Detailed Description
The invention is further illustrated by the following examples, which are not intended to limit the scope of the invention.
Example 1
The present embodiment provides a temperature adjustment method of a water heater, and the temperature adjustment method provided by the present embodiment is applied to a water heater including a circulating water pump, and referring to fig. 1, the temperature adjustment method of the present embodiment includes:
s1, judging whether the circulating water pump is started;
if yes, go to step S2; if not, go to step S3;
s2, judging whether the outlet water temperature reaches the set temperature;
if yes, go to step S4;
s4, acquiring the water outlet enthalpy and the combustion load of the water heater from starting to the current time;
s5, determining the inlet water enthalpy according to the outlet water enthalpy and the combustion load;
s6, acquiring the inlet water temperature according to the inlet water enthalpy;
s7, judging whether the current water inlet temperature interval is the same as the last water inlet temperature interval or not;
if not, go to step S8;
s8, adjusting the set temperature according to the temperature interval of the inlet water temperature;
s3, collecting the temperature of inlet water, and executing the step S7 after the step S3.
When circulating water pump was in operating condition, the water that flows to the water heater water inlet not only had the outside cold water that comes from the water heater, still has the hot water that comes from the wet return through circulating water pump effect to, the temperature of intaking that the sensor that the water heater is used for gathering the temperature of intaking gathered this moment can not regard as ambient temperature.
Therefore, in the embodiment, the intake water temperature is inversely calculated based on the intake water enthalpy-the outlet water enthalpy-the combustion load, and then the ambient temperature is obtained and used as the basis for adjusting the set temperature of the water heater. Specifically, the combustion load is the gas volume and the gas heat value, wherein the gas volume is the volume of gas consumed cumulatively from the start-up of the water heater to the current time. The enthalpy is the specific heat capacity volume temperature, the volume is the volume of the water which flows out cumulatively from the start of the water heater to the current time, the temperature is the water outlet temperature, namely the current set temperature, the volume is the volume of the water which flows in cumulatively from the start of the water heater to the current time, and the temperature is the inlet water temperature to be solved. It should be understood that the above gas heating value is a known value, and the above parameters, in addition to the gas heating value and the temperature of the feed water, can be obtained by sensors and the like.
In this embodiment, when the circulating water pump is not in a working state, the water inlet temperature collected by the sensor for collecting the water inlet temperature of the water heater at this time is the ambient temperature, and can be directly used as a basis for adjusting the set temperature of the water heater.
Further, it is noted that the set temperature is automatically adjusted at most once per use of the water heater, and the set temperature is after automatic adjustment, i.e., serves as a default set temperature for the next use of the water heater. In addition, in order to avoid excessive adjustment of the set temperature of the water heater under the same ambient temperature condition, the present embodiment is limited to automatically adjusting the set temperature only once under the continuous and same ambient temperature condition.
Further, in this embodiment, the corresponding relationship between the inlet water temperature and the temperature range may be set by user according to practical application, and the temperature adjustment method of this embodiment may be applied to a gas water heater including a circulating water pump, an electric water heater, and the like.
When the circulating water pump in the water heater is in a working state and the outlet water temperature reaches the set temperature, the inlet water temperature is inversely calculated according to the obtained outlet water enthalpy and the obtained combustion load, and then the environment temperature is obtained, an environment temperature probe does not need to be additionally arranged, the defect that a sensor for collecting the inlet water temperature of the water heater is difficult to correctly reflect the environment temperature at the moment is overcome, in addition, the self-adaptive adjustment that the set temperature of the water heater is changed along with the environment temperature is realized on the basis, the set temperature does not need to be manually adjusted by a user, the discomfort that the water temperature is higher or lower caused by the adjustment of the outlet water temperature of the water heater is avoided, and the user experience is improved.
