S911: the first end can establish an interconnection organization framework based on the account mapping relationship, the identity information of the first user and the identity information of the second user, so that the first user and the second user can carry out interconnection communication.
In an optional implementation manner, the first end may establish an interconnection organization architecture with reference to the above example in which all employees of the organization a and all employees of the organization B perform interconnection communication, specifically, the first end may open a call permission between each first user and each second user according to account mapping relationships corresponding to two accounts of the first end and the second end of the first user and the second user, and generate identity information of the users in the interconnection organization architecture according to the identity information of the second user, so as to complete establishment of the interconnection organization architecture.
A schematic diagram of an interconnection organization architecture displayed on an application program interface on a first user terminal after an optional interconnection organization architecture is established by a first terminal is introduced below based on the embodiment described in the previous paragraph.
Fig. 10 is a schematic diagram of an organization structure displayed on an application interface of a terminal of a first user according to an embodiment of the present application, where fig. 10 includes not only the organization structure of an organization a where the first user has third place, but also an interconnection organization structure, where the interconnection organization structure includes a 9.19 cooperation part, and the 9.19 cooperation part includes a second user (eleven, sixteen, seventeen, and eighteen). Optionally, the first end may further add a 9.19 collaboration section in the first organizational structure (organizational structure of organization a), the 9.19 collaboration section including the first user (gay, zhang san, wang wu and xiaosix). In this way, the first end adds a thinner sub-organization 9.19 cooperation part in the first organization architecture, so that a certain first user (such as the bridge) can find other first users more easily when communicating with the other first users.
In the practical application process, the third user can communicate with the first user by clicking other first users of the organization a, and can also click a second user in the framework of the interconnection organization to communicate with the second user. In addition, the identity information of the first user or the second user can be viewed. For example, the identity information of the first user includes: girdles, a tissue-tissue leaders, 9.19 partner-secondary lengths. The identity information of the second user comprises: zhangelen, B tissue-tissue leader, 9.19 partner-length.
In the embodiment of the present application, the 9.19 collaboration department is not displayed in the first organizational structure displayed on the application program interface of the other users than the first user in the first organizational structure, for example, the terminal in korean seven, and there is no interconnection organizational structure, that is, there is no interconnection enterprise.
In another optional implementation manner, the first end may determine an account mapping relationship table in the interconnection organization framework according to account mapping relationships corresponding to two accounts of the first user and the second user at the first end and the second end, and open a call permission between the first user and the second user according to the account mapping relationship table. And determining the user information in the interconnection organization structure according to the identity information of the first user and the identity information of the second user so as to complete the establishment of the interconnection organization structure.
A schematic diagram of an interconnection organization architecture displayed on an interface of an application program on a first user terminal after an optional interconnection organization architecture is established by a first terminal is introduced below based on the embodiment described in the previous paragraph.
Fig. 11 is a schematic diagram of an organization structure displayed on an application program interface of a terminal of a first user according to an embodiment of the present application, where fig. 11 includes not only the organization structure of an a organization where the first user zhang san is located, but also an interconnection organization structure, where the interconnection organization structure includes a 9.19 cooperation part, and the 9.19 cooperation part includes a first user (zhangda, zhang san, wang wu and shaoxi) and a second user (zhang eleven, lie sixteen, chenseventeen and yuntan).
In the practical application process, the third user may communicate with the first user by clicking the user other than the first user in the organization a, or may click the first user and the second user in the interconnection organization architecture to communicate with the first user or the second user. The interconnected organizational structure is not displayed in the first organizational structure displayed on the application program interface of other users in the first organizational structure, such as terminals of korean seven, that is, the interconnected enterprise is not displayed.
The two implementation modes can realize that only the related first user can see the interconnection organization structure on the own interface, so that the instant communication method is more targeted, and the safety degree and the density of the instant communication method are also improved.
Fig. 12 is a schematic diagram of a communication interface of a user according to an embodiment of the present application, where the communication interface includes a chat recording box 1201, a tool box 1202, a chat input box 1203, and a user display box 1204. Figure BDA0002125446200000211
S915: and the second end receives the user relation table sent by the first end.
S917: and the second end establishes an interconnection organization structure based on the user relation table so as to enable the second user and the first user to carry out interconnection communication.
In this embodiment of the application, the implementation of the interconnection organization architecture established by the second end may refer to the implementation of the interconnection organization architecture established by the first end, and the schematic diagram of the application interface on the second user terminal may refer to fig. 10 and 11, which are not described herein again.
In the embodiment of the present application, in order to facilitate management of an interconnection organization architecture established between different organizations, the embodiment of the present application further includes a management end, where the management end may be a server, a gateway device, and a terminal device, and is used to manage the interconnection organization architecture established between different organizations. Specifically, the first end determines an identifier of the first organization structure, and receives an identifier of the second organization structure sent by the second end. Before the first end establishes the interconnection organization structure, the first end may send a change request to the management end, where the update request includes an identifier of the first organization structure and an identifier of the second organization structure, and the change request is used to request the management end to agree to change the interconnection organization structure. And the first end receives the change feedback sent by the management end.
