Abstract
A wearable device comprises a ring-shaped structure and a bendable screen. The annular structure is provided with a first annular body and a second annular body which are arranged oppositely, the shortest distance between the first annular body and the second annular body can be adjusted within a preset range, and the first annular body and/or the second annular body are/is provided with a receiving opening. The bendable screen is provided with a first end and a second end, the first end and the second end are respectively fixed on the first annular body and the second annular body, and the unfolding area of the bendable screen can be adjusted along with the adjustment of the shortest distance between the first annular body and the second annular body of the annular structure. The wearable device can also be applied to electronic devices and ornaments.
Description
Technical Field
The present invention relates to the field of flexible screen technology, and more particularly to wearable devices.
Background
With the development of intelligent electronic products, electronic devices having video playing and network communication functions similar to mobile phones are becoming more and more popular. In order to facilitate watching videos and network communication, display modules of handheld electronic devices such as mobile phones, tablet computers, and the like are made larger at present, but the handheld electronic devices of this type lack wearable functions, and therefore, some problems of user sustainability during outdoor exercise cannot be solved. The wearable electronic device such as a bracelet and an intelligent watch type terminal electronic device has wearability, but the size of the display module is smaller, the wearable electronic device can only meet the use requirement of a specific scene, and a user is also limited by the fact that the display module is too small to cause inconvenience when watching videos and performing network communication, so that the user experience effect is poor.
In addition, from ancient times to present, the demands of human beings on jewelry are stronger in the direction of beauty, and with the development of times and the progress of science and technology, the jewelry is simply worn on the body to be used as accessories, which is monotonous. As the technology of current display screens is gradually improved, the trend of combining jewelry with flexible screens is a development.
Disclosure of Invention
According to the defects of the prior art, the invention discloses a wearable device which comprises a ring-shaped structure and a bendable screen. The annular structure is provided with a first annular body and a second annular body which are arranged oppositely, the shortest distance between the first annular body and the second annular body can be adjusted within a preset range, and the first annular body and/or the second annular body are/is provided with a receiving opening.
The bendable screen is provided with a first end and a second end, the first end and the second end are respectively fixed on the first annular body and the second annular body, and the unfolding area of the bendable screen can be adjusted along with the adjustment of the shortest distance between the first annular body and the second annular body of the annular structure.
In a preferred embodiment of the present invention, the bendable screen further includes a first metal layer, an electronic device function layer, a flexible screen, and a gold layer, wherein the first metal layer is disposed on the first annular body and is a substrate of the bendable screen, the electronic device function layer is disposed on the first metal layer, the flexible screen is disposed on the electronic device function layer, and the gold layer is disposed on outer sides of the first annular body and the second annular body.
In a preferred embodiment of the present invention, the wearable device can be combined with an electronic device or an ornament.
An embodiment of the present invention provides a wearable device with a foldable screen, wherein when a bendable screen is not used, the wearable device with the foldable screen is worn on a user as a general accessory in a closed manner, and when video playing and network communication are required to be performed by using the bendable screen, the wearable device is unfolded, so that the bendable screen stored in the wearable device is unfolded, and the unfolded bendable screen can replace a mobile phone or a tablet computer to perform a required screen display function, thereby improving convenience.
Another embodiment of the present invention provides a wearable device with a foldable screen, which can be unfolded or closed by using gold as a substrate of the screen device and combining the flexible of gold with the bendable screen, wherein the foldable screen is convenient for a user to use the wearable device to replace a mobile phone or a tablet computer for performing a desired function when unfolded, and the foldable screen is used as a jewelry to give a fashionable feeling to the user when closed.

Detailed Description
So that the manner in which the above recited features and advantages of the present invention can be understood and attained by a person skilled in the art, a more particular description of the invention, briefly summarized above, may be had by reference to the appended drawings, in which like reference numerals refer to like elements, features, and embodiments. The drawings referred to below are schematic representations relating to the features of the invention and are not necessarily drawn to scale. The description of the embodiments related to the present invention will not be repeated, except for those skilled in the art.
Please refer to fig. 1 first. Fig. 1 shows a schematic cross-sectional view of a wearable device disclosed in the present invention. In the present invention, the wearable device 1 is a ring structure, which is similar to a bracelet that can be fitted around the wrist or arm of the user, and can be used as an accessory or a bendable screen of the wearable device with a foldable screen to replace a mobile phone or a tablet computer to perform the required screen display function.
In fig. 1, the wearable device 1 is composed of a hollow ring structure 10 and a foldable screen 20, wherein the hollow ring structure 10 has a first ring body 102 and a second ring body 104, and the hollow ring structure 10 can allow the arm of the user to pass through a hollow structure 1022 of the first ring body 102 and a hollow structure 1042 of the second ring body 104, so as to wear the wearable device 1 with the foldable screen on the hand.
The bendable screen 20 is a curved screen, which is annularly disposed between the first annular body 102 and the second annular body 104 of the hollow annular structure 10, and has a first end and a second end, so that the first end and the second end of the bendable screen 20 are respectively annularly disposed on the first annular body 102 and the second annular body 104, and because the screen is flexible, the bendable screen 20 can be folded and accommodated in the accommodating opening 110 (as shown in fig. 2B) of the first annular body 102 or the second annular body along with the closing of the first annular body 102 and the second annular body 104 of the hollow annular structure 10; or between the first annular body 102 and the second annular body 102 (as shown in fig. 3) as the first annular body 102 of the hollow annular structure 10 is expanded relative to the second annular body 102.
