The technical solutions in the embodiments of the present invention will be clearly and completely described below with reference to the accompanying drawings in the embodiments of the present invention.
Referring to fig. 1 and 2, an embodiment of the invention provides a shower head 100, and the shower head 100 may be used as a hand-held shower head, a top shower head, or other types of shower heads.
The shower nozzle 100 includes a shower body 101 and a liquid storage box 50, and the liquid storage box 50 is installed on the shower body 101.
The shower head body 101 is provided with a water inlet channel 12, a first waterway channel 32 and a second waterway channel 34, the liquid storage cavity 51 is communicated with the second waterway channel 34, and the first waterway channel 32 is not communicated with the second waterway channel 34. The shower head 100 can receive water through the water inlet channel 12, and the first water channel 32 and the second water channel 34 can be used as channels for different water outlet modes of the shower head 100.
The liquid storage box 50 is provided with a liquid storage cavity 51 and a communication hole 53, and after the liquid storage box 50 is installed on the shower head body 101, the communication hole 53 communicates the liquid storage cavity 51 with the second waterway channel 34. The liquid storage cavity 51 can be used for containing beauty products or medicinal functional products, for example, the liquid storage cavity 51 can be used for containing beauty liquid, champignon, shower gel, essential oil, Chinese herbal medicine liquid and the like.
When the shower head 100 is in the first water-out state, as shown in fig. 2, the water inlet channel 12 of the shower head 100 is communicated with the first water channel 32 to make water flow from the water inlet channel 12 to the first water channel 32, and at this time, the shower head 100 can be used as a normal water-out state to clean the shower for the user.
When the shower nozzle 100 is in the second water outlet state, as shown in fig. 3, the water inlet channel 12 of the shower nozzle 100 is communicated with the second waterway channel 34 so as to enable water to flow from the water inlet channel 12 to the second waterway channel 34, because the liquid storage cavity 51 is communicated with the second waterway channel 34, the beauty product or the medicinal functional product can be contained in the liquid storage cavity 51 of the shower nozzle 100, thereby being convenient for the beauty product or the medicinal functional product to flow from the liquid storage cavity 51 to the second waterway channel 34, at this moment, the shower nozzle 100 can facilitate the user to carry out beauty care or health care, and the multifunctional purpose of the shower nozzle 100 is enriched. Under the condition that the shower nozzle 100 discharges water under different water discharge states, the structure of the waterway channel in the shower nozzle 100 is designed to be simple and stable.
The above channels of the shower body 101 may be disposed at different positions according to the structure of the shower body 101. For example, as shown in fig. 4, the shower head body 101 may include a water diversion assembly 30 and a water path switching assembly 10, the liquid storage box 50 and the water path switching assembly 10 may be respectively connected to the water diversion assembly 30, the first water path channel 32 and the second water path channel 34 may be located on the water diversion assembly 30, and the water inlet channel 12 may be located on the water path switching assembly 10.
Referring to fig. 5 and 6, the water diversion assembly 30 may include a water diversion bracket 33 and a water diversion member 31, the water diversion bracket 33 and the water diversion member 31 may be two separate structures, and the two structures may be connected and enclose a part of the first waterway channel 32 and the second waterway channel 34 after being connected, and another part of the second waterway channel 34 may be located in the water diversion member 31. The water diversion assembly 30 of the present embodiment forms the first water channel 32 and the second water channel 34 by adopting two independent structures, and is easier to reduce the difficulty of forming the water channel by the water diversion assembly 30 compared with the water diversion assembly 30 formed integrally. Wherein, divide water support 33 and divide water spare 31 can be respectively through the mould shaping to connect in an organic whole through modes such as fastener, buckle structure, viscose after the shaping.
