Background
The central air conditioning system is composed of one or more cold and heat source systems and a plurality of air conditioning systems, the system is different from the traditional refrigerant type air conditioner and is used for intensively processing air to meet the comfort requirement, and the central air conditioning system is widely used because the central air conditioning system has the advantages of wide acting area, good refrigerating and heating effects and the like compared with the traditional air conditioner, and when the central air conditioning system is used, a fresh air purification device is required to be used for purifying air.
But current new trend purifier still has the in-process inconvenient work of going on going up and down that uses, and inconvenient in-process that uses is cleared up work and is inconvenient to carry out the problem of handling work and inconvenient in the in-process of installing the dust after the clearance.
Therefore, the invention of the fresh air purification device of the central air conditioner is very necessary.

The fresh air purification device of the central air conditioner comprises a purification box, an air inlet pipe, a fresh air outlet pipe, a first hollowed-out plate, a second hollowed-out plate, a separation plate, an adjustable locking fixing seat structure, a rotatable lifting filter frame cover structure, a drying frame structure which can be impacted, a drawing and pulling cleaning box structure which can be observed, a U-shaped slide rail, a first fixing cover, a second fixing cover, a primary filter, an anion generator, an electrostatic dust collector, a fresh air fan and a high-efficiency filter, wherein the right side of the air inlet pipe is in threaded connection with the middle position of the left side of the purification box and is communicated with the purification box; the left side of the fresh air outlet pipe is in threaded connection with the middle position of the right side of the purification box and is communicated with the purification box; the first hollow-out plate is connected to the middle position of the left side of the inner wall of the purification box through a bolt; the second hollow-out plate is connected to the middle position of the inner wall of the purification box through a bolt; the partition plate is connected to the middle position of the right side of the inner wall of the purification box through a bolt; the adjustable locking fixing seat structures are respectively arranged at the four corners of the lower end of the purifying box; the rotatable lifting filter frame cover structure is arranged on the left side in the purification box; the impact drying rack structure is arranged in the middle of the left side in the purifying box; the observable drawing cleaning box structure is arranged in the middle of the left side of the lower end of the purifying box; the U-shaped slide rails are respectively connected to the front of the left inner wall and the back of the left inner wall of the purification box through bolts; the U-shaped slide rail is further connected to the front side and the rear side of the left side of the first hollow-out plate through bolts; the first fixed cover is connected to the middle position of the right side of the upper end of the purification box through a bolt; the second fixed cover is connected to the right side of the upper end of the purifying box through bolts and arranged on the right side of the first fixed cover; the upper end of the primary filter is connected to the left side of the lower end of the first fixing cover through a bolt; the negative ion generator is connected to the middle position of the left side of the lower end of the first fixed cover through a bolt; the electrostatic dust collector is connected to the middle position of the lower end of the first fixing cover through a bolt; the fresh air fan is connected to the middle position of the left side of the partition plate through a bolt and penetrates through the middle position of the inside of the partition plate; the high-efficiency filter is connected to the right side of the partition plate through bolts; the adjustable locking fixing seat structure comprises a fixing seat, fixing holes, a supporting tube, a threaded rod and a locking threaded tube, wherein the fixing holes are respectively formed in the middle positions of the inner parts of the left side and the right side of the fixing seat; the lower end of the supporting tube is coupled to the middle position of the upper end of the fixed seat; the lower end of the threaded rod is in threaded connection with the middle position inside the upper side of the supporting tube; the locking threaded pipe is in threaded connection with the upper part of the outer wall of the threaded rod.
Preferably, the rotatable lifting filter frame cover structure comprises a first sealing cover, a rotating rod, a pushing rod, a first filter screen, an L-shaped sliding rod and a threaded fixing pipe, wherein the rotating rod penetrates through the middle position inside the first sealing cover and is arranged in a shaft connection mode; the lower end of the pushing rod is connected with the middle position of the left side of the upper end of the rotating rod in a shaft mode; the first filter screen is sequentially connected to the lower end of the first sealing cover through screws from left to right; the upper ends of the L-shaped sliding rods are respectively connected to four corners of the lower end of the first sealing cover through bolts; the upper end of the thread fixing pipe is in threaded connection with the outer wall of the lower end of the rotating rod.
