An ordered discharging and feeding device according to claim 2, wherein the discharging device (p) is further provided with a discharging swing arm (p1), a discharging rotating shaft (p2) and a thimble (p3), a jacking plane (p4) is further provided on the thimble (p3), the discharging rotating shaft (p2) is provided at a first end of the discharging swing arm (p1), the thimble (p3) is provided at a second end of the discharging swing arm (p1) and is higher than a plane where the discharging swing arm (p1) is located, the discharging device (p) is rotatably coupled with the material distributing frame (j) through the discharging rotating shaft (p2), when the discharging rotating shaft (p2) is rotated, the thimble (p3) can cross the first material distributing surface (j1), and the jacking plane (p4) can lift the elongated bar (w) upwards from the blocking surface (j5 a).

An ordered discharging and feeding device as claimed in claim 3, wherein said first sorting poking roller (f1) is further provided with a first sorting rotating shaft (f1a), a first sorting swing arm (f1b) and a first sorting roller (f1c), the first sorting rotating shaft (f1a) is arranged at the first end of the first sorting swing arm (f1b), the first sorting roller (f1c) is arranged at the second end of the first sorting swing arm (f1b), the first sorting roller (f1c) can rotate relative to the first sorting swing arm (f1b), the first sorting poking roller (f1) is rotationally connected with the material distributing frame (j) through a first sorting rotating shaft (f1a), when the first sorting spindle (f1a) is rotated, the first sorting roller (f1c) will retract downward and below the first level of separation (j1) and the elongated billet (w) will slide down the first level of separation (j1) under the force of gravity.

An ordered discharging and feeding device according to claim 4, wherein said second sorting poking roller (f2) is further provided with a second sorting rotating shaft (f2a), a second sorting swing arm (f2b) and a second sorting roller (f2c), the second sorting rotating shaft (f2a) is arranged at the first end of the second sorting swing arm (f2b), the second sorting roller (f2c) is arranged at the second end of the second sorting swing arm (f2b), the second sorting roller (f2c) can do rotary motion relative to the second sorting swing arm (f2b), the second sorting poking roller (f2) is rotationally connected with the material distributing frame (j) through a second sorting rotating shaft (f2a), when the second sorting spindle (f2a) is rotated, the second sorting roller (f2c) will retract downward and below the second sorting surface (j2) and the elongated billet (w) will slide down the second sorting surface (j2) under the force of gravity.

An ordered discharge and feed device according to claim 5, characterised in that it is provided with a pressing device (y) which is also provided with a pressing surface (y 1), said pressing surface (y 1) and said first dispensing surface (j1) forming a channel parallel to each other and having a space between them (j1) for the elongated bar (w) to pass through in alignment.

An ordered discharging and feeding device according to claim 6, wherein the pressing device (y) is further provided with a discharging notch (y 2) and a limiting surface (y 3), a space for discharging the elongated bar (w) is formed between the discharging notch (y 2) and the blocking surface (j5a), and the limiting surface (y 3) can limit the upward moving distance of the elongated bar (w) when the elongated bar (w) is jacked up by the jacking plane (p 4).

An ordered discharge and feed device according to claim 7, characterized in that the pressing device (y) is further provided with an adjusting device (y 4), and the adjusting device (y 4) can adjust the distance between the pressing surface (y 1) and the discharge gap (y 2) and the first material dividing surface (j1) and the blocking surface (j5a) respectively, so as to be suitable for the elongated bars (w) with more specifications to pass through in order.