The bendable screen 20 used in the present invention includes a first metal layer 202 and an electronic device function layer 204, wherein the first metal layer 202 is disposed on the first annular body 102, and the first metal layer 202 is a substrate of the bendable screen 20. And an electronic device functional layer 204 disposed on the first metal layer 202. It should be noted that the structure, function and manufacturing process of the bendable screen 20 used in the present invention are the same as those of the conventional bendable screen 20, and the structure, function and manufacturing process of each structure are not the technical features discussed in the present invention, and therefore, not set forth herein.
Please continue to refer to fig. 1. A layer of gold 40 is further formed on the second annular body 104 of the hollow annular structure 10. Therefore, in the embodiment of the present invention, the whole hollow ring structure 10 (including the first ring body 102 and the second ring body 104) may be made of gold as its main material, which is a concept similar to a gold bracelet worn on the wrist, or the hollow ring structure 10 may be made of other materials such as silver or jade, and then the outer surfaces of the first ring body 102 and the second ring body 104 are plated with a layer of gold 40, however, the gold layer 40 described in the present application may be replaced by other metals commonly used for jewelry, and is not limited to gold.
Please refer to fig. 2A and fig. 2B. Fig. 2A is a schematic view showing the wearable device folded, and fig. 2B is a schematic view showing the wearable device unfolded with a slit. In fig. 2A, a combination member 120 is disposed on the corresponding side surfaces of the first annular body 102 and the second annular body 104, and when the first annular body 102 and the second annular body 104 are closed and the foldable screen 20 is folded and can be accommodated in the receiving opening 110 of the first annular body 102 or the second annular body 104, the first annular body 102 and the second annular body 104 are combined together by the combination member 120, in the present invention, the combination member 120 may be a magnet, the first annular body 102 and the second annular body 104 are combined together by using the principle of magnetic attraction, and when the first annular body 102 and the second annular body 104 are to be unfolded, the first annular body 102 and the second annular body 104 that are originally combined together can be easily separated by using one hand.
In fig. 2B, since one or more of decorative accessories such as jade, diamond, crystal, jade, or ceramic may be disposed on the hollow ring structure 10 of the wearable device 1 having the foldable screen, but not limited thereto. When the first annular body 102 and the second annular body 104 are slightly unfolded and have a slit L, the wearable device 1 can expose the display area of the bendable screen 20, and can show different embedded states according to different light emitting colors of the bendable screen 20, so that the wearable device 1 can be shaped and sometimes feel.
Please refer to fig. 3. Fig. 3 is a schematic diagram showing the wearable device when it is expanded to present a curved screen. In fig. 3, when the first ring body 102 and the second ring body 104 of the hollow ring structure 20 of the wearable device 1 are unfolded toward the left and right sides of the drawing, the bendable screen 20 between the first ring body 102 and the second ring body 104 is also unfolded along with the unfolding of the first ring body 102 and the second ring body 104. Therefore, the width of the bendable screen 20 between the first annular body 102 and the second annular body 104 varies with the width of the first annular body 102 and the second annular body 104, and the size of the window displayed on the bendable screen 20 is also adjusted with the width of the bendable screen 20 between the first annular body 102 and the second annular body 104.
It should be noted that the bendable screen 20 is disposed between the first annular body 102 and the second annular body 104, and the window frame displayed on the bendable screen 20 covers the whole curved surface of the bendable screen 20. Therefore, after the bendable screen 20 is unfolded, the bendable screen 20 between the first annular body 102 and the second annular body 104 is a large curved screen, which can replace some functions of the mobile phone for the user to use conveniently.
The wearable device can be combined with an electronic device, such as a mobile phone, a tablet personal computer and the like, or an ornament, and the wearable device can replace some functions of the electronic device or enable the ornament to have the function of a display screen.

Claims (15)
1. A wearable device, comprising:
the annular structure comprises a first annular body and a second annular body which are arranged oppositely, the shortest distance between the first annular body and the second annular body can be adjusted within a preset range, and the first annular body and/or the second annular body are/is provided with a receiving opening; and
the bendable screen comprises a first end and a second end, wherein the first end and the second end are respectively fixed on the first annular body and the second annular body, and the unfolding area of the bendable screen can be adjusted along with the adjustment of the shortest distance between the first annular body and the second annular body of the annular structure.
2. The wearable device according to claim 1, wherein the bendable screen further comprises:
the first metal layer is arranged on the first annular body and is a substrate of the bendable screen;
an electronic device functional layer disposed on the first metal layer;
a flexible screen disposed on the electronic device functional layer: and
and the gold layer is arranged on the outer sides of the first annular body and the second annular body.
3. The wearable device according to claim 2, wherein the bendable screen is foldable and received in the receiving opening of the first annular body or the second annular body.
4. The wearable device according to claim 2, wherein the bendable screen extends between the first and second annular bodies as the first and second annular bodies of the annular structure extend.
5. The wearable device of claim 2, wherein the first metal layer is gold.
6. The wearable device of claim 1, wherein a width of the bendable screen between the first and second annular bodies varies with the expanded width of the first and second annular bodies.
7. The wearable device according to claim 1, wherein a coupling is provided on opposing faces of the first and second annular bodies.
8. The wearable device of claim 7, wherein the coupling is to couple the first ring body and the second ring body when closed.
9. The wearable device according to claim 7 or 8, wherein the coupler can be a magnet.
10. The wearable device of claim 1, wherein there is a slit between the first or second annular bodies when the first or second annular bodies are closed.
11. The wearable device according to claim 10, wherein the slit exposes a display area of the bendable screen.
12. The wearable device according to claim 1, wherein a decorative accessory is disposed on the ring structure.
13. The wearable device according to claim 12, wherein the decorative accessory comprises one or more of jade, diamond, crystal, emerald, or ceramic.
14. An electronic device comprising the wearable device according to any one of claims 1-13.
15. An article of apparel comprising the wearable device of any of claims 1-13.
