Then, arouse the PLC controller through touch panel, start pump station 19 in the lifting unit, pump station 19 and control valve 20 combined action, supply 3 flows and pressure of pneumatic cylinder together, realize lifting unit's lift, and then adjust the height of (mixing) shaft 14 in agitator 10, different height is also different to stirring dispersion effect, according to empirical value, when the height of dispersion impeller 12 apart from the agitator 10 bottom is one third of agitator 10 diameter, stirring effect is the best, consequently, through adjusting lifting unit, set up the height of dispersion impeller 12 apart from the agitator 10 bottom as one third of agitator 10 diameter, wherein pneumatic cylinder 3 one side ann has guide bar 4, prevented the toppling of pneumatic cylinder 3 in the lift process.
And finally, exciting the PLC through a touch panel, starting a servo motor 16 in the rack rotary component, driving a sun gear 26 by the servo motor 16, driving a planet pinion 27 connected with the sun gear 26, driving a gear ring 28 connected with the planet pinion 27, driving a rotary support 25 connected with the gear ring 28, and fixedly connecting the rotary support 25 with the rack 2, so that the rack 2 can flexibly rotate, the working position of the dispersion machine can be adjusted according to actual working requirements, and the working efficiency is improved.
Through the above operation steps, under the conditions that the rotation speed of the scraper 11 is 60rpm, the rotation speed of the stirring shaft 14 is 1200rpm, the height of the dispersion disc 12 from the bottom of the stirring barrel 10 is 0.17m, the materials are high-viscosity fluid and solid, and the like, as can be seen from the flow diagram shown in fig. 8, the flow field in the stirring barrel 10 generates a four-vortex annular flow field: 2 dispersion discs 12 are uniformly distributed at the upper part and the lower part and are symmetrical left and right; the flow field in the stirring barrel 10 is mainly radial flow.
The speed of both ends of dispersion impeller 12 is the biggest, dispersion impeller blade 13 both ends produce horizontal efflux, plus the rotary motion of scraper blade 11, thereby drive surrounding fluid fast and flow to all around, hit behind the inner wall of agitator 10, divide into 2, one upwards flows along the inner wall of agitator 10, then turn to, flow back to the tip of dispersion impeller blade 13 downwards, another flows to the agitator 10 bottom along the inner wall of agitator 10, flow is restricted after hitting the agitator 10 bottom, change into radial flow and flow to the (mixing) shaft 14 direction, then turn to upwards flow back to the tip of dispersion impeller blade 13, form a vortex ring respectively from top to bottom at the both ends of dispersion impeller blade 13, totally 4 vortex rings, wherein because the stirring of scraper blade 11, fluid's flow has been accelerated, thereby the formation of four vortex rings of quickening.
As can be seen from the integrated velocity cloud diagram of the plumb surface shown in fig. 9, which depicts the velocity flow field distribution in the mixing tank 10, the highlight is the highest velocity shown in fig. 9, and the highest velocity is at the two ends of the dispersion disc blade 13; the lowest speed is in the bottom area of the stirring barrel 10 and the top area of the stirring barrel 10; the low speed area of the bottom of the stirring barrel 10 is relatively small because the lower blades of the dispersion disc blades 13 are tightly attached to the bottom of the stirring barrel 10.
In the above operation steps, taking the heights of the stirring shaft 14 as 0.13m, 0.25m and 0.4m, respectively, as shown in fig. 10, the following conclusions can be drawn:
(1) at a position where the height of the agitating barrel 10 is 0.13 m: the volume fraction curve has large fluctuation, the lowest volume fraction is 30 percent, and the highest volume fraction is about 35 percent;
(2) at a position where the height of the agitating barrel 10 is 0.25 m: the volume fraction curve changes more stably, namely the stirring and mixing in the stirring barrel 10 at the position are more uniform;
(3) at a position where the height of the agitating barrel 10 is 0.4 m: the volume fraction curve has the smallest variation amplitude, namely the stirring and mixing effect in the stirring barrel 10 is the best at the position.
The above-mentioned embodiments are merely illustrative of the preferred embodiments of the present invention, and do not limit the scope of the present invention, and various modifications and improvements made to the technical solution of the present invention by those skilled in the art without departing from the spirit of the present invention shall fall within the protection scope defined by the claims of the present invention.
