the polishing mechanism comprises a polishing component for polishing the furniture material and an adjusting component for adjusting the height of the polishing component; the polishing assembly comprises a housing, a wheel groove is formed in the bottom of the housing, two polishing wheels protruding out of the notch of the wheel groove are detachably arranged in the wheel groove, and a polishing belt is distributed on the wheel body of each polishing wheel; and a liquid spraying assembly is arranged in the wheel groove between the two polishing wheels and is used for spraying polishing liquid to the polishing wheels.

The polishing device for furniture production convenient for replacing the polishing belt as claimed in claim 1, wherein the polishing assembly further comprises a hanging plate arranged above the housing, the hanging plate is fixedly connected with the housing through a hanging rod, and the top of the hanging plate is hung on the adjusting assembly through a U-shaped hanging frame.

The burnishing apparatus for producing furniture and facilitating the replacement of a burnishing tape as defined in claim 2, wherein the adjusting assembly comprises a hydraulic cylinder disposed on the gantry, a piston rod of the hydraulic cylinder being vertically downward and fixedly connected to the hanger.

The polishing device for furniture production convenient for replacing the polishing belt as claimed in claim 1, wherein a connecting shaft is fixed at the rotation center of the top of each of the two polishing wheels, and a rotating shaft for driving the connecting shaft to rotate is arranged at the other end of each of the two connecting shafts.

The polishing device for furniture production with the conveniently replaced polishing belt as claimed in claim 4, wherein a first gear is fixed to the other end of each of the two rotating shafts after penetrating out of the housing, and a second gear engaged with the first gear is arranged between the first gears; and driving the two gears to rotate synchronously in the same direction by driving the gear II to rotate.
6. The polishing device for furniture production with the conveniently replaced polishing belt as claimed in claim 4, wherein each rotating shaft is provided with a slot for the corresponding connecting shaft to enter;

the top end of the connecting shaft is folded towards the center to form a reducing section, a clamping groove is formed in the reducing section, two locking rods are inserted into the rotating shaft in a threaded manner, and one ends of the two locking rods extend into the clamping groove and are fixedly provided with clamping blocks matched with the clamping groove; one of the clamping blocks is fixed with a connecting block, and the other clamping block is provided with a connecting groove matched with the connecting block.

The polishing device for furniture production convenient for polishing with replacement of polishing belt as claimed in claim 1, wherein said liquid spraying component comprises a fixed tube, a liquid conveying tube, a pipeline rotary joint, a four-way connecting tube and three flow guide tubes, one end of said fixed tube is closed and vertically fixed on the wall of said wheel groove, and the other end of said fixed tube is communicated with the input end of said pipeline rotary joint; one end of the infusion tube is communicated with the inside of the fixed tube and is used for conveying the polishing solution to the fixed tube; the output end of the pipeline rotary joint is communicated with the input end of the four-way connecting pipe, the other three output ends of the four-way connecting pipe are respectively communicated with the input ends of the three flow guide pipes, and the three flow guide pipes are inclined towards the polishing wheel.

The polishing device for furniture production with easy replacement of polishing belt as claimed in claim 9, wherein the wall of each flow guide tube near its output end is provided with a plurality of jet ports in a straight line shape, and the jet direction of the jet port on each flow guide tube and the jet directions of the jet ports on the other two flow guide tubes are always kept in the same clockwise direction;
a base block is arranged at one end, far away from the four-way connecting pipe, in each flow guide pipe, a piston is arranged in each flow guide pipe, and the piston is connected with the base block through a spring;
when the spring is not in a deformed state, the height of the base block in the vertical direction is larger than the height of all the jet flow openings in the vertical direction.
