Detailed Description
In order to make the aforementioned objects, features and advantages of the present invention comprehensible, embodiments accompanied with figures are described in further detail below.
Referring to fig. 1, a flowchart of steps of an embodiment of a parameter configuration method of the present invention is shown, where the method is applied in a base station, and specifically includes the following steps:
In the embodiment of the present invention, the base station may acquire a message sent by a core network, and extract an information unit for configuring a base station parameter from the message sent by the base station to configure the base station parameter for itself.
As an example of the present invention, the base station may obtain a message sent by the core network, extract an information unit, and configure a transmission rate parameter related to the QOS flow for itself. Therefore, the base station can control the user equipment to adopt the transmission rate to carry out uplink and downlink data transmission. Specifically, after a PDU session is established between the user equipment and the core network, the core network may send a message with a rate parameter information element to the base station. The base station may configure a UE-AMBR (UE Aggregate Maximum Bit Rate) for itself according to the Rate parameter information unit. Therefore, the transmission rate of uplink and downlink data of the user equipment can be controlled by adopting the UE-AMBR based on Non-GBR QoS flow in the PDU session.
In the embodiment of the present invention, when the base station configures the base station parameters for itself, a failure may occur. When the configuration of the parameters of the base station fails or the sending of the downlink Non-access transmission message to the user equipment fails, a Non-access stratum Non-transmission Indication message (Nas no Delivery Indication) can be generated. The non-access-inability transmission indication message may include a failure cause information element, and a value of the failure cause information element may include a parameter configuration failure. Therefore, the base station can adopt the non-access stratum non-transmission indication message to inform the core network of the condition of failed base station parameter configuration.
And 102, sending the non-access stratum non-transmission indication message to a mobile access management module.
In this embodiment of the present invention, the base station may send the non-access stratum non-transmission indication message to a mobile access management module (AMF) of the core network. The mobile access management module may further determine a processing method for a failure in configuring parameters of the base station according to a value of the failure cause information element in the non-access stratum non-transmission indication message. For example, an attempt is made to retransmit the downlink non-access transmission message, or an attempt is made to switch a base station connected to the user equipment, and the downlink non-access transmission message is retransmitted again, or the configuration of the base station parameters is stopped.
By the parameter configuration method of the embodiment of the invention, when the parameter configuration of the base station fails, a non-access stratum non-transmission indication message is generated; the non-access stratum non-transmission indication message comprises a failure reason information unit; the value of the failure reason information unit comprises parameter configuration failure; and sending the non-access stratum non-transmission indication message to a mobile access management module. Therefore, the base station can inform the core network in time when the base station fails to configure the parameters, so that the core network can conveniently process the reason of the failed configuration, and the parameter configuration among the core network, the base station and the terminal is ensured to be consistent and accurate.
In an embodiment of the present invention, the non-access stratum non-transmission indication message further includes a configuration failure identification information element.
In the embodiment of the present invention, the value of the failure cause information element included in the non-access stratum non-transmission indication message may be various. For example, NG intra-system handover triggered (NG intra-system handover triggered), NG inter-system handover triggered (NG inter-system handover triggered), Xn interface handover triggered (Xn handover triggered), and parameter configuration failure. In order to make the mobile access management module more clearly know that the parameter configuration Failure occurs, a configuration Failure identification information unit (Failure configuration flag) may be added to the non-access stratum non-transmission indication message. The configuration failure identifier information unit may indicate that the core network has a parameter configuration failure, and specifically indicate that the parameter configuration failure occurs. Facilitating further processing by the core network.
By the parameter configuration method of the embodiment of the invention, the configuration failure identification information unit is set in the non-access stratum non-transmission indication message, so that the core network can further determine the parameters with configuration failure according to the configuration failure identification information unit, and determine the processing method for the transmission rate configuration failure based on the configuration failure identification information unit. The parameter configuration among the core network, the base station and the terminal is ensured to be consistent and accurate.
In an embodiment of the present invention, before generating a non-access stratum non-transmission indication message when the configuration of the base station parameter fails or when the downlink non-access transmission message fails to be sent to the user equipment, the method includes:
s11, receiving the downlink non-access transmission message sent by the mobile management module; the downlink non-access transmission message comprises an associated information unit;
in this embodiment of the present invention, the base station may receive a Downlink NAS Transport (Downlink NAS Transport) message sent by the mobility management module. The downlink Non-Access transmission message may include an NAS-PDU (Non-Access Stratum Protocol Data Unit) information Unit and a base station parameter information Unit. The NAS-PDU information element may comprise information associated with a user equipment parameter configuration, and the user equipment parameter may be associated with a base station parameter. For example, the NAS-PDU includes a first transmission rate parameter related to a QOS flow, the first transmission rate parameter may be related to a base station parameter, and the base station side may simultaneously configure a second transmission rate parameter related to the QOS flow to control the transmission rate of uplink and downlink data of the user equipment.