Example 2
On the basis of embodiment 1, the present embodiment provides a method for adjusting the temperature of a water heater, and referring to fig. 2, after steps S3 and S6, the present embodiment further includes:
s9, judging whether the number of inlet water temperatures reaches a first threshold value;
if yes, go to step S7; if not, executing step S1 after the preset time length;
in this embodiment, the first threshold and the preset duration may be set in a user-defined manner according to the actual application, for example, the first threshold may be set to 5, and the preset duration may be set to 5 min. In this embodiment, the step S8 specifically includes the step S81, and compared with the embodiment 1, the embodiment determines the temperature interval where the ambient temperature is located based on the obtained multiple inlet water temperatures, and on this basis, automatically adjusts the set temperature of the water heater, which is beneficial to overcoming the defect that a single inlet water temperature is easily determined as a basis for determining the temperature interval and has misjudgment.
In this embodiment, the step S8 specifically includes a step of adjusting the set temperature according to the obtained temperature intervals where the multiple water inlet temperatures are located, referring to fig. 3, in this embodiment, the step S8 may include:
s81, judging whether the obtained inlet water temperatures all fall into a first temperature interval;
if yes, go to step S82; if not, go to step S83;
s82, increasing the set temperature according to a first rule;
s83, judging whether the obtained inlet water temperatures all fall into a second temperature interval;
if yes, go to step S84; if not, go to step S85;
s84, judging whether the obtained inlet water temperatures are all larger than a set temperature;
if yes, go to step S86; if not, go to step S87;
s86, lowering the set temperature according to a second rule;
s87, increasing the set temperature according to a third rule;
s85, judging whether the obtained inlet water temperatures are all larger than the maximum value of the second temperature interval;
if yes, go to step S88;
and S88, the set temperature is reduced according to a fourth rule.
In this embodiment, the first temperature interval, the second temperature interval, the first rule, the second rule, the third rule, and the fourth rule may be set in a customized manner according to practical applications, and the maximum value of the first temperature interval is the minimum value of the second temperature interval, the first rule is different from the third rule, and the second rule is different from the fourth rule.

Further, in order to avoid excessive adjustment of the set temperature of the water heater under the same ambient temperature condition, the present embodiment is limited to automatically adjusting the set temperature only once under the continuous and same ambient temperature condition. For example, when a user uses the water heater, the temperature interval of the ambient temperature is switched to the first temperature interval from the second temperature interval corresponding to the last use, the current set temperature of the water heater is adjusted according to the first rule, when the user uses the water heater again, the default set temperature is the set temperature after the last automatic adjustment, and when the temperature interval of the ambient temperature is also the first temperature interval, the set temperature of the water heater is not automatically adjusted any more, and if the temperature interval of the ambient temperature is switched to the second temperature interval from the first temperature interval corresponding to the last use, the current set temperature of the water heater is adjusted according to the second rule.
Further, in this embodiment, the obtained multiple water inlet temperatures may be processed and then used as a basis for determining the temperature interval where the ambient temperature is located, so as to further improve the accuracy of the temperature interval where the ambient temperature is located. Specifically, the average temperature of the acquired multiple water inlet temperatures may be calculated first, and then the set temperature may be adjusted according to the average temperature and the temperature interval where the other water inlet temperatures except the last acquired water inlet temperature are located, for example, there are multiple acquired water inlet temperatures TA、TB、TC、TD、TEHaving an average temperature T ═ T (T)A+TB+TC+TD+TE) And/5, determining the temperature interval of the environment temperature as TA、TB、TC、TD、T。
On the basis of embodiment 1, a plurality of judgments have been embedded, be favorable to reducing the mistake adjustment probability of water heater settlement temperature and make the automatic adjustment of water heater settlement temperature more reliable, in addition, this embodiment still provides the concrete implementation mode of adjusting water heater settlement temperature according to the temperature of intaking, has further promoted the water heater settlement temperature and has followed the effect of the self-adaptation regulation of ambient temperature change to user experience has further been promoted.
