Disclosure of Invention
Problems to be solved by the invention
However, when large-diameter implanted holes are formed in the thin head, the depth of the implanted holes becomes shallow, and thus the fixing force of the bundle of bristles by the flat wire is reduced. Therefore, the planting strength (the falling strength of the bundle of hairs) and the hair falling strength (the falling strength of one hair) are reduced.
As a method for improving the fixing force of the bundle of bristles, a method of extending a flat wire is conceivable, and when a thin head of a flat wire is extended, cracks are likely to occur between the flat wires that are driven into adjacent implantation holes in the head, and cracks and whitening are likely to occur in the head. As the diameter of the implanted hole increases, the impact applied to the head increases during hair implantation, and therefore, cracks and whitening tend to occur.
The invention provides a toothbrush which has a thin head and excellent oral operability, and can prevent the head from cracking and whitening even if the toothbrush has large-diameter hair bundles with the effect of improving the actual massage feeling, and can fully ensure the fixing force of the hair bundles by flat wires.

Detailed Description
Hereinafter, an example of the toothbrush of the present invention will be described in detail. The dimensions and the like of the drawings illustrated in the following description are examples, and the present invention is not necessarily limited to these dimensions, and can be implemented with appropriate modifications within a range not changing the gist thereof.
As shown in fig. 1 to 3, the toothbrush 1 of the present embodiment includes a handle body 1a made of resin. The handle body 1a is formed of a head portion 10, a neck portion 12, and a handle portion 14.
The neck portion 12 extends and abuts on the rear end side in the longitudinal direction of the head portion 10. The neck portion 12 is a portion connecting between the grip portion 14 and the head portion 10.
The grip portion 14 extends and abuts on the rear end side of the neck portion 12 in the longitudinal direction. The grip portion 14 is a portion gripped by a user.
The handle body 1a may be integrally formed of the head portion 10, the neck portion 12, and the handle portion 14, or any one of them may be separately formed and joined.
In the present invention, when the distance in the longitudinal direction between the tip of the outer edge of the hair-planting hole disposed on the most distal side and the tip of the head is L1 (fig. 2), the rear end of the head is: a distance L1 from the rear end of the outer edge of the implantation hole on the rearmost end side to the rear end side in the longitudinal direction.
One side of the head 10 in the thickness direction has a flocked surface 10 a.
A plurality of circular implanted holes 1, 11a and 2, 11b are formed in the implanted surface 10a of the head 10. The head 10 of the toothbrush 1 is provided with a bristle-implanted portion 18. In the implanted portion 18, the 1 st hair bundle 16a is implanted into each of the 1 st implanted holes 11a, and the 2 nd hair bundle 16b is implanted into each of the 2 nd implanted holes 11 b.
In the toothbrush 1, as shown in fig. 4 to 6 and 8, a 1 st tuft 16a and a 2 nd tuft 16b formed by bundling and folding a plurality of bristles 15 are implanted in a 1 st implantation hole 11a and a 2 nd implantation hole 11b, respectively, by driving a flat wire 20. Thus, the toothbrush of the present invention is a flat wire type bristle-implanted toothbrush.
The thickness D (fig. 3) of the head 10 is 2mm to 4mm, preferably 2.5mm to 3.5 mm. When the thickness of the head 10 is equal to or less than the upper limit of the above range, the toothbrush 1 is excellent in the oral cavity operability, and the actual cleaning feeling of the narrow portion in the oral cavity such as molar teeth is high. When the thickness of the head 10 is equal to or more than the lower limit of the above range, the head is prevented from cracking or whitening, and the strength of bundle shedding is ensured.
The range of the thickness D of the head portion described above means: the thickness measured at any position of the head is within the above range.
The width d (FIG. 2) of the head 10 is preferably 6 to 16mm, more preferably 8 to 15mm, and still more preferably 10 to 12 mm. When the width of the head 10 is equal to or greater than the lower limit of the above range, the pitch of the implanted pores can be easily secured sufficiently even if a plurality of large-diameter implanted pores are arranged in the short axis direction, and therefore, cracks and whitening of the head can be easily suppressed. In addition, the hair bundle arrangement can be performed which exhibits the function of large-diameter hair bundles and is suitable for cleaning the whole oral cavity. When the width of the head 10 is equal to or less than the upper limit of the above range, the intraoral operability, which is an advantage of a thin head, is hardly impaired.
