When the defogging mirror is used for defogging, the defogging film can be contacted with the upper and lower sides of the back of the mirror, a large-area defogging film is not needed, the mirror surface can be heated and a defogging effect can be achieved, electric energy is saved, and the use cost of a user is reduced.
