Detailed Description
In order to make the objects, technical solutions and advantages of the present application more apparent, the present application is described in further detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings and embodiments. It should be understood that the specific embodiments described herein are merely illustrative of the present application and are not intended to limit the present application.
Reference in the specification to "an embodiment" means that a particular feature, structure, or characteristic described in connection with the embodiment can be included in at least one embodiment of the specification. The appearances of the phrase in various places in the specification are not necessarily all referring to the same embodiment, nor are separate or alternative embodiments mutually exclusive of other embodiments. It is explicitly and implicitly understood by one skilled in the art that the embodiments described herein can be combined with other embodiments.
The elevator maintenance monitoring method provided by the application can be applied to the application environment shown in figure 1. The elevator maintenance personnel can utilize the elevator maintenance terminal to maintain the elevator components installed on the elevator, and in the maintenance process, the elevator maintenance terminal can record elevator maintenance information (such as component identifiers of the elevator components and elevator identifiers of the elevator with the elevator components). The elevator information acquisition system is used for monitoring information (such as an elevator a, an elevator b, part identifiers of elevator parts installed on the elevator a, part identifiers of elevator parts installed on the elevator b and the like) of a plurality of elevators in real time and forming an elevator information basic database based on the elevator information obtained through real-time monitoring. The elevator maintenance monitoring center performs post analysis on elevator maintenance behaviors according to elevator maintenance information and an elevator information basic database to determine abnormal maintenance behaviors (for example, illegal elevator components are maintained), and sends corresponding maintenance abnormal information to the elevator maintenance monitoring terminal, so that the abnormal maintenance behaviors are effectively monitored, the occurrence probability of the abnormal maintenance behaviors is reduced, and the elevator maintenance behaviors are standardized.
In one embodiment, as shown in fig. 2, an elevator maintenance monitoring method is provided, which is described by taking the application of the method to the elevator maintenance monitoring center in fig. 1 as an example, and comprises the following steps:
step S201, the elevator maintenance monitoring center obtains the part identification of the elevator part and the elevator identification of the elevator for installing the elevator part, which are collected when the elevator maintenance terminal executes the elevator maintenance task.
The elevator maintenance terminal can be mobile terminal equipment such as a tablet personal computer and a mobile phone which are provided with an elevator maintenance application (also called an elevator maintenance system APP); an elevator maintenance worker maintains elevator components (such as an electronic board of a main control board of an elevator) through elevator maintenance application on the mobile equipment. The elevator maintenance task may be an operation of the elevator maintenance terminal to maintain a certain elevator, and further may be an operation of presetting and issuing the operation to the elevator maintenance terminal, for example, to maintain the elevator a (which is equivalent to maintaining elevator components on the elevator a).
Illustratively, in the process of maintaining the elevator a, an elevator maintenance person can acquire the part identifier of an electronic board such as a main control board of the elevator a and the elevator identifier of the elevator a by using an elevator maintenance terminal. The elevator maintenance monitoring center can obtain the component identification and the elevator identification.
Step S202, the elevator maintenance monitoring center inquires whether an elevator information basic database contains a component identifier through an elevator information acquisition system; the elevator information basic database is formed by monitoring a plurality of elevators in real time by an elevator information acquisition system.
The elevator information acquisition system can be an information acquisition system realized based on the internet of things of an elevator, elevator information (such as elevator identifications and component identifications) of a plurality of elevators can be monitored in real time, an elevator information basic database is formed based on the elevator information monitored in real time, namely, the elevator information stored in the elevator information basic database represents the current actual elevator condition, for example, if a corresponding relationship exists between an elevator identification id-dta (elevator identification of an elevator a) and a component identification id-bj stored in the elevator information basic database, the elevator component corresponding to the component identification id-bj is shown to be installed on the elevator a. It can be understood that, because the elevator information basic database is formed by the real-time monitoring of the elevator information acquisition system, the elevator identification in the elevator information basic database can be regarded as a real-time elevator identification, and the component identification can also be regarded as a real-time component identification.
Therefore, after obtaining the component identifier collected by the elevator maintenance terminal, the elevator maintenance monitoring center inquires whether the component identifier collected during maintenance is contained in the elevator information basic database.
And S203, if the elevator information basic database does not contain the component identifier, the elevator maintenance monitoring center sends first maintenance abnormal information aiming at the elevator component to the elevator maintenance monitoring terminal.
