As shown in fig. 2 and fig. 3, as a preferred technical solution of the supporting frame, the supporting assembly 3 further includes a transverse supporting member 34, and two ends of the transverse supporting member 34 are respectively rotatably connected with the two supporting assemblies 3, so that the supporting frame not only can play a role of connecting and supporting the two supporting assemblies 3, further improves the stability of the supporting frame, but also avoids hindering the rotation of the supporting assemblies 3. Optionally, the transverse supporting member 34 is inserted into the second position-limiting groove 331 and is rotatably connected to the second position-limiting portion 33. When the foldable support leg is in use, the outer wall of the transverse support member 34 abuts against the second stopping portion 332, so as to limit the transverse support member 34, and the support assembly 3 can only be rotated and folded along a second preset direction (the direction opposite to the two connecting arm assemblies 2), that is, along with the rotation of the support leg 32 and the vertical support member 321, the transverse support member 34 can only be rotated out of the second limiting groove 331 towards one side departing from the second limiting portion 33. Therefore, the invention limits the second rotating part 24 by the first limiting part 25 and limits the transverse support 34 by the second limiting part 33, thereby realizing the folding and storage of the support frame towards the preset direction (the direction opposite to the two connecting arm assemblies 2), reducing the folding volume of the support frame as much as possible, being convenient for storage and transportation and being very reliable.
As a preferable technical scheme of the support frame, the folding control 4 is used for controlling the folding and the storage of the support frame. Correspondingly, in this embodiment, the number of the folding control members 4 is two, and the two folding control members 4 are respectively located in the two connecting arm assemblies 2, so as to realize simultaneous folding of the two connecting arm assemblies 2. In other embodiments, the number of the folding controls 4 can be set according to the number of the connecting arm assemblies 2 and the supporting assemblies 3, which is not limited to this embodiment.
Further optionally, the folding latch 41 is movably disposed in the mounting slot 211, and can penetrate out of the mounting slot 211 to be inserted into the slot 312, so as to lock the supporting component 3 and the connecting arm component 2. The end of the folding latch 41 facing away from the slot 312 is provided with an abutment slot 411.
As shown in fig. 4-6, for example, one end of the first elastic element 42 is fixedly installed in the installation groove 211, and the other end abuts against the abutting groove 411. When the support frame is in a normal use state, the first elastic piece 42 is in a natural state, and the folding bolt 41 is inserted into the slot 312; when the support frame needs to be folded, the folding bolt 41 moves away from the slot 312 and compresses the first elastic piece 42, and the support component 3 and the connecting arm component 2 are rotated to realize folding and storage; when the support frame is unfolded for use, the folding bolt 41 compresses the first elastic element 42 under the abutting of the third rotating part 31, when the folding bolt 41 corresponds to the position of the slot 312, the folding bolt 41 is inserted into the slot 312 under the restoring force of the first elastic element 42 to realize the locking of the support component 3 and the connecting arm component 2, so that the unfolding of the support frame is completed, and the support frame is very convenient, reliable and fast.
Further, the folding pull rod 43 is inserted into the mounting groove 211 through the through opening 2111 and is fixedly connected with the folding latch 41, so that the folding latch 41 is driven to move by the movement of the folding pull rod 43. Further, a second receding groove 432 is formed in the folding pull rod 43, and the second receding groove 432 is a long strip-shaped opening and is disposed along the moving direction of the folding pull rod 43. The receptacle 431 is located at the end of the folding pull 43 remote from the folding latch 41.
As an optimal technical scheme of the support frame, the number of the unlocking assemblies is two, and the two unlocking assemblies are respectively arranged corresponding to the two folding controls 4 so as to unlock the two folding controls 4 respectively. In other embodiments, the set number of unlocking components is set according to the number of folding controls 4.
The specific structure of the unlocking assembly will be described below.
The unlocking assembly includes a moving seat 44, an unlocking button 45, an unlocking pin 46 and a second elastic member 47. The movable seat 44 is provided with an unlocking passage 442. The unlock button 45 is movably mounted within the unlock channel 442. The unlocking pin 46 is movably arranged in the unlocking channel 442, the unlocking pin 46 abuts against the unlocking button 45, and the unlocking pin 46 can move along the direction perpendicular to the moving direction of the unlocking button 45 under the action of the unlocking button 45 and is inserted into the insertion hole 431 for unlocking. The second elastic member 47 is provided between the unlocking pin 46 and the folding lever 43 and is compressed in the movement of the unlocking pin 46. The unlocking passage 442 is provided with an abutment groove 4421. As shown in fig. 3 and 7, a folding through slot 444 is formed in the movable seat 44, an unlocking hole 443 is formed in a side wall of the folding through slot 444, one end of the folding pull rod 43 can be inserted into the folding through slot 444, and the unlocking pin 46 passes through the unlocking passage 442 and the insertion hole 431 and is inserted into the unlocking hole 443 to realize unlocking. Preferably, the moving seat 44 is further provided with a moving groove 441, the unlocking passage 442 is communicated with the moving groove 441, and an abutting mounting portion is arranged in the unlocking passage 442. The side wall of the unlocking channel 442 is provided with a first avoiding groove 4422 corresponding to the abutting groove 4421, and the first avoiding groove 4422 is arranged corresponding to the unlocking hole 443, that is, the abutting groove 4421, the first avoiding groove 4422 and the unlocking hole 443 are arranged on the same straight line.
