In order to clean the attachments on the surface of the winding roller 21; as shown in fig. 2 and 4, the outer wall of one side of the housing 1 is rotatably connected with four scrapers 20, the outer wall of one side of the housing 1 is fixed with four supporting plates 8 through bolts, the outer wall of one side of each supporting plate 8 is clamped with more than two springs 10, and one ends of the more than two springs 10 far away from the supporting plate 8 are clamped with the outer wall of one side of each spring 10; can carry out scraping of the air that needs to purify to the circumference outer wall of winding roller 21 through being provided with spring 10, can avoid needing the air that purifies to cause the jam to small opening 19 effectively, lead to the absorbent efficiency reduction of the air that needs to purify of adsorption roll 14, utilize spring 10 to reduce the pressure of scraper blade 20 to the circumference outer wall of winding roller 21 simultaneously to protect scraper blade 20 and winding roller 21, improve its life-span of using.
In order to treat the particles attached to the surface of the shell 1; as shown in fig. 1 and 2, a booster pump 4 and a flushing tank 5 are fixed on the outer wall of the top of the shell 1 through bolts, the output end and the input end of the booster pump 4 are both connected with connecting pipes 3 through flanges, a flushing nozzle assembly 11 is fixed on the inner wall of one side of the shell 1 through screws, one ends of the two connecting pipes 3 far away from the booster pump 4 are respectively fixed on the outer wall of one side of the flushing tank 5 and the outer wall of the top of the flushing nozzle assembly 11 through flanges, and a liquid outlet pipe 27 is fixed on the outer wall of one side of the shell; can pressurize the water in the wash tank 5 through being provided with the booster pump 4, make it spray through the washing nozzle subassembly 11, after the air purification that needs to purify finishes, a small amount of not need air that purifies totally of going on will remain on shell 1 inner wall and conveying filter belt 12 surface, consequently utilize washing nozzle subassembly 11 to wash conveying filter belt 12 surface, because conveying filter belt 12 constantly moves, consequently can guarantee that the washing dead angle can not appear on conveying filter belt 12 surface, simultaneously because the sealed roller of adhesion 9 with wind the equal rotation of winding up roller 21 and connect in conveying filter belt 12 surface, consequently can guarantee that the sealed roller of adhesion 9 surface and wind winding up roller 21 surface all can wash, the abluent speed has been improved, utilize drain pipe 27 can be with the mixed liquid derivation after the washing.
To facilitate movement of the entire air purification apparatus; as shown in fig. 5, four universal wheels 24 are rotatably connected to the outer wall of the bottom of the housing 1; the whole air purification device can be moved by the universal wheels 24, so that the air purification device is convenient to transport and the portability is improved.
This embodiment is used: when the air to be purified needs to be purified, firstly, the expansion amount of the lifting plate 6 is controlled according to the amount of the air to be purified, then, the hydraulic push rod 18 is used for adjusting the opening size of the expansion plate 15 relative to the conveying filter belt 12, two primary filter layers 33 are fixed on the rotating frame 17, finally, the servo motor I23 and the servo motor II 25 are started, then, the exhaust fan 16 is started, the exhaust fan 16 is used for generating negative pressure inside the shell 1, the external air to be purified enters the shell 1, the air to be purified entering the shell 1 is firstly primarily filtered by the conveying filter belt 12, the air to be purified with larger particles is attached to the surface of the conveying filter belt 12, the adhering sealing roller 9 rotates due to the continuous rotation of the conveying filter belt 12, and the adhering sealing roller 9 adsorbs the air to be purified with larger particles on the outer wall of the conveying filter belt 12, then the air which is primarily filtered and needs to be purified passes through the conveying filter belt 12 and enters the inner wall of the conveying filter belt 12, the negative pressure generated by the exhaust fan 16 is utilized to enable the harmful substances contained in the air which needs to be purified to be respectively adsorbed by the PET filter layer 29, the cold catalyst activated carbon layer 30, the HEPA filter layer 32 and the primary filter layer 33, the adsorption effect can be ensured because the outer walls of the two primary filter layers 33 are mutually attached, the air which needs to be purified after the treatment is finished passes through the conveying filter belt 12, the air which does not need to be completely purified and needs to be purified can be adsorbed again by the adhesion sealing roller 9, the purification effect is fully ensured, the air which needs to be purified after the purification is discharged to the outside through the exhaust fan 16, when the inside of the spring 10 needs to be cleaned after the purification is finished, the booster pump 4 is utilized to pressurize the water in the flushing box 5, and water flow washes the surface of the conveying filter belt 12, because the surface of the conveying filter belt 12 continuously rotates, and the adhering sealing roller 9 and the winding roller 21 also continuously rotate, the cleaning dead angle can be avoided in the washing process, and the mixed liquid after cleaning is led out through the liquid outlet pipe 27.

The portable air purification device for the processing workshop as claimed in claim 1, wherein a support seat (22) is fixed on the outer wall of one side of the shell (1) through bolts, a second servo motor (25) is fixed on the outer wall of one side of the support seat (22) through bolts, two rotating frames (17) are rotatably connected on the inner wall of one side of the shell (1), belt wheels (28) are fixed on the circumferential outer walls of the two rotating frames (17) through screws, the same belt (26) is rotatably connected on the circumferential outer walls of the two belt wheels (28), and the output end of the second servo motor (25) is connected to the input end of one of the rotating frames (17) through a coupling.

The portable air purification device for the processing workshop as claimed in claim 2, wherein the inner walls of the two rotating frames (17) are both connected with a primary filter layer (33) in a sliding manner, the outer wall of one side of the primary filter layer (33) is respectively provided with a PET filter layer (29), a cold catalyst activated carbon layer (30) and a HEPA filter layer (32), the outer wall of the other side of the primary filter layer (33) is provided with a fastening limiting disc (31), and the outer wall of one side of the fastening limiting disc (31) is fixed on the outer wall of one side of the rotating frame (17) through screws.
