In order to explain the technical solution described in the present application, the following description will be given by way of specific examples.
Example one
In the following, a description is given of an information prompting method provided in the first embodiment of the present application, where each step described in the first embodiment of the present application is applied to an extension device, please refer to fig. 1, where the method includes:
and step S101, acquiring target information of the host device.
In step S101, the host device includes a computer, a mobile phone, and the like. The target information of the host device includes target port parameters of the host device, data transmitted from the host device to the expansion device, and the like. When the target information is the target port parameter of the host device, the host device may actively send the target port parameter to the expansion device. Or, the expansion device may actively acquire the target port parameter. The present application is not limited thereto. When the expansion device detects that the expansion device is connected with the host device, the expansion device acquires target information of the host device.
And S102, comparing the target information with preset information.
In step S102, the preset information may be various parameters of the expansion device, or may be various parameters of the external device. The external equipment comprises a U disk, a keyboard, a mouse, a power adapter, a memory card, a display and the like. The expansion device can acquire the preset information in a mode of manual input by a user and then store the preset information. It should be understood that when the expansion device includes a display screen, the expansion device may receive information manually input by a user through the display screen of the expansion device. Alternatively, the extension device may receive information manually input by the user through an application or an applet on the terminal device. The present application is not limited thereto.
The expansion device can also actively acquire preset information and then store the preset information. When the preset information is various parameters of the external device, the expansion device can acquire the various parameters of the external device when detecting that the expansion device is connected with the external device, and then store the various parameters of the external device.
Step 103, if the target information is not matched with the preset information, executing a first preset prompting operation.
In step S103, after the expansion device compares the target information with the preset information, if the target information is not matched with the preset information, a first preset prompt operation is executed. For example, the USB protocol of the port of the host device is USB2.0, and the USB protocol of the port of the expansion device is USB 3.0. At this time, the target information USB2.0 protocol is not matched with the preset information USB3.0 protocol, and a first preset prompt operation is executed.
The first preset prompting operation is executed by displaying target information and preset information on a display screen of the expansion equipment, prompting in the form of an indicator light, prompting in the form of vibration, prompting in the form of sound, sending the target information and the preset information to associated terminal equipment in a wireless or wired mode, and the like. The method for the first preset prompting operation is not limited in the application.
In some embodiments, after the expansion device performs the first preset prompting operation, the expansion device may further perform a corresponding resolution operation according to the target information and the preset information.
When the target information is not matched with the preset information, the expansion equipment does not stop interacting with the host equipment and the external equipment, and executes corresponding solving operation according to the target information and the preset information. For example, when the target information USB2.0 protocol does not match the preset information USB3.0 protocol, the expansion device selects to transmit data with the host device according to the USB2.0 protocol after displaying the target information USB2.0 protocol and the preset information USB3.0 protocol on the display screen of the expansion device. It should be understood that, at this time, the expansion device may also display on the display screen that data is currently transmitted with the host device in the USB2.0 protocol, so that the user knows the current data transmission condition. For another example, when the target information is that the target video resolution parameter is smaller than the preset video resolution parameter and is not matched with the preset video resolution parameter, the extension directly sends the original video corresponding to the target video resolution parameter to the external device after executing the first preset prompt operation.
In other embodiments, the target information includes target port parameters, and the preset information includes preset port parameters of the expansion device; correspondingly, the target parameter is compared with the preset parameter, if the target parameter is not matched with the preset parameter, a preset prompt operation is executed, and the method comprises the following steps: identifying target port parameters, and comparing the target port parameter matching with preset port parameters; and if the target port parameter is not matched with the preset port parameter, executing a first preset prompt operation.
In this embodiment, the target information includes target port parameters of the host device, and the target port parameters of the host device may include type parameters of a port of the host device, a USB protocol of the port of the host device, a communication protocol of the port of the host device, a charging protocol of the port of the host device, and the like. Accordingly, the preset port parameters may include type parameters of each port of the expansion device, a USB protocol, a communication protocol, a charging protocol, and the like. It should be understood that multiple charging protocols may exist within the expansion device.
