20-25 parts of acrylic resin, 50-60 parts of epoxy resin, 30-40 parts of polyester polyol, 2-4 parts of a flatting agent, 2-4 parts of a surface smoothing agent, 12-14 parts of fatty acid and 18-22 parts of isocyanate.
The invention relates to a release agent for producing prefabricated components of an assembly type building, which has another preferable scheme that the release agent comprises the following components in parts by weight:
22 parts of acrylic resin, 55 parts of epoxy resin, 35 parts of polyester polyol, 3 parts of a flatting agent, 3 parts of a surface smoothing agent, 13 parts of fatty acid and 20 parts of isocyanate.
In another preferred embodiment of the mold release agent for the production of prefabricated building components, the epoxy resin is bisphenol a epoxy resin or glycidyl ether epoxy resin.
According to another preferable scheme of the release agent for producing the prefabricated building components, the leveling agent is a modified polysilane leveling agent.

(3) and then adding isocyanate and the rest half of the polyester polyol, heating to 140-155 ℃, keeping the temperature for 5-10 hours under stirring, cooling and packaging.
The release agent prepared by the invention is light yellow fluid, and is coated on the inner surface of a prefabricated part production mold for 2-3 times when in use. And demolding after the prefabricated part is molded and maintained, the prefabricated part is easy to be separated, and the surfaces of the mold and the prefabricated part are smooth.

Example 1

22 parts of acrylic resin, 55 parts of epoxy resin, 35 parts of polyester polyol, 3 parts of a flatting agent, 3 parts of a surface smoothing agent, 13 parts of fatty acid and 20 parts of isocyanate.
The epoxy resin is bisphenol A epoxy resin.
The leveling agent is a modified polysilane leveling agent.
The surface slip agent is TPE slip agent.
The fatty acid is stearic acid.
The production process comprises the following steps:
(1) mixing acrylic resin, epoxy resin and polyester polyol in a half proportion at 100 ℃;
(2) then adding the flatting agent, the surface smoothing agent and the fatty acid, and fully mixing;
(3) then adding isocyanate and the rest half of the polyester polyol, heating to 150 ℃, keeping the temperature for 7 hours under stirring, cooling and packaging.

20 parts of acrylic resin, 50 parts of epoxy resin, 30 parts of polyester polyol, 2 parts of a leveling agent, 2 parts of a surface slip agent, 12 parts of fatty acid and 18 parts of isocyanate.

The leveling agent is a modified polysilane leveling agent.

The leveling agent is a modified polysilane leveling agent.
The surface slip agent is TPE slip agent.
The fatty acid is lauric acid.
The production process comprises the following steps:
(1) mixing acrylic resin, epoxy resin and polyester polyol in half proportion at 110 ℃;

(3) then adding isocyanate and the rest half of the polyester polyol, heating to 145 ℃, keeping the temperature for 8 hours under stirring, cooling and packaging.
The release agent prepared by the invention is light yellow fluid, and is coated on the inner surface of a prefabricated part production mold for 2-3 times when in use, then concrete is cast, and the prefabricated part is released after molding and maintenance, the prefabricated part is easy to release, and the mold and the surface of the prefabricated part are smooth.
