The cholangioscope guider in laparoscopic surgery comprises a first guide tube (2) and is characterized in that one end of the first guide tube (2) is connected with a second guide tube (4), a laparoscopic stabbing card (3) is sleeved outside the first guide tube (2), the first guide tube (2) and the second guide tube (4) are both communicated with a cholangioscope (1), a first threaded head (15) is integrally formed at the middle section of the outside of the laparoscopic stabbing card (3), a limiting barrel (17) is sleeved on the first threaded head (15), a limiting plate (16) is fixedly sleeved outside the limiting barrel (17), a silica gel pad (18) is fixedly connected to the side wall of the limiting plate (16), an abdominal wall (7) is laminated on the silica gel pad (18), and an air conveying pipe (8) is further installed inside the laparoscopic stabbing card (3), one end of the gas conveying pipe (8) is connected with an adjusting component (9), the other end of the gas conveying pipe (8) is connected with a cylindrical airbag (6), the adjusting component (9) comprises a gas outlet (10), a piston (11), a barrel (12), a threaded rod (13) and a handle (14), one end of the barrel (12) is communicated with the gas outlet (10), the other end of the barrel (12) is embedded with the threaded rod (13) in threaded connection with the barrel (12), one end of the threaded rod (13) is perpendicularly fixedly connected with the handle (14) in the length direction of the threaded rod, the other end of the threaded rod (13) is rotatably connected with the piston (11) through a bearing in the length direction of the threaded rod, the front surface of the barrel (12) is further provided with scale marks, a trunk pipe (5) is further sleeved outside the cylindrical airbag (6), and sealing components (24) are respectively installed inside the first guide pipe (2) and the second guide pipe (4), the sealing assembly (24) comprises a sealing plug (19), a first sealing plate (20), a placing groove (21), a sealing ball (22) and a second sealing plate (23), the sealing plug (19) is fixedly connected inside the second guide pipe (4), a placing groove (21) is horizontally arranged in the sealing plug (19), a sealing ball (22) is fixedly connected in the placing groove (21), and a first sealing plate (20) and a second sealing plate (23) are respectively and fixedly connected in the placing groove (21) close to the two sides of the sealing ball (22), one end of the first guide pipe (2) is provided with a clamping groove (29), a clamping block (30) is clamped in the clamping groove (29), a first sealing ring (26) is fixedly connected to the clamping block (30), a second sealing ring (27) is clamped at the edge of one end of the second guide pipe (4), and a second thread head (28) is fixedly connected at the center of one end of the second guide pipe (4).
2. The laparoscopic choledochoscope introducer of claim 1, wherein: one end of the gas pipe (8) is connected to the gas outlet (10), and the cylinder body (12) is made of glass fiber reinforced plastic.
3. The laparoscopic choledochoscope introducer of claim 1, wherein: the piston (11) is of a cuboid structure, and the inner walls of the piston (11) and the cylinder body (12) are attached to each other.
4. The laparoscopic choledochoscope introducer of claim 1, wherein: the first sealing plate (20), the sealing ball (22) and the second sealing plate (23) are all transversely provided with grooves (25) which are located on the same horizontal line and are equal in size.
5. The laparoscopic choledochoscope introducer of claim 1, wherein: the first sealing plate (20) and the second sealing plate (23) are both in a circular truncated cone shape, and the first sealing plate (20) and the second sealing plate (23) are both rubber members.
6. The laparoscopic choledochoscope introducer of claim 1, wherein: one end of the choledochoscope (1) passes through the interiors of the first sealing plate (20), the sealing ball (22) and the second sealing plate (23) and extends to the exterior of the second guide tube (4).
7. The laparoscopic choledochoscope introducer of claim 1, wherein: the first guide pipe (2) and the second guide pipe (4) are made of the same material in different sizes, and the first guide pipe (2) is connected with the second guide pipe (4) through threads.
8. The laparoscopic choledochoscope introducer of claim 1, wherein: the diameter of the first sealing ring (26) is equal to that of the first guide pipe (2), the diameter of the second sealing ring (27) is equal to that of the second guide pipe (4), and the diameters of the first sealing ring (26) and the second sealing ring (27) are equal.
9. The laparoscopic choledochoscope introducer of claim 1, wherein: the number of the clamping grooves (29) and the number of the clamping blocks (30) are four, and the clamping grooves (29) are matched with the clamping blocks (30).