As shown in fig. 6 and 7, further, the unlocking assembly further includes a pressing plate 48, the pressing plate 48 is fixedly disposed at the opening 231 of the unlocking channel 442 to limit the unlocking pin 46 to move in a direction perpendicular to the movement direction of the unlocking button 45 to complete folding and unlocking, and the abutting groove 4421 is located between the pressing plate 48 and the unlocking channel 442.
Optionally, an installation portion is arranged on the unlocking button 45, the installation portion is movably abutted and installed on the abutting installation portion, and the abutting installation portion can limit the movement of the unlocking button 45 to prevent the unlocking button 45 from being separated from the unlocking channel 442. The unlocking button 45 at least partially penetrates through the unlocking channel 442 and is located in the moving groove 441, so that a user can conveniently push the unlocking button 45 located in the moving groove 441 to unlock, and the operation is very convenient. The unlock button 45 is provided with an abutting groove 411, and a first abutting inclined block 451 is provided in the abutting groove 411.
An unlatching pin 46 is movably mounted in abutting relation between a pressure plate 48 and an unlatching button 45. And the unlocking pin 46 can be partially inserted into the abutment groove 4421. Further, the unlocking pin 46 is provided with a second abutting inclined block 461 which is slidably fitted to the first abutting inclined block 451. When the support frame is in a normal use state, the second elastic element 47 is in a natural state, the unlocking pin 46 is abutted and fixed between the pressing plate 48 and the unlocking button 45, and the unlocking pin 46 is separated from the jack 431, so that the folding pull rod 43 cannot move even if the moving seat 44 is touched by mistake, namely, the folding latch 41 is always inserted into the slot 312, and the use safety is improved. When the support frame needs to be folded, the unlocking button 45 is pushed, the unlocking pin 46 moves towards the folding pull rod 43, the first abdicating groove 4422 and the jack 431 are sequentially arranged in the unlocking hole 443 in a penetrating mode to realize unlocking, the moving seat 44 is further pushed to drive the folding pull rod 43 to move, the folding bolt 41 is made to be separated from the slot 312, and at the moment, the support assembly 3 and the connecting arm assembly 2 are rotated to realize folding storage.
Further alternatively, as a preferable technical solution of the supporting bracket, the second elastic member 47 is connected between the first avoiding groove 4422 and the unlocking pin 46. Illustratively, the second elastic element 47 is sleeved on the outer periphery of the unlocking pin 46 and abuts against the first yielding groove 4422 to reset after the unlocking pin 46 is unlocked.
As shown in fig. 1 to 9, to facilitate understanding of the present invention, the operation of folding and unfolding the support frame will now be described as follows:
when the support frame is in a normal use state, the first elastic piece 42 and the second elastic piece 47 are in a natural extension state, the folding bolt 41 is inserted into the slot 312 to realize locking, and the unlocking bolt 46 and the jack 431 are in a separation state, so that the safety performance of normal use of the support frame is ensured.
When the support frame needs to be folded, the unlocking button 45 is pushed by the moving groove 441 to enable the unlocking pin 46 to compress the second elastic piece 47, the unlocking pin 46 penetrates through the jack 431 under the pushing force of the unlocking button 45 to be inserted into the unlocking hole 443 to realize unlocking, the moving seat 44 is pushed, the moving seat 44 drives the folding pull rod 43 to move, the folding bolt 41 is driven to move away from the slot 312 and compress the first elastic piece 42, and after the folding bolt 41 moves out of the slot 312, the connecting arm 22 or the supporting leg 32 is pushed to realize folding and storage of the support frame.
After the support frame is folded, the external force applied to the movable base 44 and the release button 45 is released, the folding latch 41 and the movable base 44 are restored by the restoring force of the first elastic member 42, and the release pin 46 is restored by the restoring force of the second elastic member 47. As shown in fig. 9, fig. 9 is a state diagram of the folded support frame, and the enclosure frame assembly 1, the connecting arm assembly 2 and the support assembly 3 are all folded inwards and overlapped together, so as to be convenient for storage and not occupy too much space.
