s3, accumulating the recycled aggregate at the bottom of the grinding cylinder 2 under the action of gravity, opening the valve 13, and taking out the steel balls in the grinding cylinder 2 and the recycled aggregate together;
and S4, absorbing steel balls in the recycled aggregate by adopting a magnet, and finishing the drying and purification treatment of the recycled aggregate.
The heating tank 1 of the recycled aggregate treating apparatus of the present embodiment can dry the recycled aggregate and cement mortar adhered to the surface of the recycled aggregate. The grinding cylinder 2 rotates under the drive of the rotating motor 3, the materials in the grinding cylinder 2 continuously roll and continuously rub the steel balls, and therefore the grinding effect is achieved. The cement mortar adhered to the surface of the recycled aggregate is disintegrated and then powdered, and finally thrown out of the mesh 21 of the grinding cylinder 2 by the centrifugal force. Since the particle diameter of the recycled aggregate is larger than the pore diameter of the screen mesh, the recycled aggregate remains in the grinding cylinder 2.
