Specifically, the fastening hole 21 may be formed in the second mounting frame 20b, and the fastening hole 21 may be formed by forming a hole in the second mounting frame 20b to form the fastening hole 21, or may be formed when the second mounting frame 20b is integrally formed, for example, the second mounting frame 20b is integrally injection-molded, and when the injection mold is designed, a protrusion is provided at a position where the fastening hole 21 is to be formed, and when the injection mold is injected, the injection material flows toward the mold, and the protrusion blocks the injection material from being injected, so that the corresponding fastening hole 21 is formed. Of course, the forming manner of the card hole 21 can also be realized by other realizable process manners, and this embodiment is not exemplary.
The retaining member 311 may be detachably or non-detachably connected to the water pump 31, for example, the retaining member 311 may be connected to the water pump 31 by any method such as welding, screwing, riveting, or the retaining member 311 may be integrally formed with the water pump 31. In addition, the catch 311 may be a protrusion formed on the water pump 31, wherein a specific shape of the protrusion includes at least one of: convex column, couple, boss.
After the retaining member 311 of the water pump 31 extends into the retaining hole of the second mounting bracket 20b, the water pump falls down due to the gravity, the retaining member 311 of the water pump 31 abuts against the bottom of the retaining hole 21 of the second mounting bracket 20b, and the water pump 31 is then hung on the second mounting bracket 20b, that is, the water pump 31 is hung on the mounting bracket 20. When the single water pump 31 needs to be taken out of the mounting frame 20, the water pump 31 only needs to be lifted slightly, and then the water pump 31 is taken out in the direction away from the clamping hole 21, so that the operation is convenient.
In other embodiments, the first connecting portion may also be the retainer 311, and the second connecting portion may be the card hole 21 engaged with the retainer 311. The specific forming manner and the setting manner of the retaining member 311 and the retaining hole 21 may be the same as those of the above embodiments, and are not described herein again. It should be noted that, when the first connecting portion on the mounting bracket 20 is the retaining member 311, and the second connecting portion on the water pump 31 is the retaining hole 21, after the retaining member 311 on the second mounting bracket 20b extends into the retaining hole 21 on the water pump 31, the water pump 31 falls due to the action of gravity, the top of the retaining hole 21 on the water pump 31 will abut against the retaining member 311 on the second mounting bracket 20b, and the water pump 31 is hung on the second mounting bracket 20b, that is, the water pump 31 is hung on the mounting bracket 20. When the single water pump 31 needs to be taken out of the mounting frame 20, the water pump 31 only needs to be lifted slightly, and then the water pump 31 is taken out in the direction away from the clamping piece 311, so that the operation is convenient.

It is understood that when the catching hole 21 is formed on the second mounting bracket 20b and the catching piece 311 is formed on the water pump 31, the large hole portion 211 may be positioned above the small hole portion 212. When the fastening hole 21 is formed on the water pump 31 and the fastening member 311 is formed on the second mounting bracket 20b, the small hole portion 212 is located above the large hole portion 211.
Specifically, in the embodiment, since the large hole portion 211 does not need to be matched with the retaining member 311, and only a space is needed to be provided for the retaining member 311 to extend into, there is no special requirement for the specific shape of the large hole portion 211, for example, it may be circular, square, triangular, etc. The small hole portion 212 may preferably be a long hole, and the small hole portion 212 may extend in a direction away from the large hole portion 211, so that the small hole portion 212 is a long hole capable of guiding the retaining member to be clamped into a preset position on one hand and providing a space for the retaining member 311 to be pulled out of the clamping hole on the other hand, which is convenient for operation. Of course, the aperture portion 212 may have other shapes, which are not illustrated here.
In the present embodiment, the aperture of the large hole portion 211 may be greater than or equal to the maximum outer diameter of the retainer 311, thereby facilitating the retainer 311 to protrude into the card hole without obstruction. The aperture of the small hole portion 212 may be equal to the minimum outer diameter of the retaining member 311, when the small hole portion 212 is a long hole, the aperture of the small hole portion 212 specifically refers to the width of the long hole, and the aperture of the small hole portion 212 is equal to the minimum outer diameter of the retaining member 311, so that the retaining member 311 is stably retained in the small hole portion 212, and when the agricultural plant protection machine is in a moving process or other power devices on the agricultural plant protection machine work, vibration caused by the vibration does not affect the stability of the retaining member 311 in the retaining hole 21.