When the support frame needs to be unfolded, the enclosure frame assembly 1 is held, the connecting arm assembly 2 and the supporting assembly 3 are unfolded under the action of gravity, the supporting assembly 3 abuts against the folding bolt 41, the folding bolt 41 compresses the first elastic piece 42 to realize moving and abdicating, and when the folding bolt 41 is aligned with the slot 312, the folding bolt 41 is inserted into the slot 312 under the reset force of the first elastic piece 42 to realize quick unfolding of the support frame. The invention simplifies the operation steps of folding and unfolding when the support frame is used, realizes quick unfolding and folding storage, does not cause the loss of parts and enhances the usability.
As a preferable technical solution of the supporting frame, as shown in fig. 3, the supporting frame further includes a lifting assembly 5 to adjust different heights of the supporting frame, so as to improve the applicability of the supporting frame. Correspondingly, the two lifting assemblies 5 are arranged to lift the two sides of the enclosure frame assembly 1 at the same time, so that the consistency of height adjustment of the two sides of the enclosure frame assembly 1 is ensured. Of course, in other embodiments, the number of the lifting assemblies 5 can be set according to the number of the connecting arm assemblies 2, and is not limited to this embodiment.
Preferably, the lifting assembly 5 specifically includes a lifting arm 23, a pulling cable 51, a moving block 52, a lifting plug 53 and a third elastic member 54, the lifting arm 23 is connected with the lifting plug 53 through the third elastic member 54, the pulling cable 51 is connected with the moving block 52, and the moving block 52 is abutted against the lifting plug 53.
As shown in fig. 2-5, further, the lifting arm 23 is movably inserted into the connecting arm 22 to adjust different heights of the support frame. The lift arm 23 is hollow and tubular, and the movable base 44 is movably provided in the lift arm 23. The first engaging portion 241 is fixedly engaged with the lifting arm 23, the lifting arm 23 is provided with an opening 231, the gap 2411 of the first engaging portion 241 is correspondingly communicated with the opening 231, and the moving groove 441 passes through the gap 2411 to be communicated with the opening 231, so that a user can operate the unlocking button 45 located in the moving groove 441 through the opening 231. Specifically, the unlocking passage 442 communicates with the opening 231 through the moving groove 441. The unlocking button 45 is mounted in the unlocking channel 442 at least partially within the opening 231 so that a user can push the unlocking button 45 through the opening 231 to unlock the lock. Further, the lift arm 23 is provided with a top sleeve 26, and when the lift arm 23 is at the lowest position, the second rotation portion 24 abuts against the top sleeve 26 to support the second rotation portion 24 and the lift arm 23. The lifting arm 23 is further provided with a pin hole 232, and the pin hole 232 can be arranged corresponding to one of the lifting holes 221 so as to facilitate installation of the lifting pin 53.
As shown in FIG. 6, further alternatively, the pulling cable 51 can be movably disposed in the lifting arm 23, the pulling cable 51 is fixedly connected to the movable base 44, and the pulling cable 51 can be moved by the movable base 44.
The moving block 52 is fixedly connected with the traction cable 51, and the moving block 52 can move along with the movement of the traction cable 51. The moving block 52 is slidably connected with the folding pull rod 43, so that under the pulling of the pulling cable 51, the moving block 52 can slide along the folding pull rod 43, thereby preventing the moving block 52 from moving to link the folding pull rod 43, and guiding the moving block 52 to move along the length direction of the folding pull rod 43. The moving block 52 is provided with a fourth abutting inclined block 521.
Further, as shown in fig. 4 to 6, the lifting bolt 53 abuts against the moving block 52 to drive the lifting bolt 53 to move in a direction perpendicular to the moving direction of the moving block 52 when the moving block 52 moves, and the lifting bolt 53 penetrates through the second abdicating groove 432 and the bolt hole 232 and can be inserted into one of the lifting holes 221, so that positioning and locking of the support frame at different heights are achieved, and the stability of the support frame in use is ensured. Preferably, the lifting bolt 53 is provided with a third abutting inclined block 531, the third abutting inclined block 531 abuts against the fourth abutting inclined block 521, so that when the moving block 52 moves, the fourth abutting inclined block 521 pushes the third abutting inclined block 531, the lifting bolt 53 is driven to move in the direction perpendicular to the moving direction of the moving block 52 and move out of the lifting hole 221, at this time, the lifting arm 23 is moved up and down to a preset height (the height is set according to the use requirement), and the lifting bolt 53 is inserted into the corresponding lifting hole 221 again, so that the positioning and locking of the support frame are realized.
