (20) and the second limiting plate (27) are of fluted disc structures in snap fit.
