The invention relates to a UV-cured coating with a water-drop-shaped effect and a using method thereof, wherein the coating is divided into a finish paint A and a primer B, and the finish paint A comprises the following components in parts by weight: 55-65 parts of UV curing resin, 5-10 parts of UV photo-initiation monomer, 1.0-3.5 parts of photoinitiator, 0.5-1.5 parts of auxiliary agent and 20-30 parts of solvent; the primer B comprises the following components in parts by weight: 85-100 parts of finish paint A and 0-15 parts of universal color paste; the UV curing resin is a mixed resin of three resins, namely Eternal 6071, Eternal 6172-1 and Eternal 621A-80. However, UV coatings are currently used more in the field of varnishes and in the field of thin-coating inks. This is because the pigment can refract, reflect and absorb light, and can prevent ultraviolet ray from extending into the interior of coating layer to initiate curing action, and the varnish and colour ink can be easily penetrated by light because of thin coating layer thickness. In the face of UV coatings with excellent properties, unfortunately, the use of UV coatings is limited in the application field where the coatings are thick and colored, and finding additional solutions is a hot and difficult point.
In addition, the water drop-shaped effect paint has high ornamental value and practical value, has strong three-dimensional sense, can decorate the surface of a general rough substrate, and can ensure the protection effect of a surface coating. The existing preparation of the water-drop-shaped effect paint still adopts polyurethane acrylate resin, compared with UV paint, the paint has the traditional disadvantages of large energy consumption, slow curing speed and the like, but the UV paint has excellent performance, but has the problems of incapability of recoating, poor recoating adhesion, easy falling off and the like in the using process, and the size of water drops can not be regulated, so the application of the paint in the water-drop-shaped artistic effect paint is limited.

The invention aims to overcome the defects in the prior art and provide the UV-cured coating with the water-drop effect and the preparation method thereof, and the UV-cured coating is quick to dry, energy-saving and environment-friendly, has excellent performance and adjustable effect and has good industrial foundation.

The UV curing resin is a mixed resin of three resins, namely a solvent type acrylate oligomer such as Eternal 6071, has the functionality of 6 and the molecular weight of 10000-20000, and is relatively soft and high in toughness; the polyurethane acrylate oligomer is Eternal 6172-1, the functionality is 2, the molecular weight is 10000-20000, the leveling property is good, the wear resistance is good, and the epoxy acrylate oligomer is Eternal 621A-80, the functionality is 2, the molecular weight is 500-1000, and the hardness is high; the three resins are also commonly called 'UV resins', and the molecular structure of the three resins contains a large number of double bond groups, and the double bond groups can be initiated by a photoinitiator to polymerize to form a cross-linked reticular polymer coating structure; the coating has good wear resistance and chemical resistance.
The UV curing resin is high-gloss resin with matched hardness and softness, high functionality and low functionality, has high polarity and high gloss, and can form transparency after curing, thereby providing a certain foundation for the later water-drop-shaped effect. In addition, the resin composition has excellent recoatability to the resin composition, and after the resin composition is cured, the adhesive force can reach 0 grade; meanwhile, the resin combination cannot wet itself, so that a foundation is provided for the drop-shaped artistic effect formed in the spraying process.
The resin composition has excellent adhesive force to common ABS and PC/ABS materials; moreover, the resin combination adopted by the invention has the characteristics of high curing efficiency and high curing speed. Meanwhile, the deep curing agent is matched, so that the paint can be completely cured when the paint content is not high and the film thickness is about 20 mu m. These provide a basis for their ability to be used as primers.
Further, the mixing weight ratio of Eternal 6071, Eternal 6172-1 and Eternal 621A-80 is 2:2: 1.
The UV light-induced monomer is one or more of tripropylene glycol diacrylate, beta-hydroxyethyl methacrylate, tetrahydrofuran methyl methacrylate, phenoxyethyl acrylate and vinyl acetate.
The photoinitiator is one or more of a photoinitiator BP, a photoinitiator 184 and a photoinitiator TPO.
The auxiliary agent is one or more of a leveling agent Efka FL 3777, a leveling agent BYK-113, BYK-310 and TEGO GLIDE 100. The size of the water drops formed by the invention can be adjusted by changing surface additives such as a leveling agent, and the adjustment is realized by changing the wettability of the whole coating through adding the additives.
The solvent is one or more of ethyl acetate, butyl acetate and diisobutyl ketone.
The universal color paste is formed by dispersing the pigment containing the effect pigment into a diluent through the wetting action of a wetting agent and the dispersing action of a dispersing agent and grinding the pigment to the fineness of less than 15 mu m by a grinder.
The use method of the UV curing water drop-shaped effect coating comprises the following steps:
the first step is as follows: weighing the components in parts by weight, and preparing a finish paint A and a primer B respectively;
the second step is that: spraying the primer B on a substrate according to a construction standard, and completely curing by UV lamp light irradiation;
the third step: and spraying the finish paint A on the base paint formed by the cured primer B according to the construction standard, naturally forming a drop-shaped artistic effect, and curing by irradiating UV light again.
Furthermore, the thickness of the film formed after the primer B is completely cured in the second step is 19-22 μm.

3. the primer and the finish have similar formula systems, so that the preparation process of the coating is simplified, the primer is the finish and universal color paste, the formula blending flow is simplified for the color mixing process, and meanwhile, the primer and the finish can be universal under the condition that the color paste is fully prepared;
4. the artistic effects of the color of the primer, the size of the water drop and the like can be adjusted, and a space for further artistic creation is reserved. Meanwhile, the color of the primer can be adjusted by adjusting the universal color paste;
5. the top coat has excellent adhesion to the primary coat and recoatability.
