Abstract
The invention discloses a method for preventing snoring and an eye shield and a device using the method, wherein the eye shield comprises a shield body, a fixing piece connected with the shield body, a circuit board accommodated in the shield body, a signal processing module installed on the circuit board, a detection module installed on the circuit board and used for detecting the head posture of a user, a light source used for stimulating the user to adjust the posture, and a driving chip used for driving the light source to work. The invention predicts the possible snoring of the user in advance by detecting the head angle of the user through the detection module, thereby stimulating the user before the snoring and avoiding the snoring of the user.

Technical Field
The present invention relates to a method and product for improving sleep quality, and more particularly, to a method and product for preventing snoring during sleep.
Background

Another object of the present invention is to provide an eye mask which can assist in adjusting the angle of the user's head to prevent snoring of the user.

As a further improvement of the invention, the wearable device is of an eye-mask type structure, and the signal processing module and the stimulation module are positioned on the wearable device.
Compared with the prior art, the method for preventing snoring, the eye patch with the structure and the device thereof predict the possible snoring of the user in advance by detecting the head angle of the user through the detection module, so that the user is stimulated before snoring, and the user is prevented from snoring.

Detailed Description
As shown in fig. 1, the snoring prevention structure 100 of the present invention comprises a circuit board 10, a signal processing module 20 mounted on the circuit board 10, a detection module 30 mounted on the circuit board 10 for detecting the head posture of a user, and a stimulation module 40 for stimulating the user to adjust the posture. When the detecting module 30 detects that the head of the user rotates to the set posture easy for snoring, a signal is sent to the signal processing module 20, and the signal processing module 20 can control the stimulating module 40 to stimulate the user until the head of the user rotates to the set posture not easy for snoring.
The signal processing module 20 includes a signal processing chip for receiving the signal detected by the processing detection module 30 and controlling the stimulation module 40 to stimulate the user according to the setting, so that the user can adjust the head posture until the head of the user rotates to the set posture which is not easy to snore.
As shown in fig. 4, in the present embodiment, the detecting module 30 is an angle detector, which can detect the angle of the head of the user during sleeping. When the detected angle ranges are set to 0 to 15 degrees and 165 to 180 degrees, the user is in a position where snoring is not easy. The angle measurement reference is that when the user lies down, the angle detected by the angle detector is 90 degrees. When the angle detected by the angle detector is within the above two ranges of 0 degree to 15 degrees and 165 degrees to 180 degrees, the user is in a posture or angle that the user does not snore, the state is set to be a non-conducting state, that is, the signal processing module 20 does not control the stimulation module 40 to work, and when the sleeping posture of the user changes to the range detected by the angle detector is within the range of 15 degrees to 165 degrees, the user is in a posture or angle that the user easily snores, the state is set to be a conducting state, and the signal processing module 20 controls the stimulation module 40 to work. The user adjusts the sleeping posture after receiving the stimulus until the angle detector detects that the user is in the posture which can not snore again. Preferably, the user is in an optimal position or angular range that will not snore when in both the ranges of 0 to 10 degrees and 170 to 180 degrees.
The human retina photosensitive ganglion cells have photophobia or negative phototaxis, and even when sleeping, the light stimulates eyes, so that the sleeping person can adjust the sleeping posture to avoid the stimulation of the light. In the present embodiment, the stimulation module 40 includes a light source 41, preferably, an LED light source with a wavelength of 650 to 680 nanometers, i.e. a deep red LED light source, is selected, the light emitting angle is 35 to 65 degrees, and the power of the LED light source is 1W. The 650 to 680 nanometer LED light source can act on the eyes of the user, so that the user changes the sleeping posture without waking up until the user adjusts the posture to the position without snoring. The light source can be designed to be normally-on stimulation, also can be designed to be flickering stimulation, or can be normally-on combined with the flickering stimulation, and if the normally-on state exceeds 2 minutes and is not changed to the non-snoring posture, the light source is switched to the flickering mode. The stimulation module 40 further includes an LED driving chip 42, and the LED driving chip 42 drives the light source 41 to operate. The use of an LED light source having a wavelength of 650 to 680 nanometers also has the effect of slowing down the aging of the retina of the user. The stimulation module 40 may also be a micro-motor by vibration or other suitable stimulation means.
Further, the snoring prevention structure 100 includes a power module 50, so that the signal processing module 20, the detection module 30, the stimulation module 40, and the like of the snoring prevention structure 100 can work normally. The power module 50 may be a battery mounted on the circuit board 10, such as a direct current 3V (CR2032) lithium battery, or an external power supply.