Preferably, the impact-capable drying rack structure comprises a second sealing cover, a U-shaped fixing frame, a first electric heating plate, a second filter screen, a suspension rope and an impact ball, wherein the U-shaped fixing frame is respectively connected to the front of the lower end and the back of the lower end of the second sealing cover through bolts; the upper end of the first electric heating plate is connected to the left side of the lower end of the U-shaped fixing frame through a bolt; the second electric heating plate is connected to the right side of the lower end of the U-shaped fixing frame through a bolt; the upper end of the second filter screen is sequentially bolted to the lower end of the U-shaped fixing frame from left to right; the upper end of the suspension rope is sequentially glued to the lower end of the second sealing cover from front to back; the lower end of the suspension rope sequentially penetrates through the middle position inside the impact ball from top to bottom and is arranged in a gluing mode.
Preferably, the observable drawing cleaning box structure comprises a T-shaped collecting box, a collecting cavity, an observation piece, a U-shaped drawing rod and an L-shaped supporting plate, wherein the collecting cavity is formed in the middle of the inner part of the upper side of the T-shaped collecting box; the observation plate is embedded in the middle of the front surface of the T-shaped collection box; the U-shaped pulling rods are respectively connected to the left side and the right side of the front surface of the T-shaped collecting box through bolts; the L-shaped supporting plates are respectively sleeved at the lower ends of the left side and the right side of the T-shaped collecting box.
Preferably, the fresh air fan is communicated with the high-efficiency filter; the second hollow plate is arranged between the first hollow plate and the partition plate; the negative ion generator is arranged between the primary filter and the electrostatic dust collector; and a sealing ring is arranged at the joint of the separation plate and the purification box.
Preferably, the locking threaded pipe is arranged at the upper end of the supporting pipe; the lower end of the supporting tube is arranged between the fixing holes; the fixing seat is a stainless steel seat with anti-skid grains at the lower end.
Preferably, the upper ends of the threaded rods are respectively connected to four corners of the lower end of the purifying box through bolts.
Preferably, the lower end of the push rod and the thread fixing pipe are respectively arranged between the first filter screens; the L-shaped sliding rods are respectively arranged at the four corners of the left side and the right side of the first filter screen.
Preferably, the lower end of the thread fixing pipe is connected to the middle position of the left side of the bottom end in the purification box through a bolt; the lower ends of the L-shaped sliding rods are respectively inserted in the U-shaped sliding rails in a sliding manner; and a sealing ring is arranged at the joint of the first sealing cover and the purifying box.
Preferably, the second filter screens are respectively arranged between the first electric heating plates and the second electric heating plates; the suspension rope and the impact ball are sequentially arranged between the second filter screens from left to right.
Preferably, the U-shaped fixing frames are respectively inserted in the middle position of the left side inside the upper end of the purifying box; the second sealing cover is connected to the left side of the upper end of the purifying box through a bolt; the U-shaped fixing frame is arranged on the first hollow plate and the upper second hollow plate between the first hollow plate and the second hollow plate; the first electric heating plate and the second electric heating plate are respectively arranged between the first hollow-out plate and the second hollow-out plate; and a sealing ring is arranged at the joint of the second sealing cover and the purifying box.
Preferably, the observation sheet is a transparent tempered glass sheet; the T-shaped collecting box is arranged between the L-shaped supporting plates.
Preferably, the L-shaped supporting plates are respectively bolted at the middle position of the left side of the lower end of the purifying box; the T-shaped collecting box is arranged in the middle of the left side of the lower end of the purifying box and is communicated with the purifying box; and a sealing ring is arranged at the joint of the T-shaped collecting box and the purifying box.
Compared with the prior art, the invention has the beneficial effects that:
1. according to the invention, the arrangement of the first sealing cover, the rotary rod, the push rod, the first filter screen, the L-shaped sliding rod, the thread fixing pipe and the purification box is beneficial to grabbing the push rod to rotate in work, and the first sealing cover drives the first filter screen to move upwards through the threaded connection arrangement of the rotary rod and the thread fixing pipe, so that the first filter screen can be conveniently cleaned and replaced in the use process, and meanwhile, the lifting work is realized.
2. According to the invention, the T-shaped collecting box, the collecting cavity, the observing piece, the U-shaped pulling rod, the L-shaped supporting plate and the purifying box are arranged, so that the T-shaped collecting box is sleeved on the left side and the right side of the T-shaped collecting box through the L-shaped supporting plate in work, and then the U-shaped pulling rod is grasped to pull the T-shaped collecting box to carry out dismounting work, and dust treatment work is conveniently carried out in work.