If the elevator information basic database does not contain the part identification acquired during maintenance, the elevator part during maintenance does not belong to the part monitored by the elevator information acquisition system in real time, corresponding identity information does not exist in the elevator information basic database, at the moment, the elevator maintenance monitoring center can determine that the elevator part during maintenance belongs to an abnormal elevator part, and then first maintenance abnormal information aiming at the elevator part during maintenance can be sent to the elevator maintenance monitoring terminal.
And S204, if the elevator information basic database contains the component identification, the component identification has a unique corresponding relation with the real-time elevator identification in the elevator information basic database, and the real-time elevator identification is inconsistent with the elevator identification, the elevator maintenance monitoring center sends second dimension protection abnormal information aiming at the elevator component to the elevator maintenance monitoring terminal.
Illustratively, the component identifier collected during the maintenance is id-bj, the component identifier id-bj is stored in the elevator information base database, and the component identifier id-bj only corresponds to the elevator identifier id-dta, which indicates that the elevator component corresponding to the component identifier id-bj is currently installed on the elevator a, i.e. the elevator component installed on the elevator a is a legal elevator component. However, at this time, if the elevator identification collected by the elevator maintenance terminal during maintenance is id-dtb (elevator b), it means that the elevator b is installed with an elevator component with a component identification id-bj, that is, the component identification id-bj is reused, and there may be a case of imitating the elevator component. Since the component identification id-bj stored in the elevator information base database corresponds only to the elevator identification id-dta and no component identification id-bj corresponds to the elevator identification id-dtb, it can be stated that the elevator component installed on elevator b is a counterfeit elevator component, and that said counterfeit elevator component imitates a legitimate elevator component identification id-bj. The elevator maintenance monitoring center can determine that an elevator b in maintenance is provided with an elevator component imitating a legal elevator component identifier based on the comparison and judgment of the identifiers, and can take the information as second dimension maintenance abnormal information and send the second dimension maintenance abnormal information to the elevator maintenance monitoring terminal.
In the elevator maintenance monitoring method, an elevator maintenance monitoring center acquires a component identifier of an elevator component and a corresponding elevator identifier which are acquired when an elevator maintenance terminal executes an elevator maintenance task, and inquires whether the component identifier exists in an elevator information basic database which is formed by monitoring in real time by an elevator information acquisition system, if the component identifier does not exist, the elevator component which is maintained at this time is determined to be an illegal elevator component and belongs to an abnormal maintenance behavior, and then corresponding maintenance abnormal information is sent to the elevator maintenance monitoring terminal, so that the abnormal maintenance behavior is effectively monitored, the occurrence probability of the abnormal maintenance behavior is reduced, and the elevator maintenance behavior is standardized; if the component identification exists, under the condition that the component identification is further determined to have the unique corresponding relation with the real-time elevator identification in the elevator information basic database, the fact that the real-time elevator identification is inconsistent with the elevator identification collected by the maintenance is determined, the elevator component is an illegal imitation elevator component, corresponding maintenance abnormal information is sent to an elevator maintenance monitoring terminal, abnormal maintenance behaviors are effectively monitored, the occurrence probability of the abnormal maintenance behaviors is reduced, and the elevator maintenance behaviors are standardized.
In one embodiment, after step S202, the elevator maintenance monitoring center may further perform the following steps: if the elevator information basic database contains the component identification, and the component identification does not have the unique corresponding relation with the real-time elevator identification in the elevator information basic database, the elevator maintenance monitoring center judges whether the installation registration position of the elevator component is consistent with the corresponding maintenance position when the elevator maintenance terminal performs maintenance; and if the installation registration position is inconsistent with the maintenance position, the elevator maintenance monitoring center sends third dimension protection abnormal information aiming at the elevator component to the elevator maintenance monitoring terminal.
The installation registration position of the elevator component is used for representing a legal installation position of the elevator component, so that the elevator component at the installation registration position can be reflected to be a legal elevator component, for example, the installation registration position corresponds to the elevator a, and the elevator component installed on the elevator a is a legal elevator component. And if the maintenance position acquired during maintenance corresponds to the elevator b, the elevator component installed on the elevator b is an illegal elevator component.
