The working principle is as follows:
before use, as shown in fig. 1, the washing head 26 is in the box body 1, the disinfection lamp 36 is started to irradiate the inside of the box body 1, which is helpful for disinfecting the washing head 26, taking a wound on the arm of a patient as an example, when in use, the disinfection lamp 36 is turned off, the two cover plates 14 are opened, the arm of the patient is placed on the arc-shaped seats 38 on the two supporting assemblies 13, meanwhile, the wound on the arm is positioned above the box body 1, the washing head 26 is taken out from the opening 28, then the water pump 22 is started to convey the washing liquid in the liquid storage tank 21 to the washing head 26 through the connecting pipe 23, the hose 24 and the hard pipe 25, the wound is washed by the washing liquid sprayed by the washing head 26, the washing liquid flowing along the arm of the patient during washing can be absorbed by the sponge 39, the washing liquid is prevented from dripping everywhere, the washing waste liquid falls onto the cover body 2, then the solid impurities in the waste liquid waste falls into, the waste liquid is collected, and solid-liquid impurities in the waste liquid are separated, so that the subsequent treatment is facilitated;
after the wound is cleaned, the cover plate 14 is closed, the flushing head 26 is placed into the box body 1 through the opening 28 again, the connecting block 27 is inserted into the opening 28, the wound cleaning device is transported to a cleaning place, the disinfection lamp 36 is turned on in the transporting process, the disinfection lamp 36 disinfects parts and waste liquid in the box body 1, bacteria in the waste liquid are prevented from diffusing and damaging surrounding personnel, and the safety is high;
when the box body 1 is cleaned in a cleaning process, the sterilizing lamp 36 is closed, the cover plate 14 and the first sealing plug in the first through hole 15 are opened, the cleaned water pipe is inserted into the first through hole 15, water flows into the hollow frame 4 through the second through hole 16, then the water is sprayed and washed to the inner wall of the box body 1 through the spray head 5, meanwhile, the water in the hollow frame 4 enters the vertical pipe 11 with the inner diameter gradually reduced from top to bottom, so that the pressure of the water with pressure originally is further increased and sprayed to the blades 10, the blades 10 are rotated, the reciprocating screw rod 9 is driven to rotate, the bearing seat 8 on the reciprocating screw rod 9 is driven to move up and down along the reciprocating screw rod 9, the rectangular frame 7 is driven to move up and down, the cleaning brush 6 is driven to move up and down along the inner wall of the box body 1, the inner wall of the box body 1 is cleaned, the cleaning effect and efficiency are improved, the cleaned liquid is discharged through the liquid outlet pipe 20, the support frame 17 is moved up, the inside of the strainer basket 3 can be cleaned.

Claims (10)
1. A cleaning device for surgical nursing comprises a box body (1), and is characterized in that: a cover body (2) is fixedly arranged on the inner wall of the box body (1), a filter screen basket (3) is arranged at the bottom of the cover body (2), a cleaning mechanism is arranged in the box body (1), the cleaning mechanism is arranged at the bottom of the cover body (2), a washing assembly (12) is arranged on one side of the box body (1), and supporting assemblies (13) are arranged on the front side and the rear side of the top end of the box body (1);
the cleaning mechanism comprises a hollow frame (4), a plurality of spray heads (5) are fixedly arranged at the outer end of the hollow frame (4), the spray heads (5) are communicated with the interior of the hollow frame (4), a cleaning brush (6) is arranged at the bottom of the hollow frame (4), a rectangular frame (7) is fixedly arranged on the inner wall of the cleaning brush (6), a bearing seat (8) is fixedly arranged at the rear end of the inner side wall of the rectangular frame (7) through a connecting rod, a reciprocating lead screw (9) is arranged inside the bearing seat (8) in a penetrating manner, one end of the reciprocating lead screw (9) is movably connected with the bottom end of the hollow frame (4) through a bearing, a plurality of blades (10) are fixedly arranged at the bottom of the outer end of the reciprocating lead screw (9), a vertical pipe (11) is arranged on the inner side of the rectangular frame (7), the vertical pipe (11) is arranged on one side of the bearing seat (8), one end of the vertical pipe, standpipe (11) other end is established at blade (10) one side rear portion, standpipe (11) is from last down the internal diameter and reduces gradually, cavity frame (4) are fixed to be established in the cover body (2) bottom and to be established in filter screen basket (3) outside, clearance brush (6) outer end contacts with box (1) inner wall, bearing swing joint is passed through with box (1) inside bottom to reciprocal lead screw (9) other end.

A surgical nursing cleaning device according to claim 1, characterized in that: the top end of the box body (1) is hinged with two cover plates (14) through hinges, the cover plates (14) are arranged between the two supporting components (13), and a liquid outlet pipe (20) provided with a valve is arranged at the bottom of the other side of the box body (1) in a penetrating mode.