The second waterway channel 34 may include a first channel segment 342, a second channel segment 344, and a third channel segment 346, and the first channel segment 342, the second channel segment 344, and the third channel segment 346 may be sequentially communicated. The water diversion piece 31 and the water diversion bracket 33 can be enclosed to form a first channel section 342 and a third channel section 346, the second channel section 344 can be located on one side of the water diversion piece 31 facing away from the water diversion bracket 33, that is, the first channel section 342 and the third channel section 346 are located on the same side of the water diversion piece 31, and the second channel section 344 and the first channel section 342 are respectively located on two opposite sides of the water diversion piece 31. When the first channel section 342 of the second waterway channel 34 is communicated with the water inlet channel 12, the shower head 100 is in the second water outlet state.
The water diversion bracket 33 may be provided with a first through hole 331, and the first through hole 331 communicates with the first waterway channel 32 to allow water to flow from the first waterway channel 32 to the first through hole 331. The water diversion bracket 33 may also be provided with a second through hole 332, the second through hole 332 communicating with the third channel segment 346 to allow water to flow from the third channel segment 346 to the second through hole 332. The second through holes 332 and the first through holes 331 may be distributed along a radial direction of the water diversion bracket 33 and respectively located at two sides of a center of the water diversion bracket 33, which helps to reduce an influence of the second through holes 332 and the first through holes 331 on each other.
Referring to fig. 2 and 3, the liquid storage box 50 may be mounted on the water diversion member 31, for example, the liquid storage box 50 may be mounted on a side of the water diversion member 31 away from the water diversion bracket 33 and located at the second channel section 344. The mounting means of stock solution box 50 and water diversion 31 can be detachable mounting means to be convenient for dismantle the cosmetic product of splendid attire or medicinal function product with stock solution box 50 from water diversion 31.
After the reservoir 50 is mounted on the water separator 31, the reservoir chamber 51 of the reservoir 50 may communicate with the second channel section 344 of the second water channel 34, for example, the communication hole 53 of the reservoir 50 communicates the reservoir chamber 51 with the second water channel 34. The aperture of the communication hole 53 may be gradually reduced from the reservoir 51 toward the second waterway 34, so that the communication hole 53 is tapered, thereby facilitating the cosmetic product or the pharmaceutical functional product in the reservoir 50 to rapidly flow out into the second waterway 34.
The waterway switching assembly 10 is used to communicate the water inlet channel 12 with different waterway channels of the water distribution assembly 30 to realize that the shower head 100 is in different water outlet states. For example, waterway switching assembly 10 is rotatably mounted to water diversion assembly 30, and waterway switching assembly 10 is rotated relative to water diversion assembly 30 to have a first switching position and a second switching position. For example, as shown in fig. 2, when the shower head 100 is in the first water discharging state, the waterway switching assembly 10 rotates relative to the water diversion assembly 30 to the first switching position, and the water inlet channel 12 of the waterway switching assembly 10 in the first switching position is communicated with the first waterway channel 32. For another example, as shown in fig. 3, when the shower nozzle 100 is in the second water discharging state, the water path switching assembly 10 rotates to the second switching position relative to the water diversion assembly 30, and the water inlet channel 12 of the water path switching assembly 10 in the second switching position is communicated with the second water path 34, so that different water discharging states of the shower nozzle 100 are realized.
In addition, because the switching of shower nozzle 100 water state makes water route switching module 10 be in different positions through rotating water route switching module 10, the operation that has not only simplified and has changed water state, high durability and convenient use, but also can come to know the water state of current shower nozzle 100 fast through observing water route switching module 10's current position, help avoiding making water route switching module 10 be in the second switching position and causing cosmetic product or medicinal function product to continuously flow out because of forgetting to switch water route switching module 10's position, thereby can reduce the waste of cosmetic product or medicinal function product.
In order to adapt the water inlet channel 12 of the water path switching assembly 10 to communicate with the water path channel of the water dividing assembly 30, referring to fig. 5, the water dividing assembly 30 may further be provided with a first water inlet 351 and a second water inlet 352, and the first water inlet 351 and the second water inlet 352 are spaced apart. The first water inlet 351 communicates with the first waterway passage 32, and the second water inlet 352 communicates with the second waterway passage 34. The waterway switching assembly 10 can be rotated relative to the water diversion assembly 30 until the water inlet passage 12 is communicated with the first water inlet 351, and can also be rotated relative to the water diversion assembly 30 until the water inlet passage 12 is communicated with the second water inlet 352.
