the stirring device comprises a vertical shaft rod rotatably arranged on the bottom wall of the stirring barrel, an annular stop block arranged on the vertical shaft rod, a driving motor arranged on the outer bottom surface of the stirring barrel and used for driving the vertical shaft rod to rotate, a stirring paddle positioned in the stirring barrel and a connecting rod for connecting the vertical shaft rod and the stirring paddle, wherein the upper end of the vertical shaft rod extends upwards and is positioned above the stirring barrel, and the annular stop block is positioned above the stirring barrel;
