Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of medical supplies, in particular to a heat-insulating blanket adhesive tape.
Background
Most of clinical medical care products are blankets or bedding, the body temperature of a patient is rapidly reduced after an operation or in the infusion process, and the auxiliary recovery of products with sufficient heat preservation effect and even heating effect is needed.
The heat-insulating blanket with the temperature-raising and heat-insulating device well solves the problems. However, the existing heat-insulating blanket device mostly uses a button belt or a magic tape to connect and fix the human body and the heat-insulating blanket, and although the heat-insulating blanket device is firm and not easy to fall off, the device is mostly airtight, and the skin is easily heated and swollen after long-time fixation; meanwhile, the device is cumbersome to mount and dismount, or both hands are needed, which causes inconvenience to some special patients. Although some disposable heat-insulating blankets using adhesive tapes as connection solve the problems, the adhesive tapes are directly adhered to the skin of a patient, and the adhesive tapes are high in viscosity, so that the skin is easily damaged when being torn, and even skin allergy is caused; meanwhile, the skin of a human body breathes and can discharge sweat and water vapor, so that the viscosity of the adhesive tape is reduced, and the heat-insulating blanket cannot be fixed at all and is not firm or degummed.
Disclosure of Invention
Based on the defects of the prior art, the invention aims to provide the heat-preservation blanket adhesive tape which can effectively fix the heat-preservation blanket, has good skin compatibility, does not damage the skin, has high viscosity and is not easy to fall off.
In order to achieve the purpose, the invention adopts the technical scheme that:
a heat-insulating blanket adhesive tape comprises an isolating layer and an adhesive layer; the adhesive layer comprises a lining layer and a modified pressure-sensitive adhesive layer adhered to one side of the lining layer, wherein the modified pressure-sensitive adhesive layer comprises the following raw materials in parts by weight: 65-75 parts of styrene block copolymer, 5-10 parts of white oil and 15-25 parts of polymer resin.
The heat-insulating blanket adhesive tape is a single-sided adhesive product, the isolation layer is used for external protection, the adhesive layer adopts the lining layer to adhere and fix the modified pressure-sensitive adhesive, the isolation layer is only needed to be peeled off for adhesion when the heat-insulating blanket adhesive tape is used, and the operation is convenient; the modified pressure-sensitive adhesive is used as a main functional material, so that the adhesive is high in viscosity and not easy to fall off when in use, and meanwhile, the modified pressure-sensitive adhesive is high in compatibility with human skin and not easy to damage the skin.
Preferably, the modified pressure-sensitive adhesive layer comprises the following raw materials in parts by weight: 68-72 parts of styrene block copolymer, 7-9 parts of white oil and 17-22 parts of polymer resin. Compared with the common styrene series block copolymer pressure sensitive adhesive, the styrene series block copolymer pressure sensitive adhesive has higher viscosity and more stable quality by modifying the styrene series block copolymer in a solvent by using the polymer resin. More preferably, the modified pressure-sensitive adhesive layer comprises the following raw materials in parts by weight: 70 parts of styrene block copolymer, 8 parts of white oil and 20 parts of polymer resin. The modified pressure-sensitive adhesive layer prepared from the raw materials in the weight part ratio has better skin compatibility and viscosity.
Preferably, the polymer resin is C5 petroleum resin. Through multiple experiments, the inventor finds that when the polymer resin is C5 petroleum resin and the addition amount of the polymer resin is 15-25 parts, the prepared modified pressure-sensitive adhesive has strong stress bearing capacity and moderate water absorption, can keep the pressure-sensitive adhesive viscous for a long time, and has good comprehensive performance.
Preferably, the polymer resin further includes at least one of a rosin resin, a terpene resin, and a coumarone resin. By introducing a certain amount of the polymer resin for composite modification, the viscosity and the skin compatibility of the styrene segmented copolymer pressure-sensitive adhesive can be effectively improved.
Preferably, the raw materials of the modified pressure-sensitive adhesive layer further comprise an antioxidant, a pH regulator and a plasticizer.
Preferably, the isolation layer is release paper; the lining layer is a polyethylene PE film. The heat preservation blanket adhesive tape product is a single-sided adhesive product, the area of the release paper is larger than the adhesive layer, one side of the release paper is attached to the modified pressure-sensitive adhesive layer and is positioned in the middle of the adhesive layer, the release paper is provided with overlapping lines, one side of the overlapping lines is torn off from the release paper to be used for pasting the heat preservation blanket during use, and the other side of the heat preservation blanket is torn off from the release paper to be pasted on human skin when the heat preservation blanket needs to be used.
The invention also aims to provide a preparation method of the heat-preservation blanket adhesive tape.
The preparation method of the heat preservation blanket adhesive tape comprises the following steps:
(1) heating, mixing and stirring a styrene block copolymer, white oil and polymer resin until a glue solution is transparent to obtain a pressure-sensitive glue solution A;
(2) and (2) coating the pressure-sensitive adhesive solution A obtained in the step (1) on one side of the lining layer, attaching an isolating layer, and cooling to obtain the heat-insulating blanket adhesive tape.
The preparation method of the heat-insulating blanket adhesive tape is simple and easy to operate, and can be applied to industrial large-scale production.
Preferably, the heating temperature in the step (1) is 170-175 ℃.
The invention has the beneficial effects that: the invention provides a heat-insulating blanket adhesive tape, which is characterized in that an isolation layer is adopted for external protection, an adhesive layer adopts a lining layer to adhere and fix a modified pressure-sensitive adhesive, and the adhesive layer can be adhered only by peeling off the isolation layer when in use, so that the operation is convenient; the modified pressure-sensitive adhesive is used as a main functional material, and the styrene-series block copolymer is modified by using the polymer resin in a solvent, so that compared with the common styrene-series block copolymer pressure-sensitive adhesive, the modified pressure-sensitive adhesive has higher viscosity and more stable quality, is not only high in viscosity and not easy to fall off when in use, but also has high compatibility with human skin and is not easy to damage the skin. The invention also provides a preparation method of the heat-insulating blanket adhesive tape, which is simple and easy to operate and can be used for large-scale industrial production.