In addition, in order to adapt to the installation of waterway switching assembly 10 and water diversion assembly 30, water diversion assembly 30 may further include a connector 35, connector 35 is connected to water diversion member 31, and first water inlet 351 and second water inlet 352 are both provided at connector 35. Connector 35 is used for realizing the connection of water diversion assembly 30 and waterway switching assembly 10. The connector 35 and the water diversion piece 31 can be two independent structures, so that the water diversion assembly 30 can select different types of connectors 35 to be connected with the waterway switching assembly 10 according to the environment in which the shower nozzle 100 is installed.
Referring to FIG. 2, the inlet channel 12 may include a first inlet channel section 122 and a second inlet channel section 124, the first inlet channel section 122 is connected to the second inlet channel section 124, and water may flow from the first inlet channel section 122 to the second inlet channel section 124.
The central axis of the first water inlet channel section 122 and the central axis of the second water inlet channel section 124 are not coaxially arranged, for example, the central axis of the first water inlet channel section 122 may coincide with the central axis of the waterway switching assembly 10, and the central axis of the second water inlet channel section 124 is offset from the central axis of the first water inlet channel section 122, so that the waterway switching assembly 10 may rotate around the central axis of the first water inlet channel section 122 relative to the water diversion assembly 30, so that the second water inlet channel section 124 of the waterway switching assembly 10 in the first switching position may communicate with the first water inlet 351, thereby realizing the communication between the water inlet channel 12 and the first waterway channel 32; and the second inlet channel section 124 of the waterway switching assembly 10 in the second switching position may be in communication with the second inlet 352, such that communication between the inlet channel 12 and the second waterway channel 34 may be achieved.
Referring to fig. 7 and 8, the waterway switching assembly 10 may further include a water pressure balancing channel 14, the water pressure balancing channel 14 is communicated with the first water inlet channel section 122, a central axis of the water pressure balancing channel 14 is non-coaxially disposed with a central axis of the first water inlet channel section 122, for example, the water pressure balancing channel 14 and the second water inlet channel section 124 are located on the same side of the first water inlet channel section 122, and the central axis of the water pressure balancing channel 14 may be parallel to the central axis of the second water inlet channel section 124. Because the central axis of the first water inlet channel section 122 and the central axis of the second water inlet channel section 124 are not coaxially arranged, the water pressures on the left and right sides of the inner wall 16 between the first water inlet channel section 122 and the second water inlet channel section 124 in the waterway switching assembly 10 are different, and the water pressure balance channel 14 helps to increase the force-bearing area of the inner wall 16 from the second water inlet channel section 124 in the direction of the first water inlet channel section 122 and simultaneously reduce the force-bearing area of the inner wall 16 from the first water inlet channel section 122 in the direction of the second water inlet channel section 124, so that the situation that the friction between the waterway switching assembly 10 and the water diversion assembly 30 is too large due to the excessive imbalance of the water pressures on the two sides of the waterway switching assembly 10, and the waterway switching assembly 10 is difficult to rotate relative to the water diversion assembly 30 can be reduced.
The waterway switching assembly 10 may include a limit base 11 and a waterway switching member 13, wherein the waterway switching member 13 is rotatably connected to the limit base 11. A part of the water inlet channel 12 may be located at the position limiting base 11, another part of the channel may be located at the waterway switch 13, and the first water inlet channel section 122, the second water inlet channel section 124, the water pressure balancing channel 14, and the like may be provided at the waterway switch 13. Spacing base 11 and water route switching piece 13 mutually support and can realize inhalant canal 12 and different water route passageways intercommunication.
The limiting base 11 can be fixed relative to the water diversion assembly 30. The limit base 11 and the water distribution component 30 may be directly fixed or may be fixed together in the same structure. For example, as shown in fig. 4, the shower head body 101 may further include a housing assembly 20, and the water diversion assembly 30, the liquid storage box 50, the water path switching assembly 10 and other structures may be installed on the housing assembly 20, wherein the limiting base 11 and the water diversion assembly 30 may be fixedly connected to the housing assembly 20 through a fastener, a snap structure, an adhesive, and other manners.
