When the diameter of the pile pipe is larger, the requirement of cutting the pile pipe cannot be met by rotating the feeding turntable 8, and the water knife seat 1302 can move outwards by adjusting the installation positions of the water knife seat 1302 and the adjusting hole position 1304, namely the requirement of cutting the pile pipe with a larger pipe diameter is met.
