Abstract
The invention relates to the technical field of medical appliances. Aims at providing a respiratory bronchoscope interventional therapy device with guiding and clamping functions. When the bronchoscope is inserted into the trachea of a patient through the mouth, the bronchoscope is usually required to be matched with the oral cavity dilator, one traditional oral cavity dilator does not have the function of fixing the bronchoscope, and the other traditional oral cavity dilator is not suitable for popularization and application in clinic no matter the structure or the operation is complex although part of the oral cavity dilator can fix the bronchoscope in a clamping mode.

The quick-opening support device has the beneficial effects of being capable of realizing quick-opening support of the oral cavity, facilitating clamping fixation and telescopic guiding of the bronchoscope, and being simple in structure. Specifically, in the use process, the two sides of the protruding part of the main body are pinched by the index finger and the thumb to enable the supporting heads positioned at the two ends of the main body to be folded, then the main body is stretched into the mouth of a patient to be opened, the two supporting heads are respectively clamped on the upper and lower gums of the patient, the fingers are loosened, and the main body can be opened under the self elastic action to support the upper and lower gums. Then, the bronchoscope can be penetrated into the oral cavity from the inside of the cylinder body to the trachea of a patient, and in the process of penetrating the bronchoscope, the bronchoscope is contacted with the rolling ball which is positioned at the large end of the adjusting groove at the moment, so that the rolling ball can freely rotate, and the rolling ball can play a role in reducing friction force, so that the bronchoscope can conveniently and rapidly penetrate. After the bronchoscope penetrates into place, the adjusting sleeve is rotated, the adjusting groove on the adjusting sleeve rotates along with the adjusting sleeve in the rotating process, the adjusting groove is changed into contact with the rolling ball through the small end, the rolling ball can be clamped at the moment, the rolling ball can be tightly abutted to limit, the rolling ball can clamp the bronchoscope at the moment, and positioning and clamping are achieved. Compared with the traditional oral cavity support, the quick clamping and fixing device has the functions of quick clamping, fixing, guiding and the like of a bronchoscope, is simple in structure and convenient to operate, and is particularly suitable for application and popularization in clinic.

Detailed Description
Referring to fig. 1 and 3, a respiratory bronchoscope interventional therapy device includes a stent body 1 having a shape of a Chinese character 'ji', wherein the body 1 is made of a material having high elasticity, for example: either medical institution sheet metal or high-elastic resin sheet can be used. The main body 1 is provided with a guide clamping mechanism for the air supply tube mirror to pass through, and the two ends of the main body 1 in the shape of a Chinese character 'ji' are provided with supporting heads for supporting the teethridge. In order to prevent the edge of the tooth slot 8 from damaging the gum, the edges of the two side walls of the tooth slot 8 are provided with round chamfers, the inner side wall of the tooth slot 8 is provided with a layer of silica gel pad, the silica gel pad has a simpler structure, and the silica gel pad is a thin cushion layer attached to the inner wall of the tooth slot 8, so that the invention is not repeated.
The guide clamping mechanism comprises a cylinder body 3 which is arranged in the center of a protruding part 2 and is perpendicular to the protruding part 2, an adjusting sleeve 4 is sleeved outside a section of the cylinder body 3, which is positioned outside the protruding part 2, and the adjusting sleeve 4 is in threaded fit with the cylinder body 3. Clamping and loosening of the bronchoscope is achieved by rotating the adjusting sleeve 4. The barrel 3 is provided with a plurality of groups of mounting holes 5 on one section of side wall in the adjusting sleeve 4, as shown in fig. 2, the mounting holes 5 are provided with three groups, and of course, more can be provided, and the barrel can be designed according to the length of the barrel 3 and the thickness of the adaptive bronchoscope. Each set of mounting holes 5 comprises three mounting holes 5 which are evenly distributed in a ring shape on the side wall of the cylinder 3. The mounting hole 5 is bowl-shaped with small inner end and large outer end, and the shape is similar to a cavity formed by unequal cutting of two sides of a ball cavity. An adjusting groove 6 is formed in the inner side wall of the adjusting sleeve 4 corresponding to each mounting hole 5, and the width and the depth of the adjusting groove 6 gradually decrease from one end to the other end and extend along the thread direction. Each of the mounting holes 5 is internally provided with a rolling ball 7, the middle part of the rolling ball 7 is positioned in the mounting hole 5, one side of the rolling ball penetrates into the cylinder 3, and the other side of the rolling ball is positioned in the adjusting groove 6. The adjusting sleeve 4 is rotated, and different parts of the adjusting groove 6 are contacted with the rolling ball 7, so that the locking and unlocking of the rolling ball 7 are realized.
In the use process, the two sides of the bulge part 2 of the main body 1 are pinched by the index finger and the thumb to enable the supporting heads positioned at the two ends of the main body 1 to be folded, then the main body is stretched into the mouth of a patient to be opened, the two supporting heads are respectively clamped on the upper and lower gums of the patient, the fingers are loosened, and the main body 1 can be opened under the self elastic action to support the upper and lower gums. Then the bronchoscope can be penetrated into the oral cavity from the inside of the cylinder 3 to the trachea of a patient, and in the process of penetrating the bronchoscope, the bronchoscope is contacted with the rolling ball 7, and the rolling ball 7 is positioned at the large end of the adjusting groove 6 at the moment and can freely rotate, so that the rolling ball 7 can play a role in reducing friction force, and the bronchoscope can conveniently and rapidly penetrate. Of course, in order to further improve the performance of the present invention, it may be better that the outward end of the cylinder 3 is in a horn shape, so as to facilitate the penetration of the end of the bronchoscope. The main body 1 on two sides of the bulge part 2 is provided with an observation port 10, so that the condition inside the mouth cavity can be observed conveniently in the process of penetrating into the bronchoscope.
