Abstract
The invention discloses an FRP sleeve and steel pipe prefabricated assembled combined screw pile and a pile forming method, wherein the combined screw pile comprises a plurality of pile bodies which are connected and assembled; each pile body comprises a pile body pipe and a connecting plate arranged at the end part and used for connecting the pile bodies; the pile body pipe comprises a steel pipe, an FRP pipe is sleeved outside the steel pipe, and a polymer mortar containing cavity for pile forming is arranged between the FRP pipe and the steel pipe; the connecting plate is provided with a notch and a connecting steel bar; the two sections of pile bodies are connected by a pin through a notch, and the pile body of the first section of pile is fixed with a helical blade; the combined screw pile is also provided with a torque application connector. The invention is prefabricated and formed, assembled on site, and can fully utilize the characteristics of light weight, high strength, good sealing property and good corrosion resistance of the FRP composite material when forming a pile, and the inside and the outside of the steel pipe are protected by the polymer and the concrete, so that the steel pipe is not easy to corrode and can be safely used in a high-salt corrosion environment; and the pile-forming operation is convenient.

Therefore, the research shows that the material has light weight, high strength, good sealing performance and good corrosion resistance, can be applied to a pile-forming material under the high-salt corrosion environment, can effectively solve the corrosion prevention problem in the engineering, and has good economic and social benefits.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to solve the technical problem of the prior art and provides an FRP sleeve and steel pipe prefabricated assembled combined spiral pile which is ingenious in structural design, light in weight, high in strength, good in sealing performance and good in corrosion resistance.

the connection between the two sections of pile bodies is realized by adopting a pin through a notch, and the pin is matched with the notch in shape; the pile body at the bottom is a first section pile, and the other pile bodies are lengthened sections; the pile head of the first section of pile is fixedly provided with a pile tip, and the pile body of the first section of pile is fixedly provided with a helical blade;
and a torque key groove is arranged on the connecting plate at the top of each section of pile body.
The invention relates to an FRP sleeve and steel pipe prefabricated assembled combined spiral pile, which further adopts the preferable technical scheme that: the pile tip is made of steel and is fixedly connected with a pile tip steel plate; the pile tip steel plate is provided with a notch, and the pile tip steel plate and a connecting plate at the end part of the first section of pile are connected into a whole by pins.

(1) preparing each accessory of an FRP sleeve steel pipe prefabricated assembled type combined spiral pile, wherein an FRP pipe and a spiral blade of a first section of pile are integrally manufactured through a vacuum introduction molding process; the FRP pipe of the lengthened pile is manufactured in a winding or pultrusion mode;
(2) welding and fixing the pile tip and the pile tip steel plate;
(3) installing and positioning the connecting plate at the bottom end part of the first section of pile, the FRP pipe and the steel pipe, pouring polymer mortar into the polymer mortar containing cavity, filling the space between the steel pipe and the FRP pipe tightly, putting the connecting plate at the upper end part into the cavity, maintaining the connecting plate, and forming the steel pipe, the FRP pipe and the connecting plate into a whole by utilizing the connecting capacity of the polymer mortar;
(4) the pile tip steel plate is connected with the connecting plate at the lower end part of the first section of pile by a pin;
(5) applying torque to screw the helical blade into the soil through the matching of the torque applying connector and the connecting plate;
(6) assembling the lengthened piles by adopting the method in the step (3), wherein each two sections of piles are connected through a notch on the connecting plate by using a pin;
(7) and after all the lengthened piles are assembled and formed, pouring concrete in the steel pipe according to the requirement.
In the pile-forming method, a further preferable technical scheme is as follows: in the step (4), the torsion applying connector comprises a torsion applying plate body with a disc hole in the middle, a torsion applying pipe and a torsion applying convex key tooth are respectively installed on two sides of the torsion applying plate body, and a torque key groove matched with the torsion applying convex key tooth and arranged on a connecting plate at the top of each section of pile body are inserted and meshed with the torsion applying convex key tooth and used for transmitting torque.
Compared with the prior art, the invention has the following beneficial effects:

2. The thermal expansion coefficient of the FRP composite material is similar to that of the polymer mortar material, and the FRP, the polymer mortar and the steel pipe can work together well; the FRP composite material has good designability, and the helical blade is convenient to form; the spiral blade is made of FRP composite material, so that the strength is high, the soil cutting efficiency is high, and the pile body can conveniently rotate like a soil body;
3. the torque key groove is meshed with the torque applying convex key teeth through the matched connection of the arranged pin and the notch, so that the connection is simple, reliable and convenient, and the working efficiency is high; the pile intersegment connecting device is provided with the connecting reinforcement materials, so that the connecting quality is good, the integral rigidity is high, the industrialized production and the field installation can be realized, the engineering quality is ensured, the labor efficiency is improved, and the production construction industrialization degree is high.
4. The inside and the outside of the steel pipe are constrained by polymer, concrete filling and FRP pipe materials, so that the stability and the bearing capacity of the steel pipe are greatly enhanced.

And a torque key groove 11 is arranged on the connecting plate 4 at the top of each section of pile body 1.
Referring to fig. 1 and 2, the pile body pipe comprises a steel pipe 6, an FRP pipe 5 is sleeved outside the steel pipe 6, and a polymer mortar containing cavity 7 for forming a pile is arranged between the FRP pipe 5 and the steel pipe 6;

the bottommost pile body 1 is a first section pile, and the rest pile bodies 1 are lengthened sections; a pile tip 2 is fixedly arranged on the pile head of the first section of pile, and a helical blade 3 is fixed on the pile body of the first section of pile, as shown in the figure 1;
referring to fig. 7, the pile tip 2 is made of steel and is fixedly connected with a pile tip steel plate 17; the pile tip steel plate 17 is also provided with a notch 9, and the pile tip steel plate 17 is connected with the connecting plate 4 at the end part of the first section of pile into a whole by a pin 10.
Referring to fig. 3, the pin 10 may be i-shaped, may also be designed as a Z-shape or frame shape, and the notch 9 may be shaped to match the shape of the pin 10, as shown with reference to fig. 8 and 9.
The piling process of FRP sleeve pipe and steel pipe prefabricated assembled combined spiral pile includes the following steps:

(4) the pile tip steel plate is connected with the connecting plate at the lower end part of the first section of pile by a pin;
(5) applying torque to screw the helical blade into the soil through the matching of the torque applying connector and the connecting plate; the torsion applying connector comprises a torsion applying plate body 15 with a disc hole 13 in the middle, a torsion applying pipe 16 and a torsion applying convex key tooth 14 are respectively installed on two sides of the torsion applying plate body 15, and a torque key groove 11 matched with the torsion applying convex key tooth 14 and arranged on a connecting plate 4 at the top of each section of pile body 1 are inserted and meshed with the torsion applying convex key tooth 14 and are used for transmitting torque; as shown with reference to figures 5 and 6,
(6) assembling the lengthened piles by adopting the method in the step (3), wherein each two sections of piles are connected through a notch on the connecting plate by using a pin;
(7) and after all the lengthened piles are assembled and formed, pouring concrete in the steel pipe according to the requirement.
