The automatic ejection device of the injection mold comprises a top plate (1) and is characterized in that support columns (2) are fixedly mounted on two sides of the top plate (1), a fixed plate (3) is fixedly mounted on one side, close to each other, of the two support columns (2), a same lower mold (4) is fixedly mounted on one side, close to each other, of the two fixed plates (3), a lower mold cavity (5) is formed in the top of the lower mold (4), a sliding groove (6) is formed in the inner wall of the bottom of the lower mold cavity (5), a sealing groove (7) is formed in the bottom of the lower mold (4), the sealing groove (7) is communicated with the sliding groove (6), two sliding plates (8) are slidably mounted in the sealing groove (7), rotating plates (9) which are obliquely arranged are rotatably mounted on the two sliding plates (8), the two rotating plates (9) are hinged to each other, a rotating seat (10) is rotatably mounted at one, the top ends of the two rotating seats (10) are fixedly provided with ejector plates (11), the two sliding plates (8) are respectively provided with a fixed hole (12), the two fixed holes (12) are internally provided with the same sealing plate (13) in a sliding manner, two ends of the sealing plate (13) are respectively fixedly connected with the inner wall of one side of the corresponding sealing groove (7), one side of one supporting column (2) of the two supporting columns (2) close to the other supporting column (2) is provided with a rotating groove (14), the other supporting column (2) is provided with a rotating hole (15), the rotating hole (15) and the rotating groove (14) are rotatably provided with the same bidirectional screw rod (16), one end of the bidirectional screw rod (16) penetrates through the two sliding plates (8) and is in threaded connection with the two sliding plates (8), one side of the two supporting columns (2) close to each other is provided, connecting plates (18) are slidably mounted in the two connecting grooves (17), limiting holes (19) are formed in the two connecting plates (18), limiting rods (20) are slidably mounted in the two limiting holes (19), the top ends and the bottom ends of the limiting rods (20) are fixedly connected with the inner walls of the top and the bottom of the corresponding connecting grooves (17) respectively, one ends, close to each other, of the two connecting plates (18) extend to the outer sides of the corresponding supporting columns (2) respectively and are fixedly provided with the same upper die (21), an upper die cavity (22) is formed in the bottom of the upper die (21), the upper die cavity (22) is matched with the lower die cavity (5), sliding columns (23) are fixedly mounted at the tops of the upper die (21), threaded grooves (24) are formed in the top ends of the sliding columns (23), circular holes (25) are formed in the top plate (1), threaded rods (26) are rotatably mounted in the circular holes, and the bottom end of the threaded rod (26) extends into the threaded groove (24) and is in threaded connection with the threaded groove (24).
2. The automatic ejection device of an injection mold according to claim 1, wherein: the top fixed mounting of roof (1) has rotating electrical machines (27), and the top of threaded rod (26) extend to the top of roof (1) and with rotating electrical machines (27)'s output shaft fixed connection.

The automatic ejection device of an injection mold according to claim 1, wherein: the fixed cover in outside of threaded rod (26) is equipped with first conical gear (28), has seted up mounting hole (29) on another support column (2), and mounting rod (30) are installed to mounting hole (29) internal rotation, and the one end of mounting rod (30) extends to the outside of support column (2) and fixed mounting has second conical gear (31), and second conical gear (31) mesh mutually with first conical gear (28).

The automatic ejection device of an injection mold according to claim 1, wherein: the two-way screw rod is characterized in that outer rings of first bearings are fixedly arranged in the rotating groove (14) and the rotating hole (15), and the two-way screw rod (16) is fixedly connected with inner rings of the two first bearings.
5. The automatic ejection device of an injection mold according to claim 1, wherein: the outer side of the bidirectional screw rod (16) is engaged with a chain, and the bidirectional screw rod (16) is in transmission connection with the mounting rod (30) through the chain.

The automatic ejection device of an injection mold according to claim 1, wherein: an injection opening is formed in the top of the upper die (21), the injection opening is communicated with the upper die cavity (22), a sealing cover is hinged to the top of the upper die (21), and the sealing cover is in sealing fit with the injection opening.
7. The automatic ejection device of an injection mold according to claim 1, wherein: an outer ring of the second bearing is fixedly arranged in the round hole (25), and the threaded rod (26) is fixedly connected with an inner ring of the second bearing.