3. According to the invention, the arrangement of the second sealing cover, the U-shaped fixing frame, the second filter screen, the suspension rope and the impact ball is beneficial to enabling air to pass through the second filter screen and simultaneously drive the impact ball to shake and impact the second filter screen in work, and dust on the surface of the second filter screen falls off when the impact ball impacts the second filter screen, so that the cleaning work is convenient in work.
4. In the invention, the arrangement of the fixed seat, the fixed hole, the supporting tube, the threaded rod and the purification box is beneficial to the arrangement of the supporting tube and the threaded rod in a threaded connection manner during the working process, and then the supporting tube is rotated during the installation process to adjust the lengths of the supporting tube and the threaded rod, thereby facilitating the adjustment of the height of the purification box during the installation process and increasing the adjustment function.
5. According to the invention, the arrangement of the first sealing cover, the rotary rod, the push rod, the first filter screen, the L-shaped sliding rod, the thread fixing pipe, the purification box, the first hollow plate and the U-shaped sliding rail is beneficial to sliding in the U-shaped sliding rail through the L-shaped sliding rod in the lifting process, and the phenomenon that the first filter screen inclines to be damaged to influence the work in the lifting process is prevented.
6. In the invention, the arrangement of the T-shaped collecting box, the collecting cavity, the observing piece, the U-shaped pulling rod and the L-shaped supporting plate is beneficial to observing the quantity of dust collected in the collecting cavity through the observing piece during working, is convenient for observing and cleaning during working, and increases the observing function.
7. According to the invention, the arrangement of the fixed seat, the fixed hole, the supporting tube, the threaded rod and the locking threaded tube is beneficial to screwing the locking threaded tube after the height of the purifying box is adjusted, and the supporting tube is prevented from rotating to influence the fixing work of the purifying box in work.
8. According to the invention, the arrangement of the second sealing cover, the U-shaped fixing frame, the first electric heating plate, the second filter screen, the suspension rope, the impact ball and the purification box is beneficial to dismounting the second sealing cover and the U-shaped fixing frame in work, so that the second filter screen can be conveniently cleaned and replaced in work, and the first electric heating plate and the second electric heating plate can be conveniently maintained and overhauled.
9. In the invention, the purifying box, the first fixing cover, the second fixing cover, the primary filter, the negative ion generator, the electrostatic dust collector, the fresh air fan and the high-efficiency filter are arranged in a mutually matched manner, so that the first fixing cover and the second fixing cover can be conveniently detached in the work, and the maintenance and overhaul work of electrical equipment can be conveniently carried out in the work.

Principle of operation
In the invention, when in use, the fixed seat 71 is arranged at a proper position through an external bolt, the purification box 1 is fixed, the supporting tube 73 is rotated according to the working requirement, the supporting tube 73 is in threaded connection with the threaded rod 74 through the supporting tube 73, the height of the purification box 1 is adjusted, the locking threaded tube 75 is screwed down, the height of the purification box 1 is conveniently adjusted during the working, the adjusting function is added, then an external power supply is connected with an external power supply, after the equipment is fixed, the air inlet tube 2 is connected with an air inlet device, then the central air conditioning device is connected through the fresh air outlet tube 3 to start working, air is conveyed to the purification box 1 through the air inlet tube 2, the air is filtered through the first filter screen 84 during the working, dust in the air is filtered, the working quality is prevented from being influenced by the dust in the air, the filtered air passes through the first hollow plate 4 and then passes through the first electric heating plate 93 and the second electric heating plate 94 to heat the air, meanwhile, the air is filtered for the second time through the second filter screen 95, the impact ball 97 is blown while the air passes through the second filter screen 95, the impact ball 97 impacts the second filter screen 95, the dust on the surface of the second filter screen 95 falls on the bottom of the purifying box 1, the second filter screen 95 is convenient to knock and clean in work, the dust falls inside the collecting cavity 102 in the process of cleaning the second filter screen 95, the dust is prevented from entering the right side inside the purifying box 1 to influence the working quality, then the collecting quantity of the dust is observed through the observation sheet 103, if necessary, the U-shaped pull rod 104 is grasped to pull the T-shaped collecting box 101 to disassemble, the dust cleaning work is convenient to carry out, the filtered air enters the right side of the purifying box 1, and then the air is treated by the primary filter 14, the anion generator 15 and the electrostatic dust collector 16, through the cooperation of new trend fan 17 and high efficiency filter 18, carry the new trend after will handling to central air conditioning, and then accomplish new trend purifier.
