To achieve the above object, the present invention provides a zipper pack sealing structure, comprising:
the bag body is provided with a first inner side wall and a second inner side wall facing the first inner side wall, and one end of the first inner side wall and one end of the second inner side wall are connected with each other to form a welding area;
the male buckle clamping chain structure is arranged on the first inner side wall and is provided with two opposite male buckle end parts;
the female buckle clamp chain structure is arranged on the second inner side wall, is mutually separated or linked with the male buckle clamp chain structure under the action of external force, and is provided with two opposite female buckle end parts;
and the adjacent female buckle end part and the male buckle end part are mutually welded into a whole to form a welding section which is integrally fused and positioned in the welding area.
Preferably, the male buckle clip chain structure further has a male buckle protruding strip, the female buckle clip chain structure further has two female buckle protruding strips and a clip chain slot located between the two female buckle protruding strips, and when the male buckle clip chain structure and the female buckle clip chain structure are mutually linked, the male buckle protruding strip is buckled in the clip chain slot.
Preferably, the thickness of the welding section is between 1mm and 5 mm.
Preferably, the male buckle fastener chain structure and the female buckle fastener chain structure are made of polypropylene (PP), Polyethylene (PE), or polyethylene terephthalate (PET).
Preferably, the welding section is welded to the welding area by ultrasonic welding.
Therefore, the invention provides a zipper bag sealing structure, which mainly comprises a bag body, a male buckle zipper structure and a female buckle zipper structure, and is characterized in that the end parts of the adjacent female buckle and the male buckle are mutually welded into a whole to form the welding section which is integrally fused and positioned in the welding area, the welding section makes up the defect of gaps in the prior art, the sealing structure of the zipper bag is further strengthened, the situations that the contents are damped and easily deteriorated and putrefactive can be effectively prevented, and the contents in the zipper bag have longer preservation time.

Detailed Description
The technical solutions of the present invention will be described clearly and completely below, and it should be apparent that the described embodiments are some, but not all, embodiments of the present invention. All other embodiments, which can be obtained by a person skilled in the art without any inventive step based on the embodiments of the present invention, are within the scope of the present invention.
As shown in fig. 2 to 4, an embodiment of the present invention provides a zipper bag sealing structure, which mainly comprises a bag body 20, a male buckle zipper structure 30, and a female buckle zipper structure 40, wherein:
the bag body 20 has a first inner sidewall 21 and a second inner sidewall 22 facing the first inner sidewall 21, and one end of the first inner sidewall 21 and one end of the second inner sidewall 22 adjacent to each other are connected to form a welding zone 23 having a triangular area.
A male buckle clamping chain structure 30 disposed on the first inner sidewall 21 and having a male buckle protruding strip 31 and two male buckle end portions 32 (one end is shown in the figure) disposed at two ends of the male buckle protruding strip 31; in this embodiment, the material of the male buckle fastener chain structure 30 is polypropylene (PP), but not limited thereto, or Polyethylene (PE), polyethylene terephthalate (PET).
A female buckle clip chain structure 40 disposed on the second inner sidewall 22 and separated from or linked with the male buckle clip chain structure 30 under the action of an external force, and having two opposite female buckle end portions 41 (shown by one end in the figure), the female buckle clip chain structure 40 further having two female buckle protruding strips 42 and a clip chain groove 43 disposed between the two female buckle protruding strips 42, when the male buckle clip chain structure 30 and the female buckle clip chain structure 40 are linked with each other, the male buckle protruding strips 31 are buckled in the clip chain groove 43; in this embodiment, the material of the female buckle fastener structure 40 is polypropylene (PP), but not limited thereto, or Polyethylene (PE) or polyethylene terephthalate (PET).
Since the assembly methods of the bag 20, the male clip chain structure 30 and the female clip chain structure 40 are prior art and not essential to the present invention, the detailed structure and assembly method of the components (the bag 20, the male clip chain structure 30 and the female clip chain structure 40) will not be described in detail.
Wherein, the adjacent female buckle end 41 and the male buckle end 32 are welded together to form a welding section 50 which is integrally fused and located at the welding zone 23; in the present embodiment, the welding section 50 is welded to the welding area 23 by ultrasonic welding, but it is not limited thereto, and may be electron beam welding, laser welding, heat-generating welding, or the like; the ultrasonic welding method is one of solid state cold welding. The method is that a kind of high frequency vibration energy is transmitted between two welding surfaces to make them produce parallel and relative high speed vibration, and at the same time of moving, the relative pressure is applied on two planes to produce shearing stress on the surface layer. The particles can be mutually kneaded to obtain a perfect welding block due to the sliding generated by the vibration; the material of the welding segment 50 is polypropylene (PP), but not limited thereto, Polyethylene (PE) or polyethylene terephthalate (PET).
In this embodiment, the thickness T of the welding section 50 is 3mm as an example, certainly not taking this as a limitation, as long as it is greater than 1mm and less than or equal to 5mm, the welding section 50 has certain thickness to block, the user can effectively avoid the problem that the welding section 50 is fractured due to improper force application when separating the pin clip chain structure 30 and the box clip chain structure 40, so as to strengthen the strength of the welding section 50, and further make the clip chain bag achieve more durable practicability, and the thickness T of the welding section 50 is less than or equal to 5mm, so that the trouble that the content of the bag body 20 can be conveniently taken can be achieved without causing the content which is difficult to be taken due to too small sealing of the bag body 20.
The above is a configuration description of each main component of the embodiment of the present invention. The mode of use and efficacy of the invention are described below.
Fig. 3 is a schematic top view of the present embodiment. Displaying the state that the male buckle clip chain structure 30 and the female buckle clip chain structure 40 are separated from each other; as shown in fig. 4, which is a top view of the present embodiment and shows a schematic usage diagram (ii) showing a state that the male buckle clip chain structure 30 and the female buckle clip chain structure 40 are linked together, the present invention is characterized in that the welded segment 50 is used to make up for the gap defect existing in the prior art, so as to strengthen the sealing structure of the clip chain bag, effectively prevent the contents from being affected with moisture and being easily deteriorated and spoiled, and make the contents in the clip chain bag have a longer storage time, so that people can eat the contents in the clip chain bag securely.
In summary, the above embodiments are merely preferred embodiments of the present invention, and are not intended to limit the scope of the present invention, and any modifications, equivalents, improvements, etc. made within the spirit and principle of the present invention should be included in the scope of the present invention.