Claims (5)
1. A rotary wall-scraping hydraulic vacuum dispersion machine comprises a lifting component, a frame rotary component, a main transmission component, a secondary transmission component, a stirring dispersion component and a vacuum component, and is characterized in that,
the lifting assembly comprises a base, a guide rod, a support, a control valve, a hydraulic cylinder and a pump station, wherein the lower ends of the hydraulic cylinder and the pump station are respectively fixedly connected with the first end of the upper surface of the base; the rack rotating assembly comprises a rack, a servo motor, a rotating support, a sun gear, a planet pinion and a gear ring, wherein a shell of the gear ring is connected with a first end of the rotating support, a second end of the rotating support and a shell of the servo motor are respectively and fixedly connected with a second end of the lower surface of the rack, an output shaft of the servo motor is fixedly connected with a central hole of the sun gear, and external teeth of the sun gear are connected with internal teeth of the gear ring through external teeth of the planet pinion; the switch box is fixedly connected with the upper surface of the base;
the main transmission assembly comprises a stirring shaft, a large speed regulating motor, a large belt wheel, a small belt wheel and a belt, wherein the shells of the large belt wheel, the small belt wheel and the large speed regulating motor are respectively and fixedly connected with a third end of the lower surface of the rack; the secondary transmission assembly comprises a scraper plate, a small speed regulating motor and a bevel gear, wherein the first end of the scraper plate is a bevel gear end, the second end of the scraper plate is a blade end, the middle of the scraper plate is a hollow shaft, the shell of the small speed regulating motor is fixedly connected with the fourth end of the lower surface of the rack, the output end of the small speed regulating motor is connected with the central hole of the bevel gear, the outer teeth of the bevel gear are connected with the bevel gear end of the scraper plate, the hollow shaft of the scraper plate penetrates through the central hole of the stirring barrel, the blade end of the scraper plate is positioned in the stirring barrel, blades on two sides of the blade end of the scraper plate are contacted with the inner wall of the stirring barrel, and the second end of the stirring shaft penetrates through the hollow shaft of the scraper plate and is positioned in the;
the stirring dispersion assembly comprises a stirring barrel, a dispersion disc and dispersion disc blades, wherein a shell of the stirring barrel is fixedly connected with the second end of the upper surface of the base, the dispersion disc and the dispersion disc blades are both positioned in the stirring barrel, a central hole of the dispersion disc is fixedly connected with the second end of the stirring shaft, and the dispersion disc blades are uniformly distributed on the outer edge of the dispersion disc; and
the vacuum assembly comprises a vacuum sealing cover, a vacuum extraction opening, a raw material conveying opening and a waste gas discharge opening, the vacuum sealing cover is fixedly connected with the top end of the stirring barrel, a central hole is formed in the center of the vacuum sealing cover, and the vacuum extraction opening, the raw material conveying opening and the waste gas discharge opening are respectively located on the upper surface of the vacuum sealing cover.

The rotatable scraped wall hydraulic vacuum disperser according to claim 1, wherein the diameter of the dispersion disc is 250 mm; the dispersion impeller blades are all obliquely arranged, the dispersion impeller blades are tangent to the outer edges of the dispersion impeller, and the bending directions of the two adjacent dispersion impeller blades are opposite.

The rotatable scraped wall hydraulic vacuum disperser according to claim 1, wherein the distance between the vacuum extraction port and the central hole of the vacuum sealing cap, and the distance between the raw material delivery port and the central hole of the vacuum sealing cap are equal to the distance between the exhaust gas discharge port and the central hole of the vacuum sealing cap.
4. The rotatable scraped wall hydraulic vacuum disperser according to claim 1, wherein the material of the side of the vacuum sealing cap in contact with the material is SUS304 stainless steel, and the vacuum degree of the vacuum sealing cap is less than or equal to-0.085 MPa.
5. The rotatable scraped wall hydraulic vacuum disperser according to claim 1, wherein the center hole of the vacuum sealing mantle, the axis of the stirring barrel, the axis of the stirring shaft and the center of the dispersion disc are on the same line.
