Fig. 1 is a perspective view of a honeycomb device according to an embodiment of the invention. Figure 2 is a plan view of a single assembled unit of the honeycomb device of figure 1. Fig. 3 is a plan view of a honeycomb device including three assembly units according to an embodiment of the present invention. Fig. 4 is a plan view of a honeycomb device including five assembly units according to an embodiment of the present invention.
Referring to fig. 1 and 2, the honeycomb device 100 of the present invention includes a plurality of assembly units 110, wherein each assembly unit 110 is a cardboard structure or a plate structure made of other flexible materials, and the honeycomb device 100 is suitable for a package box to facilitate planning an inner space of the package box.
Each assembly unit 110 includes a first board 111 and two second boards 112. The two second boards 112 can be connected to the two opposite sides S1 of the first board 111 in a relatively bending manner, in the embodiment, the first board 111 and the second board 112 are integrally formed. For example, the bending angle range of the two second plate bodies 112 relative to the first plate body 111 is greater than 180 degrees, and the bending direction of the second plate bodies 112 can be adjusted according to requirements.
The first card slots G1 are formed at the connection positions of the two opposite sides S1 of each second board 112 and the first board 111. Each second plate 112 is formed with a second card slot G2 and is spaced in parallel with each adjacent first card slot G1. Further, the opening direction D1 of each first card slot G1 is opposite to the opening direction D2 of each second card slot G2, wherein two first card slots G1 of one assembly unit 110 are correspondingly engaged with two second card slots G2 of another adjacent assembly unit 110, respectively, so AS to form a plurality of accommodating spaces AS. Referring to fig. 1, the assembling units 110 are connected in a stepped manner, that is, the two second slots G2 of the first assembling unit 110 are engaged with the two first slots G1 of the second assembling unit 110, and so on, so that the number of the assembling units can be determined according to the requirement. For example, fig. 3 and 4 show three or five assembly units 110 being clamped to each other, respectively, so AS to define three or five independent receiving spaces AS. The honeycomb apparatus 100 of the present invention is different from the conventional honeycomb apparatus which has a complicated composition and generates redundant parts around the assembled honeycomb apparatus, resulting in insufficient space utilization when placed in a packing box.
With reference to fig. 1 and fig. 2, the first board 111 and the two second boards 112 of each assembly unit 110 together form an upper edge E1 and a lower edge E2 that are parallel and opposite to each other, and two side edges S2 that are perpendicular to the upper edge E1 and the lower edge E2. Further, each assembly unit 110 of the present embodiment has a rectangular appearance. In other embodiments, the upper edge, the lower edge and the two side edges of each assembly unit can also be arc-shaped or other special shapes, depending on the packaging box to be shaped.

In addition, the two first card slots G1 and the two second card slots G2 are parallel to each other, and the length of each first card slot G1 and each second card slot G2 is half of the length of the corresponding assembly unit 110 in the extending direction of the first card slot G1 and the second card slot G2. However, the present invention is not limited in this regard. In other embodiments, the length of each of the first card slot G1 and the second card slot G2 may exceed one-half of the length of the corresponding assembly unit 110 in the extending direction of the first card slot G1 and the second card slot G2.
Referring to fig. 1 and 4, when the assembly units 110 are clamped to form the honeycomb device 100, the two first clamping grooves G1 of one assembly unit 110 are respectively clamped to the two second clamping grooves G2 of another adjacent assembly unit 110, and the length L1 of each first clamping groove G1 is equal to the length L2 of each second clamping groove G2, so that the upper edges E1 and the lower edges E2 of the assembly units 110 still present a flat appearance after being clamped. This does benefit to and puts in the packing box to reach steady and avoid the purpose of rocking.
Referring to fig. 1 and 4, the two second board bodies 112 of each assembly unit 110 are bent to opposite sides S1 of the first board body 111 to form a U shape, and an included angle a is formed between each second board body 112 and the first board body 111, and the included angle a is, for example, an acute angle smaller than 90 degrees. In detail, the two second boards 112 of one of the assembling units 110 are partially overlapped with the two second boards 112 of another adjacent assembling unit 110, and are located in the receiving space AS formed by the other assembling unit.
Fig. 5 is a plan view of the honeycomb device of fig. 4 disposed in a package.
Referring to fig. 1, 4 and 5, a packing box 200 IS further included, which has an inner space IS for accommodating a honeycomb device 100 formed by a plurality of assembly units 110 (five assembly units 110 are shown in the drawings, but the invention IS not limited thereto). In detail, the first plate 111 of one of the assembly units 110 located at the outermost periphery (located at the leftmost side of the honeycomb apparatus 100) and the plurality of second plates 112 of each assembly unit 110 respectively abut against four inner side walls of the packing case 200. Therefore, the internal space IS of the packing box 200 IS fully utilized, and in addition, the assembling units 110 of the honeycomb device 100 are respectively abutted against the four inner side walls S, so that the stability of the honeycomb device 100 in the packing box 200 can be further ensured, and the collision damage of goods in the conveying process can be avoided.
Further, the first board 111 of each assembly unit 110 has a groove G3 formed between two first slots G1 and recessed at the center of the upper edge E1. In detail, the grooves G3 are used for the user to take out the goods 300 placed in each of the receiving spaces AS.
In view of the above, the honeycomb device of the present invention is suitable for being disposed in a packaging box, and the honeycomb device is formed by a plurality of assembly units and has a compact appearance. Therefore, the honeycomb device can be tightly abutted against the inner side wall surface of the packing box, so that the honeycomb device has better stability and can avoid the waste of space in the packing box. In addition, each assembly unit of the honeycomb device is an integrally formed paperboard structure, and only a single group of forming dies need to be developed, so that the complexity of the manufacturing process and the development cost can be reduced.
Furthermore, the honeycomb device of the present invention can accommodate a part of the second plate of the previous assembly unit in the accommodating space of the next assembly unit, thereby reducing the volume and size of the honeycomb device and achieving the purpose of reducing the size of the packing box. In addition, a plurality of assembly units of the honeycomb device respectively lean against four inner side walls of the packing box, so that collision damage of goods in the conveying process can be avoided.