Illustratively, the component identifiers collected by the elevator maintenance terminal are id-bj and the elevator identifier id-dtb of the elevator b; if the part identification id-bj stored in the elevator information basic database corresponds to the elevator identification id-dta and the elevator identification id-dtb respectively, the part identification id-bj does not have unique corresponding relation with the real-time elevator identification in the elevator information basic database. In this case, it is described that the elevator a and the elevator b are both elevators belonging to the real-time monitoring of the elevator information acquisition system and legal elevators; at this time, it is necessary to further analyze which elevator component installed on the elevator is a legal/illegal imitation elevator component; therefore, the elevator maintenance monitoring center can obtain the installation registration position of the elevator component, compare the installation registration position with the maintenance position during maintenance, judge whether the two positions are consistent, if so, indicate that the elevator component installed in the elevator b during maintenance is a legal elevator component, and the elevator component installed in the elevator a is an illegal elevator component; if the two positions are not consistent, the elevator component installed in the elevator a is a legal elevator component, the elevator component installed in the elevator b maintained at this time is an illegal elevator component, and the situation belongs to abnormal maintenance, and then the elevator maintenance monitoring center sends corresponding maintenance abnormal information to the elevator maintenance monitoring terminal.
Therefore, in the embodiment, the abnormal maintenance behavior is further judged according to the installation registration position and the maintenance position, so that the accuracy of the abnormal maintenance analysis can be improved.
In one embodiment, when the elevator maintenance monitoring center performs step S204, the following steps may be further performed: if the elevator information base database contains the component identifier, the elevator maintenance monitoring center judges whether the component identifier is cancelled; if the component identification is not cancelled, the elevator maintenance monitoring center judges whether the component identification has a unique corresponding relation with the real-time elevator identification in the elevator information basic database; and if the component identifier has a unique corresponding relation with the real-time elevator identifier in the elevator information basic database, and the real-time elevator identifier is inconsistent with the elevator identifier, the elevator maintenance monitoring center sends second maintenance abnormal information aiming at the elevator component to the elevator maintenance monitoring terminal. Further, if the component identifier is cancelled, the elevator maintenance monitoring center sends fourth maintenance abnormal information aiming at the elevator component to the elevator maintenance monitoring terminal.
If the part identification is cancelled, the corresponding legal elevator part is represented to be in an unusable state, under the condition, if the part identification acquired during maintenance is cancelled, the elevator part during maintenance is an illegal imitation elevator part, and then the elevator maintenance monitoring center can send corresponding maintenance abnormal information to the elevator maintenance monitoring terminal.
If the part identification is not logged out, the corresponding legal elevator part is represented to be in a usable state; in this case, the elevator maintenance monitoring center may further determine whether the component identifier has a unique correspondence with the real-time elevator identifier in the elevator information base database, and specific determination contents may refer to the above-mentioned embodiments and are not described herein.
In the above embodiment, it may be determined whether the component identifier has been logged off, and then different analysis policies are executed, so as to improve the analysis efficiency of monitoring and maintaining.
Further, if the component identifier and the real-time elevator identifier in the elevator information basic database have a unique corresponding relationship, and the real-time elevator identifier is consistent with the elevator identifier, the elevator maintenance monitoring center judges whether the elevator identifier belongs to the elevator identifier in the maintenance state; and if the elevator identification does not belong to the elevator identification in the maintenance state, the elevator maintenance monitoring center sends fifth maintenance abnormal information aiming at the elevator to the elevator maintenance monitoring terminal.
If the elevator identification belongs to the elevator identification in the maintenance state, the corresponding elevator is the elevator under maintenance; if the elevator identification does not belong to the elevator identification in the maintenance state, the corresponding elevator is a depreciation elevator; therefore, the elevator maintenance monitoring center can determine abnormal maintenance behavior after determining that the elevator during maintenance is a deputy elevator based on the elevator identification acquired during maintenance, and sends corresponding maintenance abnormal information to the elevator maintenance monitoring terminal.
Furthermore, after the elevator maintenance monitoring center determines that the elevator identification does not belong to the elevator identification in the maintenance state (namely the elevator in maintenance is a depreciation elevator), whether the depreciation time of the elevator exceeds a preset time range can be further judged; and if the depreciation time exceeds the preset time range, the elevator maintenance monitoring center sends the fifth maintenance abnormal information to the elevator maintenance monitoring terminal.