However, since the base station adopts a transparent transmission mode for the downlink non-access transmission message, that is, the base station usually directly sends the NAS-PDU information unit included in the downlink non-access transmission message to the user equipment, and does not determine whether the content in the NAS-PDU information unit is related to the base station parameters. When the NAS-PDU information unit has been sent to the user equipment and the base station fails to configure the base station parameters, it is easy to cause inconsistency of the base station parameter configuration between the base station and the user equipment, thereby causing adverse effects on data transmission.
In this embodiment of the present invention, the downlink non-access transmission message may include an association information unit, and the association information unit may indicate whether the NAS-PDU information unit is associated with the base station parameter information unit information.
S12, determining whether the value of the associated information unit is a preset value;
in the embodiment of the present invention, whether the NAS-PDU information element is associated with the base station parameter information element information may be determined by a value of the associated information element. When the value of the association information unit is a preset value, it may be determined that the NAS-PDU information unit is associated with the base station parameter information unit information. For example, the value of the association information element may be 0 or 1, and when the value of the association information element is 1, it may be determined that the NAS-PDU information element is associated with the base station parameter information element information.
And S13, when the associated information unit is a preset value, configuring the base station parameters by using the base station parameter information unit in the downlink non-access transmission message.
In this embodiment of the present invention, when the association information unit is a preset value, the base station may first configure a base station parameter by using the base station parameter information unit in the downlink non-access transmission message. And when the base station parameter configuration is successful, sending the NAS-PDU information unit to the user equipment. Thereby ensuring the consistency of parameter configuration between the base station and the user equipment.
In the embodiment of the present invention, when the association information unit is not a preset value, the NAS-PDU information unit is not associated with the base station parameter information unit information, and the base station may directly send the NAS-PDU information unit to the user equipment without considering a problem of whether the parameter configurations of the base station and the user equipment are consistent, and configure the base station parameters after sending.
S14, when the base station parameter configuration is successful, sending the NAS-PDU information unit in the downlink non-access transmission message to the user equipment.
In the embodiment of the present invention, the NAS-PDU information element may be sent to the ue again when the configuration of the base station parameters is successful. Thereby ensuring the consistency of parameter configuration between the base station and the user equipment. The base station may also configure, according to an actual situation, a base station parameter after sending the NAS-PDU information unit to the user equipment when the associated information unit is a preset value.
According to the parameter configuration method provided by the embodiment of the invention, the downlink non-access transmission message comprises the associated information unit, when the associated information unit is a preset value, the base station parameter information unit in the downlink non-access transmission message is adopted to configure the base station parameters, and when the configuration of the base station parameters is successful, the NAS-PDU information unit in the downlink non-access transmission message is sent to the user equipment, so that the consistency of the parameter configuration between the base station and the user equipment is ensured.
In an embodiment of the present invention, when the association information unit is a preset value, configuring a base station parameter by using a base station parameter information unit in the downlink non-access transmission message, includes:
s21, when the correlation information unit is a preset value, acquiring a base station parameter information unit in the downlink non-access transmission message;
in the embodiment of the present invention, the base station may adopt a logical architecture of a centralized unit-distributed unit (CU-DU). At this time, the core network may send the downlink non-access transmission message to the central unit side of the base station. When the associated information unit in the downlink non-access transmission message is a preset value, configuring the base station parameters by adopting the base station parameter information unit in the downlink non-access transmission message, wherein the centralized unit of the base station can acquire the base station parameter information unit in the downlink non-access transmission message and prepare to be issued to the distribution unit side of the base station.
S22, sending the base station parameter information unit to a distribution unit;
in the embodiment of the present invention, the centralized unit side of the base station may send the base station parameter information unit to the distributed unit side, so that the distributed unit may configure the base station parameters by using the base station parameter information unit.
And S23, controlling the distribution unit to adopt the base station parameter information unit to configure the base station parameters.
In the embodiment of the present invention, the central unit side of the base station may control the distribution unit to configure the base station parameters by using the base station parameter information unit. After the base station parameter configuration is successful, the distribution unit may send a configuration success confirmation message to the central unit to feed back the configuration condition of the base station parameter.
In a preferred embodiment of the present invention, when a configuration success confirmation message returned by the distribution unit is not received within a preset time period, or a configuration failure message sent by the distribution unit is received, the configuration of the base station parameters fails.
In this embodiment of the present invention, when a configuration success confirmation message returned by the distribution unit is not received within a preset time period, or a configuration failure message sent by the distribution unit is received, the central unit may consider that the base station parameter configuration executed by the distribution unit may fail, and the central unit may generate a non-access stratum non-transmission indication message by using steps 101 to 102, send the non-access stratum non-transmission indication message to the mobile access management module, and feed back a condition of transmission rate configuration failure to the mobile access management module.
In the embodiment of the present invention, the preset time period may be 1ms, 1s, 1min, and the like, which is not limited in the present invention.
By the parameter configuration method of the embodiment of the present invention, when the base station adopts a logic architecture of a central unit-distribution unit (CU-DU), and when the association information unit is a preset value, the base station parameter information unit in the downlink non-access transmission message is acquired, the base station parameter information unit can be sent to the distribution unit, and the distribution unit is controlled to adopt the base station parameter information unit to configure the base station parameters, so as to ensure the consistency of parameter configuration between the base station and the user equipment.
