Abstract
The invention discloses a remote-controllable electric fault indicator assembling and disassembling tool. The assembling and disassembling tool comprises a rack, a motor, a power switch, a bottom support, a sliding block, a self-locking buckle, an adapter, a starting switch, a triggering device and a circuit board. The fault indicator can be fixed inside the bottom support by utilizing the rack and the self-locking buckle, the remote control starting operation is used, the fault indicator is installed or disassembled through the transmission of the rack and the motor, the starting switch can be triggered after the wire is clamped by the triggering device, and the normal loading and unloading process is carried out under the non-remote control. The invention solves the problems of difficult loading and unloading, easy damage to equipment lines due to a mechanical pressing structure, damage to field personnel during loading and unloading and the like caused by complex field environment, can be conveniently triggered after selecting a proper loading and unloading angle and distance through remote control triggering, and ensures the loading and unloading success rate of the fault indicator.

Technical Field
The invention belongs to the field of power distribution, and particularly relates to a loading and unloading tool applied to an electrified loading and unloading fault indicator.
Background
Handling equipment for fault indicators is widely used in the field of handling fault indicators. On the premise of no power failure on a 10kV line, the fault indicator is mounted on the line or dismounted from the line through a handling tool of the fault indicator.
However, in practical application, the loading and unloading device of the fault indicator only has a mechanical structure, and the loading and unloading modes are all purely mechanical force violence loading and unloading. In order to solve the defects or shortcomings of the assembling and disassembling tool in the prior art, the invention provides the assembling and disassembling tool capable of remotely controlling the electric fault indicator, which can adapt to various complex conditions of the existing electrified installation site, effectively assemble and disassemble the fault indicator without damaging equipment, and is safe and reliable.
In order to achieve the above object, the present invention provides a remote-controllable electric fault indicator handling tool, comprising a handling structure body and a circuit board, wherein:
the loading and unloading structure body is used for selecting a proper loading and unloading angle and distance to mount or dismount the fault indicator;
and the circuit board is used for controlling the loading and unloading structure body to select a proper loading and unloading angle and distance.

motor and gear drive thereof: the fault indicator is used for pressing and detaching the fault indicator;
the bottom support and self-locking structure is used for ensuring that the fault indicator can be fixed in the mounting tool;
the adjustable adapter is used for various types of insulating rods, so that the universality and firmness of the disassembling tool are improved;
and the mechanical trigger device is used for triggering and pressing under non-remote control, and preventing the temporary trigger action function which cannot be used by the remote controller.

Detailed Description
The present invention will be described in further detail below with reference to specific embodiments and the attached drawings.
As shown in figure 1, the remote-control electric fault indicator assembling and disassembling tool comprises a gear transmission device 1-1, a motor 1-2, a power switch 1-3, a bottom support 2-1, a sliding block 2-2, a self-locking buckle 2-3, an adjustable adapter 3, a starting switch 4-1, a mechanical trigger device 4-2 and a circuit board 5.
As shown in figures 2 and 4, the slide block 2-2 in the bottom support 2-1 is at the pressing or pulling position, which determines whether the dismounting tool is in the mounting state or the dismounting state.
As shown in figures 3 and 5, the fault indicator 6 can be fixed inside the bottom support 2-1 by using the gear transmission device 1-1 and the self-locking buckle 2-3, so that the fault indicator can be prevented from falling off due to vibration, the power switch 1-3 is turned on, then the operation is started by remote control, the gear transmission device 1-1 and the motor 1-2 are controlled by the circuit board 5 to perform transmission, and the fault indicator 6 is installed or detached from the cable 7.

According to the remote-control electric fault indicator assembling and disassembling tool, the problem that the fault indicator is difficult to assemble and disassemble in a charged mode in the prior art is solved through the redesigned assembling and disassembling tool structure and the redesigned operation mechanism, and the problems that the assembling and disassembling are difficult due to the complex field environment, the equipment line is easy to damage due to a mechanical pressing structure, field personnel are injured during assembling and disassembling and the like are solved. The remote-control electric fault indicator assembling and disassembling tool changes the current situation that the existing assembling and disassembling equipment can only be installed by using a mechanical trigger mechanism, can be triggered after a proper assembling and disassembling angle and distance are conveniently selected by remote control triggering, and ensures the assembling and disassembling success rate of the fault indicator.