When the expansion equipment acquires the target port parameters, the target port parameters are identified, and the target port parameters are compared with the preset port parameters. And if the target port parameter is not matched with the preset port parameter, executing a preset prompt operation. For example, when the target port parameter is a first charging protocol and the preset port parameter includes at least one second charging protocol, the expansion device searches whether a second charging protocol matched with the first charging protocol exists after acquiring the first charging protocol, and if the second charging protocol matched with the first charging protocol does not exist, executes a first preset prompt operation.
It should be noted that, when there is no second charging protocol matching the first charging protocol, performing corresponding solving operation according to the target information and the preset information includes: the expansion device may determine a target charging current and a target charging voltage according to a preset charging protocol, and then charge the host device according to the target charging current and the target charging voltage.
In other embodiments, the expansion device may further obtain a port parameter of the external device, compare the port parameter of the external device with a preset port parameter, and execute a first preset prompt operation if the port parameter of the external device is not matched with the preset port parameter. The port parameters of the external device include the type parameter, the USB protocol, the communication protocol, the charging protocol, and the like of the port of the external device.
For example, when the power adapter is connected to the expansion device, the expansion device further needs to compare the second charging protocol with a third charging protocol of the power adapter, and if the second charging protocol matching the third charging protocol does not exist, the expansion device executes a first preset prompt operation. It should be noted that, when there is no second charging protocol matching the third charging protocol and there is a second charging protocol matching the first charging protocol, performing corresponding solving operation according to the target information and the preset information includes: the expansion device can convert the charging current and the charging voltage acquired from the power adapter into a target charging current and a target charging voltage according to a second charging protocol matched with the first charging protocol, and finally, the host device is powered according to the target charging current and the target charging voltage.
In addition, the preset port parameters comprise at least one second charging protocol. Therefore, when the third charging protocol of the power adapter does not match the first charging protocol of the host device, there is a possibility that the second charging protocol matching the first charging protocol is not the same as the second charging protocol matching the third charging protocol. At this time, according to the second charging protocol matched with the first charging protocol, the extension device may convert the charging voltage and the charging current of the second charging protocol matched with the third charging protocol into the target charging current and the target charging voltage, and then supply power to the host device according to the target charging current and the target charging voltage.
In other embodiments, the target information includes target video parameters, and the preset information includes preset video parameters; correspondingly, the target parameter is compared with the preset parameter, and if the target parameter is not matched with the preset parameter, a first preset prompt operation is executed, including: comparing each target video parameter with a preset video parameter; and if the target video parameter is not matched with the preset video parameter, executing a first preset prompt operation.
In this embodiment, the target video parameter may be obtained by the host device sending the original video corresponding to the target video parameter to the expansion device, and then the expansion device parsing the original video. Or the host device may send the target video parameter and the original video corresponding to the target video parameter to the expansion device, and the expansion device obtains the target video parameter. The method for acquiring the target video parameter is not limited in this application.
The preset video parameters are parameters of the external device, such as resolution parameters of the display, video format parameters supported by the display, and the like. And after the expansion equipment acquires the target video parameters, comparing each target video parameter with a preset video parameter, and if the target video parameters are not matched with the preset video parameters, executing a first preset prompt operation.
For example, when the target video parameter includes a target video format parameter and a target video resolution parameter, and the preset video parameter includes a preset video format parameter and a preset video resolution parameter, the target video format parameter is compared with the preset video format parameter, and the target video resolution parameter is compared with the preset video resolution parameter. And if the target video format parameter is not matched with the preset video format parameter and/or the target video resolution parameter is not matched with the preset video resolution parameter, executing a first preset prompt operation.
In other embodiments, the target video parameters include target video format parameters, and the preset video parameters include preset video format parameters; correspondingly, the corresponding solution operation executed according to the target information and the preset information comprises the following steps: and converting the target video format parameters into preset video format parameters to obtain a target video containing the preset video format parameters, and transmitting the target video to the external equipment.
When the target video format parameter is not matched with the preset video format parameter, the external equipment cannot display the original video corresponding to the target video format parameter. Therefore, when the target video format parameter is not matched with the preset video format parameter, after the expansion device executes the first preset prompt operation, the expansion device can convert the target video format parameter into the preset video format parameter to obtain a target video containing the preset video format parameter, and then transmit the target video to the external device, so that the external device can display the original video.