Furthermore, the third elastic member 54 is connected to the lifting arm 23 and the lifting pin 53, the lifting pin 53 compresses the third elastic member 54 during the moving process, when the lifting arm 23 moves to a predetermined height, the external force is removed, and the lifting pin 53 is inserted into the corresponding lifting hole 221 under the restoring force of the third elastic member 54, so as to lock and support the support frame, which is very reliable.
As a preferable technical solution of the supporting rack, the lifting assembly 5 further includes a pin base 55, the pin base 55 is fixedly connected to the lifting arm 23, a lifting groove 551 is provided in the pin base 55, the third elastic member 54 is fixed in the lifting groove 551, the lifting pin 53 movably abuts against the lifting groove 551 through the third elastic member 54, and the moving block 52 is slidably inserted into the lifting groove 551 to abut against the lifting pin 53. Thereby ensuring that the lifting pin 53 moves in the lifting groove 551 when the moving block 52 moves.
To facilitate understanding of the supporting frame provided by the present invention, the height adjustment process of the supporting frame is now described as follows:
when the support frame is in a normal use state, the second elastic part 47 and the third elastic part 54 are both in a natural state, and the lifting bolt 53 is inserted into the corresponding lifting hole 221, and is in a self-locking state at the moment, so that the normal use of the support frame is ensured.
When the support frame needs to be lifted, the moving base 44 is pushed through the opening 231, the moving base 44 drives the pulling cable 51 to move, the pulling cable 51 moves, and therefore the moving block 52 and the lifting bolt 53 are driven to move, the lifting bolt 53 compresses the third elastic part 54 and moves out of the lifting hole 221, the lifting arm 23 is moved up and down to a preset height position, external force on the moving base 44 is removed, under the restoring force of the third elastic part 54, the lifting bolt 53 is reset to move and is inserted into the corresponding lifting hole 221 after height adjustment, and locking is achieved.
As a preferable technical solution of the supporting rack, in order to improve the safety of the lifting use of the supporting rack and reduce the misoperation, the unlocking channel 442 is provided with an abutting groove 4421, the abutting groove 4421 is communicated with the opening 231, and the unlocking pin 46 can penetrate through the abutting groove 4421 to abut against the lifting arm 23 so as to limit the moving seat 44 and reduce the misoperation. Specifically, when the support frame is in a use state, the unlocking pin 46 is partially inserted into the abutting groove 4421 to abut against the lifting arm 23, and at this time, due to the abutting fixation of the unlocking pin 46 and the lifting arm 23, even if a user (child) touches the moving seat 44 by mistake, the moving seat 44 cannot be moved, and the lifting pin 53 cannot be driven to separate from the lifting hole 221 to realize lifting. When the height of the support frame needs to be adjusted, the unlocking button 45 is pushed firstly to enable the unlocking pin 46 to move out of the abutting groove 4421 for unlocking, the moving seat 44 is further pushed to carry out lifting operation, and the use safety and reliability of the support frame are improved. It should be noted that, in order to avoid the obstruction of the folding pull rod 43 to the lifting process, the folding pull rod 43 is disposed at the lowest position of the lifting arm 23, that is, when the lifting arm 23 moves to the lowest position, one end of the folding pull rod 43 can be inserted into the folding through slot 444 and corresponds to the unlocking pin 46 and the unlocking hole 443, and at this time, the unlocking button 45 is pushed to insert the unlocking pin 46 into the insertion hole 431, and the moving seat is pushed upward to achieve the unlocking and folding operations. The unlocking of lifting and folding operations is considered through the arrangement of the unlocking button 45, and the compatibility and the integration of the device are improved.
Further optionally, in this embodiment, the first elastic member 42, the second elastic member 47 and the third elastic member 54 are all springs. Of course, in other embodiments, the first elastic member 42, the second elastic member 47 and the third elastic member 54 may be provided with other structures having elasticity as required, and are not limited to the embodiment.
The embodiment of the invention also provides a baby crib which comprises the support frame.
Preferably, as shown in fig. 10, the crib comprises a body 10, the body 10 is fixedly connected with a support frame, and the body 10 is supported, folded and lifted by the support frame, so that the crib not only adapts to the heights of different use environments, but also is convenient for folding and storing of the crib, the crib is quickly folded and unfolded, and the use experience of a user is improved.
Further preferably, the body 10 is flexible material, and the body 10 can carry out corresponding change along with the motion of support frame, improves the body 10 practicality, and is very convenient. Certainly, in other embodiments, the body 10 may also be made of a hard material, and when the body 10 needs to be folded, the body is detached and only the support frame needs to be folded and stored; when the portable electronic device is used, the support frame is rapidly unfolded, and then the body 10 is mounted on the support frame for use, which is not limited to this embodiment.