According to the spirit of the present invention, the implementation method of the snoring prevention structure 100 includes providing the circuit board 10; providing the signal processing module 20, wherein the signal processing module 20 is mounted on the circuit board 10; providing the detection module 30, wherein the detection module 30 is mounted on the circuit board 10, and the detection module 30 is used for detecting the head angle of a user; providing the stimulation module 40, wherein the stimulation module 40 is used for stimulating the user to enable the user to adjust the head angle; when the detecting module 30 detects that the head of the user rotates to a set angle easy for snoring, a signal is sent to the signal processing module 20, and the signal processing module 20 can control the stimulating module 30 to stimulate the user until the head of the user rotates to the set angle not easy for snoring.
As shown in fig. 2, an eye mask 200 having the first embodiment of the snoring prevention structure 100 is disclosed. The eye mask 200 includes a mask body 210, and a fixing member 220 connected to the mask body 210 to cover the eyes of the user and fix the eye mask to the head of the user. The housing 210 is substantially square in shape. The snoring prevention structure 100 is received in the housing 210, the circuit board 10 is disposed at a middle position of the eye mask 200, and the light source 41 includes a pair of light sources respectively disposed at positions where the eye mask 200 covers two eyeballs. The fixing member 220 may be an elastic band which is fitted around the head of the user to fix the eyeshade 200 on the head of the user, and the elastic band may be adapted to different head sizes of different users.
In order to improve the wearing feeling of the user, the cover body 210 is covered with a soft skin-friendly material 211 on the outer side to prevent the user from unwilling to wear or subconsciously removing the eye mask in a sleeping state after wearing.
The eye mask 200 is provided with a plurality of ventilation holes 230, thereby enhancing the ventilation of the eye mask 200 and reducing the weight of the eye mask 200, further improving the comfort of the eye mask. In this embodiment, the air holes 230 are square holes with a large size, and the number of the air holes 230 is eight.
As shown in fig. 3, an eye mask 300 having the second embodiment of the snoring prevention structure 100 is disclosed. The main difference of the eyecup 300 of this embodiment compared with the eyecup 200 of the first embodiment is that the cover 310 of the eyecup 300 of the second embodiment is arc-shaped. And the vent 330 of the second embodiment is a smaller size, but greater number of circular holes. Of course, in other embodiments, the ventilation holes can be designed in other numbers and shapes as required.
The snoring prevention structure 100 and the eyeshades 200 and 300 having the snoring prevention structure 100 of the present invention detect the sleeping posture of the user by using the detection module 30, and stimulate the user through the stimulation module 40 according to the set range, so that the user is induced to sleep leftwards or rightwards in more than 90% of the sleeping time, and the tongue and the root of the tongue do not have the opportunity to fall to the rear trachea during sleeping to prevent the air from entering and exiting, thereby almost eliminating the snoring phenomenon and further preventing the apnea.
According to the spirit of the present invention, there is also provided a non-eye-mask type sleep wearing device, which comprises a belt body sleeved on the forehead portion during exercise and provided with a detection module, wherein the signal processing module is used for transmitting the detected sleep condition signal of the user to the signal processing module located outside the bed via bluetooth, and further controlling and driving the stimulation module located outside to stimulate the user, for example, using a specific light source located at a certain distance from the face of the user, so as to prevent the user from snoring. In other words, the structure of the mask can be regarded as a preferred embodiment of the present invention, which is convenient for traveling due to its portability. Other ways to use the stimulation module or the signal processing module outside the bed are convenient for home use. All of which are possible embodiments derived from the spirit of the invention.

An eye mask comprising a mask body, a fixing member connected to the mask body to cover eyes of a user and fix the eye mask to a head of the user, characterized in that: the eye patch further comprises a circuit board contained in the mask body, a signal processing module installed on the circuit board, a detection module for detecting the head posture of a user on the circuit board, a light source for stimulating the user to adjust the posture and a driving chip for driving the light source to work.
6. The eye shield of claim 5, wherein: the light source is a 650 to 680 nanometer LED light source.
7. The eye shield of claim 5, wherein: the detection module comprises an angle detector, and the angle of the uneasy snoring corresponds to the angle range of the angle detector for detecting the user from 0 degree to 10 degrees and from 170 degrees to 180 degrees.

A sleeping wearing device for preventing snoring, which comprises a belt body suitable for wearing on the head of a user, and is characterized in that: the detecting device on the belt body can determine the rotating angle of the head of the user, the signal processing module can receive signals sent by the detecting device, and the stimulation module can be controlled and driven by the signal processing module, and the stimulation module can provide stimulation to the user to drive the rotating head of the user to rotate at a position angle which is not easy to snore under the condition that the user is not awakened.