It should be noted that, when the external device is a display, the preset video parameters may further include parameters such as a size of the display, a manufacturer of the display screen, a type of the display, and a date of manufacture of the display.
In other embodiments, the target information includes a maximum output power of the host device, and the preset information includes a total power of each external device. After the expansion device obtains the total power of each external device, the total power of each external device is compared with the maximum output power of the host device, and if the total power of each external device is larger than the maximum output power of the host device, a first preset prompting operation is executed.
In this embodiment, after the expansion device executes the first preset prompting operation, the user may know that the total power of the external device is greater than the maximum output power of the host device. At this moment, the user can reduce the number of the external devices, thereby reducing the external devices borne by the host device and further protecting the host device.
In other embodiments, the present application further comprises: collecting a working temperature value; and if the working temperature value is greater than the preset threshold value, executing a second preset prompting operation.
When the expansion equipment works, the phenomenon of heating can occur. When the expansion equipment generates heat seriously, the normal work of the expansion equipment can be influenced. Therefore, when the expansion equipment works, the expansion equipment collects the working temperature value of the expansion equipment, and if the working temperature value is larger than the preset threshold value, the second preset prompting operation is executed, so that a user can know that the working temperature value of the expansion equipment exceeds the preset threshold value. It should be noted that the second preset prompting operation may be the same as the first preset prompting operation, or may be different from the first preset prompting operation, and the application is not limited herein.
In other embodiments, after the executing the second preset prompting operation if the operating temperature value is greater than the preset threshold, the method includes: receiving a closing instruction; and executing the closing operation according to the closing instruction.
When the working temperature value is larger than the preset threshold value, a user can close some functions of the expansion equipment, and the power consumption of the expansion equipment is reduced, so that the working temperature of the expansion equipment is reduced. Therefore, when the user knows that the working temperature value is greater than the preset threshold value through the second preset prompting operation of the expansion device, the user can send a closing instruction to the expansion device according to the actual situation. And after receiving the closing instruction, the expansion equipment executes closing operation according to the closing instruction, so that the normal work of the expansion equipment is not influenced. For example, when the electric quantity of the host device is sufficient, the user may send a closing instruction of the charging function of the expansion device, and the expansion device closes the charging function of the expansion device after receiving the closing instruction.
It should be noted that the expansion device may receive the closing instruction through a display screen on the expansion device. Alternatively, the expansion device may receive the closing instruction through an application program or an applet on the terminal device. The present application is not limited thereto.
In other embodiments, the expansion device may also automatically perform a preset shutdown operation when the operating temperature value is greater than a preset threshold value. It is to be understood that the preset closing operation may include at least one. When the preset closing operation includes two or more, a priority between the preset closing operations may be set, and at this time, the expansion device may perform the preset closing operation with a higher priority first. After the execution, if the working temperature is still greater than the preset threshold, the expansion device executes the preset closing operation with low priority.
It should be noted that the expansion device may further collect connection state information of each interface of the expansion device, and then notify the connection state information to the user, so that the user can know the connection state between the expansion device and the host device and the connection state between the expansion device and the external device. For example, the expansion device can display the state of inserting and extracting the card of the card reader interface on a display screen of the expansion device.
It should be noted that the expansion device may also evaluate its performance according to various collected parameters. For example, the expansion device may evaluate its performance based on the speed at which various interfaces of the expansion device transfer data and the operating temperature value of the expansion device. Therefore, the user can realize the evaluation of the performance of the expansion equipment without other equipment.
In summary, the present application provides an information prompting method, which is applied to an expansion device. First, target information of a host device is acquired. And then comparing the target information with preset information. And if the target information is not matched with the preset information, executing a first preset prompting operation. Because the expansion equipment cannot normally work when the target information is not matched with the preset information, at this time, the first preset prompting operation is executed, so that the user can obtain the reason why the expansion equipment cannot normally work. Therefore, the technical scheme of the application can enable the user to obtain the reason why the expansion equipment cannot work normally.
It should be understood that, the sequence numbers of the steps in the foregoing embodiments do not imply an execution sequence, and the execution sequence of each process should be determined by its function and inherent logic, and should not constitute any limitation to the implementation process of the embodiments of the present application.
