Abstract
The invention discloses an operation bag with excellent flexibility and antibacterial property, which comprises an operation bag body and a bag cover and is characterized in that the operation bag body and the bag cover are both made of composite materials, the composite materials comprise an outer layer, a waterproof layer, a fiber layer, an antibacterial layer and an inner layer from top to bottom, the antibacterial layer is loaded on the surface of the antibacterial layer, the waterproof layer is made by a dry coating method, and the fiber layer is made of fiber cloth. The invention has the advantages that the waterproof effect is improved by arranging the waterproof layer, and the liquid is prevented from permeating into the operation bag to pollute the operation articles; the flexibility is improved by arranging the fiber layer; the antibacterial and bacteriostatic effect is improved by the antibacterial layer, the surgical supplies are prevented from being polluted by breeding bacteria, the safety of the operation is ensured, the use is convenient, the adaptability is strong, and the requirements are met.

Particularly, for patients, the antibacterial performance of the medical operation bag directly concerns the life safety, but most of the current common operation bags lack the special design aiming at the antibacterial performance, the antibacterial performance is relatively limited and unstable, and meanwhile, the current operation bags also have the problem of poor flexibility;
in view of the foregoing, there is a need for an improved surgical kit and method of making the same that achieves the flexibility and antimicrobial properties desired.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to solve the problems, and designs a surgical bag with excellent flexibility and antibacterial property and a manufacturing method thereof.
The surgical bag comprises a surgical bag body and a bag cover, wherein the surgical bag body and the bag cover are both made of composite materials, the composite materials comprise an outer layer, a waterproof layer, a fiber layer, an antibacterial layer and an inner layer from top to bottom, the antibacterial layer is loaded on the surface of the antibacterial layer, the waterproof layer is made by a dry coating method, and the fiber layer is made of fiber cloth.

As further illustration of the invention, the antibacterial agent is prepared from the following components in parts by weight: 30-70 parts of bamboo charcoal, 15-17 parts of nano silver, 4-6 parts of mustard, 1-3 parts of castor oil and 0.4-0.8 part of horseradish.
As further illustration of the invention, the fiber cloth is prepared from the following components in parts by weight: 10-13 parts of seaweed, 5-8 parts of bagasse, 4-6 parts of bamboo, 0.2-0.4 part of antioxidant and 0.1-0.3 part of heat stabilizer.
As a further illustration of the invention, the antioxidant is one or more of aromatic amine antioxidant and hindered phenol antioxidant.
As a further illustration of the invention, the heat stabilizer is one or more of zinc oxide, zinc acetate, 2, 5-di-tert-butylhydroquinone and dibutyl hydroxy toluene.
A method for manufacturing a surgical pack having excellent flexibility and antibacterial property, comprising the steps of:
step 4, compounding the inner layer on the antibacterial layer through an adhesive through a heat treatment process to obtain a composite material;
and 5, sterilizing and disinfecting the prepared composite material.
As a further feature of the present invention, the plasma treatment in step 2 is carried out at a temperature of 20 ℃ to 25 ℃ and a pressure of 1X 105Pa, and the treatment time is 5-8 min, the treatment temperature of the chemical anti-seepage agent is 50-60 ℃, and the treatment time is 5-6 min.
As a further explanation of the invention, the method is characterized in that the stirring speed in the step 2 is 1000-2000r/min, and the stirring time is 2-3 h.

Since medical supplies directly or indirectly act on human bodies and are closely related to life safety and health of people, the antibacterial performance of a medical operation bag in medical products directly relates to the life safety of the medical operation bag, but the antibacterial performance of the operation bag commonly used at present is relatively limited and unstable, and meanwhile, the problem of poor flexibility exists, so that the operation bag with excellent flexibility and antibacterial performance and the manufacturing method thereof are designed.

6. The surgical bag having excellent flexibility and antibacterial property as claimed in claim 4, wherein the heat stabilizer is one or more of zinc oxide, zinc acetate, 2, 5-di-tert-butylhydroquinone, and di-butyl hydroxy toluene.
7. A method for manufacturing a surgical bag having excellent flexibility and antibacterial property, comprising the steps of:
step 1, adding organic solution of polyurethane resin into water to prepare W/0 type emulsion, uniformly coating the W/0 type emulsion on an outer layer, and drying the outer layer to obtain a waterproof layer;
step 2, adding seaweed, bagasse and bamboo into a nano crusher one by one, adding an antioxidant and a heat stabilizer under a constant temperature condition, stirring to obtain a textile solution, preparing fiber cloth, treating the fiber cloth with plasma and a chemical anti-seepage agent to obtain a fiber layer, and compounding the fiber layer on a waterproof layer through a heat treatment process;
step 3, spraying the antibacterial agent on the antibacterial layer, wherein the spraying amount is 1-2g/m of the weight of the antibacterial agent2Bonding the antibacterial layer on the fiber layer through medical adhesive;
step 4, compounding the inner layer on the antibacterial layer through an adhesive through a heat treatment process to obtain a composite material;
and 5, sterilizing and disinfecting the prepared composite material.

The method for manufacturing a surgical pack having excellent flexibility and antibacterial property according to claim 7, wherein the plasma treatment in the step 2 is performed at a temperature of 20 ℃ to 25 ℃ and a pressure of 1 x 105Pa, and the treatment time is 5-8 min, the treatment temperature of the chemical anti-seepage agent is 50-60 ℃, and the treatment time is 5-6 min.
