Claims (10)

1. A multi-language identifiable vending apparatus, comprising:
a voice input means for receiving a voice signal including a user voice;
the voice recognition device is used for recognizing the user voice based on a statistical language model of multi-country languages or/and multi-region languages to obtain the country or/and region corresponding to the user language and the text corresponding to the user language;
determining means for determining a command executed by the vending apparatus corresponding to the identified country or/and region and the identified text;
and an executing means for executing the command determined by the determining means.
2. The vending apparatus of claim 1, wherein said determining means comprises:
a statistic judgment unit for counting the number of countries or/and regions corresponding to the user languages received by the automatic vending equipment and judging whether the number reaches or exceeds a predetermined value;
the same text judgment unit is used for judging whether the received user voices correspond to the same text or not;
a determination unit for determining a corresponding command in a case where the number reaches or exceeds a predetermined value and the plurality of pieces of user voices correspond to the same text.
3. The vending apparatus according to claim 2, wherein said statistical judging unit comprises: the statistic judgment module is used for counting the number of countries or/and regions corresponding to a plurality of user voices received by the automatic vending equipment within preset time and judging whether the number reaches or exceeds a preset value;
the same text determination unit includes: the same text judgment module is used for judging whether the received user voices correspond to the same text within preset time;
the determination unit includes: and the determining module is used for determining a corresponding command under the condition that the number reaches or exceeds a preset value in preset time and the plurality of pieces of user voices correspond to the same text.

The vending apparatus of claim 3, wherein said determination module comprises: and a sub-determination module for determining a corresponding command in case that the number reaches or exceeds a predetermined value within a predetermined time and the plurality of user voices correspond to a predetermined same text.
5. The vending apparatus according to any one of claims 1-4, wherein the execution means comprises: and the shipment executing device is used for executing the shipment command determined by the determining device to trigger the shipment of the automatic vending equipment.
6. The vending apparatus according to any one of claims 1-4, wherein the execution means comprises: and the free delivery executing device is used for executing the delivery command determined by the determining device to trigger the free delivery of the automatic vending equipment.
7. The vending apparatus of claim 1, further comprising:
a song signal input means for receiving a song signal including a voice singing a song;
scoring means for scoring said received song according to a predetermined song scoring rule;
discount confirming means for confirming a corresponding discount for purchasing the goods in the automatic vending apparatus according to the score of the scoring means.
8. The vending apparatus of claim 7, further comprising:
and settlement means for settling the items in the automatic vending apparatus selected by the user based on the discount determined by the discount determining means.
9. The vending apparatus according to any one of claims 1-4, further comprising:
a decibel detection device for detecting decibels of the user voice received by the language input device;
and the second shipment executing device is used for receiving the decibel value detected by the decibel detecting device and executing corresponding shipment operation under the condition that the decibel value exceeds a preset value.

The vending apparatus of claim 9, wherein said second shipment execution device comprises: and the second shipment execution unit is used for receiving the decibel value detected by the decibel detection device and executing different shipment operations according to the difference of the numerical value of the decibel value exceeding the preset value under the condition that the decibel value exceeds the preset value.