In an alternative embodiment, the identifier of the first organization structure may be an identifier of a mechanism corresponding to the first organization structure, and the identifier of the second organization structure may be an identifier of a mechanism corresponding to the second organization structure. In another alternative embodiment, the identifier of the first organization structure may be an identifier of the first end, and the identifier of the second organization structure may be an identifier of the second end.
In the embodiment of the application, the changing of the interconnection organization architecture comprises establishing the interconnection organization architecture from scratch and updating the interconnection organization architecture after the establishment. Updating the interconnection organization architecture may include (1) adding a new user to the original interconnection organization architecture; (2) deleting users in the original interconnection organization framework; (3) adding a new sub-organization structure in the original interconnection organization structure, for example, the interconnection organization structure originally comprises 9.19 cooperation parts, and after the interconnection organization structure is updated, one more cooperation part can be added by 12.30; (4) or deleting the interconnect fabric; (5) and updating the identity information or account numbers of the users in the original interconnection organization architecture (the account numbers comprise the account number on the first end and the account number on the second end).
In an alternative embodiment, the first end determines an identification of the first organizational structure and receives an identification of the second organizational structure sent by the second end. The first end sends a change request to the management end, the change request comprises the identifier of the first organization architecture and the identifier of the second organization architecture, and the management end receives the change request and analyzes the identifier of the first organization architecture and the identifier of the second organization architecture from the change request. Assuming that the organization corresponding to the first organization architecture and the organization corresponding to the second organization architecture are used for establishing the interconnection organization architecture between the two organizations for the first time, the change request is used for requesting the management end to agree to establish the interconnection organization architecture. At this time, the management end may create a change record table, where the change record table may further include the change times, and the management end fills the change record table with the identifier of the first organization architecture and the identifier of the second organization architecture, fills "1" in the change times, and saves the change record table in the storage area.
Optionally, the second end receives a change request including an identifier of the first organization architecture and an identifier of the second organization architecture again, where the change request is used to request that the management end approves updating the interconnection organization architecture, the management end determines, from the storage area according to the identifier of the first organization architecture and the identifier of the second organization architecture, a change record table corresponding to the identifier of the first organization architecture and the identifier of the second organization architecture, and updates the change times in the change record table to "2". In this way, the management side can record the number of times of change of the interconnection organizational structure between the first organizational structure and the second organizational structure.
In another optional implementation manner, the change request sent by the first end to the management end includes not only the identifier of the first organization structure and the identifier of the second organization structure, but also the first change number. Assuming that the mechanism corresponding to the first organization structure and the mechanism corresponding to the second organization structure are the first time to establish the interconnection organization structure between the two mechanisms, the first end determines that the first change number is "1". The management terminal receives the change request to obtain and analyze the identifier of the first organization architecture, the identifier of the second organization architecture and the first change times. Since the management end does not have a change record table corresponding to the identifier of the first organization structure and the identifier of the second organization structure yet, the management end may create a change record table, and fill the change record table with the identifier of the first organization structure and the identifier of the second organization structure, where the change record table includes a second change number, and the second change number is set to "0". The management terminal compares the value of the first change frequency with the value of the second change frequency, updates the value of the second change frequency to be "0" by using the value of the first change frequency to be "1" and stores the change log table in the storage area if the value of the first change frequency is larger than the value of the second change frequency and the absolute value of the difference between the two values is 1. In the embodiment of the present application, the first change count refers to the number of changes received, and the second change count refers to the number of changes in the change log table.
Optionally, the second end receives a change request including an identifier of the first organization architecture, an identifier of the second organization architecture, and a first change number "2", where the change request is used to request that the management end approves updating the interconnection organization architecture, the management end determines, from the storage area, a change record table corresponding to the identifier of the first organization architecture and the identifier of the second organization architecture according to the identifier of the first organization architecture and the identifier of the second organization architecture, determines whether the value "2" of the first change number is greater than the value "1" of the second change number, and an absolute value of a difference between the two values is 1, and if so, updates the value "1" of the second change number with the value "2" of the first change number. In this way, the management end can not only record the number of times of changing the interconnection organization architecture between the first organization architecture and the second organization architecture, but also judge whether the update number of times is wrong due to the failure of the first end or the management end. For example, if the value of the first change frequency is "22" and the value of the second change frequency is "22", it is obvious that the judgment condition that the value of the first change frequency is larger than the value of the second change frequency and the absolute value of the difference between the two values is 1 is not satisfied, it can be further judged whether the error occurs in the first terminal or the error occurs in the management terminal.
In this embodiment, the management end may be used not only to manage the interconnection organization structure established between different organizations, but also as an intermediate end between the first end and the second end, and is used for transferring messages between the first end and the second end. Fig. 13 is a schematic diagram of an application environment provided by an embodiment of the present application, and includes a first end 131, a second end 132, and a management end 13.
