Although the pressure spring 10 continuously extends in the opening process of the charging opening cover, the elastic acting force of the pressure spring 10 is gradually reduced, the included angle formed by the transmission rod 4 and the guide rod 7 is gradually increased, so that the component force borne by the transmission rod 4 is not reduced too much due to the reduction of the elastic force of the spring, and the charging opening cover can still be ensured to be opened stably.
It should be noted that, a charging flap is provided with two actuating mechanisms, and two actuating mechanisms are correspondingly arranged on the left and right sides of the charging flap to ensure the opening force and stability of the charging flap during the opening process. In other embodiments, one charging flap may correspond to only one actuator, requiring a greater actuation force from the actuator.

In other embodiments, the limiting block is not provided with a limiting block fixing hole and is only used for adjusting the elasticity of the pressure spring; a fixing block with a fixing hole is additionally arranged on the guide rod, or the guide rod is directly provided with the fixing hole so as to be matched with the hinging seat fixing hole on the hinging seat to stably and fixedly assemble the guide rod on the vehicle body.
In other embodiments, a fixing hole of the hinged seat may not be formed in the hinged seat, a fixing block with a fixing hole is added to the guide rod, or a fixing hole is directly formed in the guide rod, so that the guide rod is stably and fixedly assembled on the vehicle body by being matched with the fixing hole of the limiting block on the limiting block.
The charging port cover assembly in this embodiment has the same structure and function as the charging port cover assembly in the above-described embodiment of the charging port cover assembly, and details are not repeated herein.

Claims (10)

1. A charging port cover assembly, comprising:
the guide rod is fixedly assembled on the vehicle body along the vertical direction;
the charging opening cover is hinged with the guide rod through a hinged shaft;
the sliding block is assembled on the guide rod in a sliding mode;
the elastic part is a pressure spring arranged on one side of the sliding block back to the hinge shaft or a tension spring arranged on one side of the sliding block facing to the hinge shaft so as to apply elastic acting force facing to the hinge shaft to the sliding block;
and the transmission rod is hinged with the sliding block and the charging opening cover respectively so as to drive the charging opening cover to overturn when the sliding block slides towards the hinged shaft under the elastic acting force of the elastic part.

The charging port cover assembly according to claim 1, wherein the guide rod is provided with a limiting block in a threaded manner, the elastic member is a pressure spring sleeved on the guide rod, and the pressure spring is arranged between the sliding block and the limiting block and is jacked on the limiting block.

The charging port cover assembly according to claim 2, wherein a stopper fixing hole is formed in the stopper, and the stopper is fixedly assembled to the vehicle body through the stopper fixing hole and a fastening member in a fitting manner, so that the guide rod is fixedly assembled to the vehicle body.

The charging port cover assembly according to any one of claims 1 to 3, wherein a hinge seat is provided at an end of the guide rod, the charging port cover is hinged to the hinge seat, a hinge seat fixing hole is provided on the hinge seat, and the hinge seat is fixedly assembled on the vehicle body through the hinge seat fixing hole and a fastener, so that the guide rod is fixedly assembled on the vehicle body.
5. The charging port cover assembly of claim 2 or 3, wherein the guide rod comprises an injection molded rod body and a screw rod embedded in the rod body, and the stopper is threadedly assembled on the screw rod.
6. The charging port cover assembly of any one of claims 1-3, wherein the charging port cover comprises an outer plate and an inner plate, the inner plate having an inwardly extending arcuate overhang, the charging port cover being hinged to the guide bar by the arcuate overhang.
7. The charging port cover assembly of claim 6, wherein the inner plate is provided with an ear plate facing the guide rod, and the inner plate is hinged to the transmission rod through the ear plate, so that the charging port cover is hinged to the transmission rod.
8. The charging port cover assembly according to any one of claims 1 to 3, wherein the number of the guide rods is two and the guide rods are correspondingly arranged on both sides of the charging port cover, and the transmission rods are in one-to-one correspondence with the guide rods.
9. The charging port cover assembly of any of claims 1-3, wherein the drive link and/or slider are made of plastic.
10. A vehicle comprising a vehicle body and a charging port cover assembly fixedly mounted to the vehicle body, wherein the charging port cover assembly is as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 9.
