Abstract
The application relates to a method and a system for configuring a news client, which comprises a split client and a plurality of modules, wherein the plurality of modules are used for indicating different functional contents; selecting an updating module according to the updating content and generating a primary updating number; forming a plurality of sub-modules according to different configuration information in the updating module; generating a secondary updating number according to the updating submodule; independently updating the updating sub-modules; and displaying an updating window to a user, wherein the updating window at least comprises updating content, the primary updating number, the secondary updating number and a return option. When a server receives a replacement request initiated by a client, the server firstly replaces the interface information of the old version module and the old version sub-module according to the latest interface information of the client, so that the client can stably receive the old version module and the old version sub-module.
When the function display window is used, historical update information of the update module and the update sub-module can be displayed at the same time, and the historical update information comprises comparison information of the historical module and the updated module and comparison information of the historical sub-module and the updated sub-module. selecting at least one of the plurality of sub-modules as an updating sub-module according to the updating content, and generating a secondary updating number according to the updating sub-module;
independently updating the updating sub-modules;
and after the user updates, displaying an updating window to the user, wherein the updating window at least comprises updating content, the primary updating number and the secondary updating number, and returning the updating module and the updating submodule to a return option before updating according to the primary updating number and the secondary updating number.
2. The method of claim 1, wherein forming a plurality of modules for indicating different functional content comprises:
forming a configuration information module for setting the site and version of the client;
forming a basic information module for configuring a display style, a tag, a news list dividing line and a cover picture style in a client news list;
forming a layout information module for configuring the number of layouts and the types of the layouts, wherein each layout shows different data types, and each data type shows corresponding configuration information;