Referring to fig. 7, the limiting base 11 may be provided with a first limiting portion 111 and a second limiting portion 113, and the first limiting portion 111 and the second limiting portion 113 may be distributed at intervals along the circumferential direction of the limiting base 11. The waterway switching member 13 may include a third limiting portion 131, and when the waterway switching member 13 rotates relative to the limiting base 11 until the third limiting portion 131 is engaged with the first limiting portion 111, the waterway switching assembly 10 is kept at the first switching position, so that the waterway switching assembly 10 is not changed in the current position due to external vibration, which is helpful for enhancing the stability of the waterway switching assembly 10. Similarly, when the waterway switching member 13 rotates relative to the limiting base 11 to the third limiting portion 131 to engage with the second limiting portion 113, the waterway switching assembly 10 is kept at the second switching position, so that the waterway switching assembly 10 is not changed in the current position due to external vibration, and the stability of the waterway switching assembly 10 is enhanced.
The first and second position-limiting portions 111 and 113 may have a groove structure, and the third position-limiting portion 131 may have a bump structure; or the first and second position-limiting portions 111 and 113 may have a bump structure, and the third position-limiting portion 131 may have a groove structure. In this embodiment, the first limiting portion 111 may be provided with a first limiting groove 1111, the second limiting portion 113 may be provided with a second limiting groove 1131, and the second limiting groove 1131 and the first limiting groove 1111 may be distributed at intervals along the circumferential direction of the limiting base 11.
The third position-limiting portion 131 may have a bump structure, for example, the third position-limiting portion 131 may include an elastic body 1311 and a position-limiting body 1313, and the elastic body 1311 provides an elastic force for the position-limiting body 1313, so that the position-limiting body 1313 abuts against the position-limiting base 11. When the position-limiting body 1313 extends to the first position-limiting groove 1111, the third position-limiting portion 131 is engaged with the first position-limiting portion 111 and keeps the waterway switching assembly 10 at the first switching position. When the position-limiting portion extends out of the second position-limiting groove 1131, the third position-limiting portion 131 is engaged with the second position-limiting portion 113 and keeps the waterway switching assembly 10 at the second switching position.
In order to facilitate the cooperation between the third limiting portion 131 and the limiting base 11, the waterway switching member 13 may further include a waterway switching main body 133, and the first water inlet channel section 122, the second water inlet channel section 124, the water pressure balancing channel 14, and the like may be disposed on the waterway switching main body 133. The waterway switching body 133 is rotatably connected to the limit base 11, and the third limit portion 131 is telescopically disposed in the waterway switching body 133 and abuts against the limit base 11. For example, the waterway switching body 133 is provided with a receiving hole 1331, the elastic body 1311 is located in the receiving hole 1331 and is connected between the waterway switching body 133 and the stopper 1313, and since the third stopper 131 is installed in the receiving hole 1331 of the waterway switching body 133, the rotation of the waterway switching body 133 relative to the stopper base 11 drives the third stopper 131 to rotate synchronously, so that the third stopper 131 can be engaged with the first stopper 111 or the second stopper 113.
The waterway switch 13 may further include a switch 135, and the switch 135 is connected to the waterway switch main body 133 and exposed to the housing assembly 20, as shown in fig. 2, so as to facilitate the switching operation of the user. The switch 135 may include a switch body 1351 and a connecting rod 1353, the switch body 1351 being connected to the connecting rod 1353. The switch body 1351 may be in a ring shape, and the switch body 1351 is rotatably sleeved outside the housing assembly 20. The connection rod 1353 is connected between the switch body 1351 and the waterway switching body 133. The switch body 1351 can rotate around the housing assembly 20 and rotate the waterway switching body 133 through the connecting rod 1353, so that the waterway switching assembly 10 can be located at different switching positions.