The preset time range is 15 days for example, if the elevator is in the loss-of-service time of 15 days, the elevator maintenance monitoring center does not take the maintenance behavior as the abnormal maintenance behavior; if the guarantee-free time of the elevator exceeds 15 days, the elevator maintenance monitoring center can judge that the maintenance behavior is abnormal maintenance behavior, and sends corresponding maintenance abnormal information to the elevator maintenance monitoring terminal.
In the embodiment, the abnormal maintenance behaviors are analyzed according to the maintenance state or the maintenance removal time, so that the method is more in line with the actual maintenance scene of the elevator, and the monitoring accuracy of the elevator maintenance is ensured.
Furthermore, if the elevator maintenance monitoring center determines that the elevator identification belongs to the elevator identification in the maintenance state (namely, the elevator in maintenance is the elevator under maintenance), the elevator maintenance monitoring center can further judge whether the elevator identification belongs to the elevator identification in the preset elevator maintenance task; and if the elevator identification does not belong to the elevator identification in the preset elevator maintenance task, the elevator maintenance monitoring center sends sixth maintenance abnormal information of the elevator to the elevator maintenance monitoring terminal.
That is to say, if the elevator maintained this time is not the elevator identifier in the preset elevator maintenance task, it indicates that the elevator maintained actually is not matched with the elevator specified by the preset elevator maintenance task, and it can be considered as an abnormal maintenance behavior, and the elevator maintenance monitoring center can send corresponding maintenance abnormal information to the elevator maintenance monitoring terminal.
In one embodiment, the elevator maintenance monitoring center can also obtain a monitoring subscription pushing path and monitoring subscription pushing time set for the elevator maintenance monitoring terminal, and further push maintenance abnormal information to the elevator maintenance monitoring terminal according to the monitoring subscription pushing path and the monitoring subscription pushing time.
Illustratively, if the monitoring subscription pushing time set for the elevator maintenance monitoring terminal is monday, and the monitoring subscription pushing path is a mail, the elevator maintenance monitoring center may send at least one maintenance abnormal information mentioned in the above embodiments to the elevator maintenance monitoring terminal through the mail at the same time according to the monday.
It is to be understood that the monitoring subscription push path may also be an instant messaging application, such as WeChat and SMS.
In the embodiment, the corresponding maintenance abnormal information is pushed to the elevator maintenance monitoring terminal according to the customized monitoring pushing mode set for the elevator maintenance monitoring terminal, so that more flexible and personalized monitoring subscription service can be realized.
In one embodiment, the present application further provides an elevator maintenance monitoring method, which introduces the steps performed by the elevator maintenance monitoring center in conjunction with fig. 3:
s301, an elevator maintenance monitoring center acquires part identifiers of elevator parts and corresponding elevator identifiers of elevators, wherein the part identifiers are acquired when an elevator maintenance terminal executes an elevator maintenance task;
step S302, the elevator maintenance monitoring center inquires whether an elevator information basic database contains a component identifier through an elevator information acquisition system; the elevator information basic database is formed by monitoring a plurality of elevators in real time by an elevator information acquisition system;
step S303, the elevator maintenance monitoring center judges whether the elevator information basic database contains the part identification collected during maintenance; if not, judging the abnormal maintenance behavior;
step S304, if the elevator information basic database contains the component identification collected during maintenance, the elevator maintenance monitoring center further judges whether the component identification is cancelled; if yes, determining abnormal maintenance behaviors;
step S305, if the component identifier is not cancelled, the elevator maintenance monitoring center further judges whether the elevator component identifier and the real-time elevator identifier in the elevator information basic database have a unique corresponding relation;
step S306, if the elevator component identification does not have the unique corresponding relation with the real-time elevator identification in the elevator information basic database, the elevator maintenance monitoring center further judges whether the installation and registration position of the elevator component is consistent with the maintenance position, and if not, the elevator maintenance monitoring center judges that the elevator component is in abnormal maintenance action;
step S307, if the elevator component identification and the real-time elevator identification in the elevator information basic database have the unique corresponding relation, the elevator maintenance monitoring center further judges whether the elevator identification acquired during maintenance is consistent with the real-time elevator identification; if not, judging the abnormal maintenance behavior;
step S308, if the elevator identification collected during maintenance is consistent with the real-time elevator identification, the elevator maintenance monitoring center further judges whether the elevator identification collected during maintenance belongs to the elevator identification in the maintenance state;
step S309, if the elevator identification collected during maintenance belongs to the elevator identification in the maintenance state, the elevator under maintenance is indicated as the elevator under maintenance, and the elevator maintenance monitoring center further judges whether the elevator identification during maintenance is the elevator identification in the preset elevator maintenance task; if not, judging the abnormal maintenance behavior;
and S310, if the elevator identification collected during maintenance is not the elevator identification in the preset elevator maintenance task, the elevator to be maintained is a maintenance-free elevator, the elevator maintenance monitoring center further judges whether the maintenance-free time exceeds the preset time range, and if the maintenance-free time exceeds the preset time range, abnormal maintenance behavior is judged.
