The invention discloses a skin-friendly low-irritation plaster and a manufacturing method thereof, and the skin-friendly low-irritation plaster comprises a tough bottom plate layer, a flexible adhesive layer and a release film, wherein the bottom plate layer is attached to the adhesive layer through static electricity, a glue layer is arranged on one surface of the adhesive layer, which is far away from the bottom plate layer, and the release film covers the surface of the glue layer; the bottom plate layer selects the PET material for use, and the rubberizing layer selects the TPU material for use, selects the PE material for use from the type membrane, and the main component of glue in the glue layer is dimethyl silicon oil. After the adhesive is adhered to the skin, the adhesive can be easily torn off, and cannot damage the skin. Detailed Description
The present invention will be described in detail and specifically with reference to the following examples so as to facilitate the understanding of the present invention, but the following examples do not limit the scope of the present invention.
Example 1
The embodiment discloses a skin-friendly low-irritation plaster, which comprises a tough bottom plate layer 1, a flexible adhesive layer 2 and a release film 3. The bottom plate layer 1 passes through the static laminating with the veneer layer 2, and veneer layer 2 keeps away from 1 one side of bottom plate layer and is equipped with glue layer 4, covers on 4 surfaces of glue layer from type membrane 3.
The bottom plate layer 1 is made of PET material and has the thickness of 0.036 cm; the adhesive layer 2 is made of TPU material, and the thickness is 0.025 cm; the release film 3 is made of PE material and has a thickness of 0.1 cm. The main component of the glue in the glue layer 4 is dimethyl silicone oil.
An opening 31 convenient for tearing is arranged in the middle of the release film 3, and the opening 31 divides the release film 3 into a two-piece structure. When the invention is used, the release film 3 is firstly torn off through the opening 31, and the glue layer 4 leaks out. The invention has good skin-friendly effect, does not damage skin after being adhered and torn off, and has good market popularization value.
