When the garbage is dumped, the rubber handle 3 is lifted upwards by a hand of a person to drive the driving rod 11 to rotate anticlockwise around the first connecting pin shaft 9, so that the driving rod 11 drives the driven rod 10 to move downwards. The dustpan 7 rotates clockwise around the third connecting pin shaft 13 under the pushing of the driven rod 10 and the fourth connecting pin shaft 14; then, the rear baffle 6 is separated from the dustpan 7 under the combined action of the self-gravity and the restraint of the rear baffle rotating shaft 6-1 and the dustpan rear buckle 7-1, and finally, the garbage is poured out from a rear opening formed by separating the dustpan 7 from the rear baffle 6.