After the elevator maintenance monitoring center determines the corresponding abnormal maintenance behavior through the steps, the corresponding abnormal maintenance information can be sent to the elevator maintenance monitoring terminal so as to effectively monitor the abnormal maintenance behavior, reduce the occurrence probability of the abnormal maintenance behavior and standardize the elevator maintenance behavior.
In order to better understand the above method, an application example of the elevator maintenance monitoring method of the present application is described in detail below.
As shown in fig. 5, the elevator abnormal maintenance monitoring system provided by the application example may include a mobile terminal device, an elevator maintenance system App, an elevator maintenance monitoring center, a report subscription service, an elevator component, and further may further include an elevator storage unit. The elevator maintenance system App installed on the mobile terminal device collects maintenance data generated in the elevator maintenance process of maintenance personnel and uploads the maintenance data to the elevator maintenance monitoring center in real time for data storage and analysis, the elevator maintenance monitoring center outputs an analysis result to an abnormal maintenance subscription report, subscription service is periodically sent to the elevator maintenance monitoring terminal in the modes of mails, short messages or micro-messages and the like according to subscription conditions for the supervision responsible person to check, and the supervision responsible person makes corresponding management decisions by taking the subscription report data as a support, so that the elevator maintenance behavior is effectively supervised and managed. The function of the above components will now be described:

secondly, an elevator maintenance system App: the system is used for verifying the identity of maintenance personnel, receiving a maintenance task issued by an enterprise, checking a maintenance task list, recording maintenance data in the maintenance process and uploading the maintenance data to an elevator maintenance monitoring center;
and thirdly, the elevator maintenance monitoring center: receiving maintenance data uploaded by an elevator maintenance system App for data storage, analyzing and processing the maintenance data according to an abnormal maintenance judgment rule, and outputting the abnormal maintenance data in the maintenance data to an abnormal maintenance subscription report form for pushing subscription service;
fourth, report subscription service: the method mainly comprises the steps that according to a subscription rule set by a subscriber (a supervision responsible person), an abnormal maintenance subscription report is sent to an elevator maintenance monitoring terminal in a mail, short message or WeChat mode at regular intervals;
elevator parts: when maintenance personnel use the elevator maintenance system App to perform maintenance work, the object of elevator maintenance activity can acquire identity information (such as component identification) of elevator components and upload the identity information to an elevator maintenance monitoring center.
The application example mainly collects maintenance data in the elevator maintenance process of maintenance personnel through an elevator maintenance system App, an elevator maintenance monitoring center analyzes and processes the maintenance data according to abnormal maintenance rules, judges the abnormal maintenance behavior to form a subscription report, and simultaneously, report subscription service pushes the abnormal maintenance report to a manager who subscribes the report so as to monitor and manage elevator maintenance activities. As shown in fig. 4, the present application example may specifically include the following steps:
step S401, the elevator maintenance personnel enter the system to carry out elevator maintenance work after passing through the identity authentication of the elevator maintenance system App, and the elevator maintenance system App records maintenance data in the process, if: the user name, the password, the SIM card number of the current mobile equipment, the equipment serial number, the elevator job number (equivalent to an elevator identifier), the elevator component identity id (equivalent to a component identifier), the current maintenance content, the maintenance place, the maintenance time and other information of the current login App.
And S402 to S405, the elevator maintenance system App uploads the recorded maintenance data to an elevator maintenance monitoring center in real time for storage, and meanwhile, the elevator maintenance monitoring center analyzes and processes the maintenance data according to the abnormal maintenance behavior judgment rule, defines a grade according to the severity of the abnormal maintenance behavior, and then outputs the analysis result to an abnormal maintenance subscription report. The abnormal maintenance behavior judgment rule is shown in table 1, and the abnormal maintenance grades can be divided into: a- -especially severe, B- -more severe, C- -generally severe.