Further, a driving device for driving the water pump 31 to operate may be disposed above the water pump 31. The drive means is preferably an electric motor 32. Preferably, the motor of each water pump 31 is arranged above the water pump 31, so that water leakage when the water pump 31 is damaged can be avoided, leaked liquid enters the motor to damage the motor, and the purpose of protecting the motor can be achieved. The catching piece 311 and the catching hole 21 may be elastically contacted. And then can prevent the power plant on the agricultural plant protection machine or the vibration that drives the water pump 31 during operation of motor from influencing the installation stability of water pump 31, through holding a 311 and calorie hole 21 elastic contact, for example, can set up the rubber spare between a 311 and a 21 card hole of holding, and then improve the damping performance between the two, the power plant of agricultural plant protection machine and the vibration that the operation of water pump 31 motor brought, because hold the elastic contact between a 311 and the calorie hole 21 and greatly reduced and hold a 311 and rock in calorie hole 21, the risk of jumping out from the calorie hole 21 even of holding.
In order to realize the elastic contact between the holding member 311 and the holding hole 21, specifically, the holding member 311 may be a rubber member; alternatively, the outer wall of the holding member 311 has a rubber layer, and the holding member 311 may use a rigid member as a base, and the rubber layer is disposed on the outer wall of the rigid base. After the clamping member 311 is clamped into the clamping hole 21, the rubber layer of the clamping member 311 is in pressing contact with the clamping hole, and the friction is large, so that the clamping member 311 can be effectively prevented from shaking to be separated from the clamping hole 21.
Of course, the inner side wall of the card hole 21 may have a rubber layer. Two-layer rubber layer contact, and then more effectively improve damping performance, improve the stability after the water pump 31 installation.
The terms "upper" and "lower" are used for describing relative positions of the structures in the drawings, and are only for the sake of clarity, but not for limiting the scope of the embodiments of the present invention, and the changes or adjustments of the relative relationships thereof are also considered to be the scope of the present invention without substantial technical changes.
Example four
In this embodiment, on the basis of the third embodiment, as shown in fig. 4, the holding member 311 includes a holding portion 311a for cooperating with the small hole portion 212, and a limiting portion 311b for preventing the holding member 311a from coming out of the small hole portion 212. Specifically, the holding portion 311a may be cylindrical, rectangular parallelepiped or the like, and the holding member 311a may be a boss coaxial with the holding portion 311a, or may be any structure of a rod, a sheet, a bar or a block perpendicular to or substantially perpendicular to the holding portion 311a, as long as the holding portion 311a is prevented from coming out of the small hole portion 212, which is not illustrated in this embodiment.
It should be noted that, the holding portion 311a described in the present embodiment coming out of the small hole portion 212 means coming out of the small hole portion 212 directly, not coming out through the large hole portion 211.
Preferably, the cross section of the limiting portion 311b may be circular, and the cross section of the limiting portion 311b may be larger than the cross section of the holding portion 311a, so as to prevent the holding portion 311a from coming off. The two limiting portions 311b may include two limiting portions, and the two limiting portions are respectively located at two ends of the retaining portion to form a structure similar to a dumbbell shape, so that the retaining member 311 cannot be disengaged from the retaining hole 21 in the thickness direction of the mounting bracket 20, and only can be disengaged from the large hole portion 211, that is, when the water pump 31 needs to be taken, the water pump 31 can be disengaged from the mounting bracket 20. It is understood that, in order to facilitate the water pump 31 to be taken out, that is, the catching piece 311 can be pulled out from the large hole portion 211, the large hole portion 211 should be able to completely receive the stopper portion 311b therethrough.
In this embodiment, the position-limiting portion 311b and the holding portion 311a may be detachably connected or non-detachably connected, or integrally formed. Specifically, for example, when the limiting portion 311b is detachably connected to the retaining portion 311a, when the water pump 31 is taken out, the whole retaining member 311 can be directly taken out from the retaining hole, or the limiting portion 311b is disconnected from the retaining portion 311a, so that the water pump 31 can be taken out from the mounting bracket 20, and the operation mode is various. When the limiting portion 311b and the retaining portion 311a are connected together in an undetachable manner, such as by welding, or integrally formed, the retaining member 311 has a stable structure, so that the loosening of the parts of the retaining member 311 does not occur, and the system safety is improved. In addition, when the retaining member 311 is an integrally formed member, the processing cost is low, which is beneficial to saving the cost. A person skilled in the art can select a connection manner between the limiting portion 311b and the holding portion 311a according to specific requirements, and the embodiment is not limited.
In addition, it should be noted that, when the limiting portions 311b are detachably connected to the retaining portions 311a, for example, they are screwed together, for example, one of the limiting portions 311b and the retaining portion 311a forms a bolt, and the other limiting portion 311b can be a nut and screwed on the bolt, in such a structure, the clamping hole 21 can be a round hole without distinguishing the large hole portion 211 and the small hole portion 212, and when the water pump 31 needs to be taken down, the corresponding nut (the limiting portion 311b) can be directly screwed off from the bolt, and then the bolt can be withdrawn from the clamping hole 21.
