The system can automatically backup information such as taken personnel and taken amount to a remote server, can utilize terminals such as a mobile phone to inquire in a code scanning mode and the like, and a management department accesses the terminals to perform centralized management, automatically gives an alarm to a manager when abnormal warning data occurs, and the like, so that hazardous chemical substances can be searched and tracked in the whole life cycle. The invention provides a set of solution scheme suitable for dangerous chemical management and monitoring in management modes for places such as colleges and universities, and the management flow scheme comprises an administrator warehousing system and control system, a user side monitoring system and an inquiry system.

3. The intelligent traceable hazardous chemical storage management system of claim 1 or 2, wherein: the weight measuring circuit (14), the IC reading circuit (15) and the lock and illumination control circuit (16) are also connected with an additional power supply circuit (17).
4. Intelligent traceable hazardous chemical storage management method is characterized by comprising the following steps:
when the medicine is put in storage, dangerous chemical data, weight data and no more than three medicine photos are stored together and uploaded to the cloud, a detailed webpage of the medicine is generated at the cloud, a unique ID and a two-dimensional code label are given to the medicine, the ID information of the medicine is written into an RFID label at the bottom of the medicine, and the two-dimensional code label is printed at a terminal;
when returning the medicine, the IC reading circuit automatically reads the RFID electronic tag at the bottom of the medicine and weighs, the person who takes a picture, the ID of the medicine cabinet and the relevant information of the taking amount are recorded and uploaded to the cloud server, and the detailed information of the medicine in the cloud server is updated.

The intelligent traceable hazardous chemical storage management method according to claim 4, wherein the method comprises the following steps: the method comprises the steps that a cloud server can be accessed through a webpage to obtain cloud information, the server provides information of corresponding authority according to information of login persons, and early warning information is automatically issued to authority personnel of an administrator when abnormal warning occurs to data, such as the situation that the environment is not favorable for storing medicines, the medicines are not returned for a long time, the residual quantity of the medicines is lower than a threshold value, the inventory of the medicines is lower than a set value, and the medicines reach related conditions of scrapping time.