The range of the width d of the head portion described above means: the maximum width in the head portion is within the above range. In the present specification, the numerical range represented by "to" means a numerical range including numerical values before and after "to" as a lower limit value and an upper limit value.
The length of the head 10 is preferably 10 to 33mm, more preferably 12 to 28 mm. When the length of the head 10 is equal to or greater than the lower limit of the above range, even if a plurality of large-diameter implanted holes are arranged in the longitudinal direction, the distance between the holes can be easily secured, and cracks and whitening of the head can be easily suppressed. In addition, the hair bundle arrangement can be performed which exhibits the function of large-diameter hair bundles and is suitable for cleaning the whole oral cavity. When the length of the head 10 is equal to or less than the upper limit of the above range, the intraoral operability, which is an advantage of a thin head, is hardly impaired.
In the present invention, the plurality of hair-implanting holes formed in the hair-implanting surface of the head may be a single diameter hair-implanting hole or a combination of hair-implanting holes having different diameters. When combining implanted holes having different diameters, it is preferable that the implanted holes have a uniform diameter arranged in the longitudinal direction, from the viewpoint of keeping the tactile sensation of the hair bundle constant when the toothbrush is swept in the longitudinal direction. In addition, it is preferable to dispose implant pores having a larger diameter, which easily disperse the brushing pressure, outside the short axis direction, from the viewpoint of easily obtaining the actual feeling of massaging the gums. In order to further improve the feeling of reliable cleaning using the thin-head molar teeth and to achieve the above-described feeling of massage, it is preferable to arrange the small-diameter tufts that exert the cleaning effect on the inner side in the short axis direction. The short axis direction is a direction parallel to the hair-planted surface and perpendicular to the long axis direction.
The arrangement pattern of the implanted pores is not particularly limited, and examples thereof include a staggered pattern and a lattice pattern.
In the toothbrush head of the present invention, 2 or more large-diameter implanting holes having a diameter of 1.8mm or more are arranged in the longitudinal direction of the handle body, thereby forming each implanting hole.
In addition, the phrase "the hair-planted holes are arranged in the major axis direction" means a state in which, when 2 tangent lines parallel to the major axis direction are drawn so as to contact both sides in the minor axis direction of any hair-planted hole in the front view of the head, another hair-planted hole is formed so as to overlap at least a part of a region sandwiched by the 2 tangent lines. The embodiment in which the hair-planted holes are arranged in the long axis direction includes not only an embodiment in which the other hair-planted holes are arranged in a straight line so that the centers of the other hair-planted holes are positioned on a straight line parallel to the long axis direction passing through the center of any hair-planted hole, but also an embodiment in which the other hair-planted holes are arranged so that the centers of the other hair-planted holes are positioned at positions deviated from a straight line parallel to the long axis direction passing through the center of any hair-planted hole and a part of the other hair-planted holes overlap in the above-described region.
Similarly, the phrase "the implanted pores are aligned in the short axis direction" refers to a state in which, when 2 tangent lines parallel to the short axis direction are drawn so as to contact both sides in the long axis direction of any implanted pore in the front view of the head, another implanted pore is formed so as to overlap at least a part of a region sandwiched by the 2 tangent lines.
In this example, as shown in fig. 2, 5 first implantation holes 11a having a large diameter of 1.8mm or more are formed on both sides of the implantation surface 10a of the head 10 in the short axis direction, respectively, and are aligned in the long axis direction. A total of 17 small-diameter 2 nd planting holes 11b having a diameter of less than 1.8mm, which are arranged in 3 rows in the major axis direction, are formed in the center portion of the planting surface 10a on the inner side of the 1 st planting hole 11a in the minor axis direction. The 2 nd planting holes 11b with small diameters are formed in a staggered manner.
In the present invention, it is preferable that large-diameter implanted pores having a diameter of 1.8mm or more are arranged in the major axis direction along the side edges of the head outside the short axis direction of the implanted surface of the head, and the implanted pores in the central portion are preferably arranged so as to be sandwiched by the large-diameter implanted pores. In the toothbrush 1, 2 rows of 1 st implantation holes 11a having a large diameter are formed in the longitudinal direction along the side edges of the head 10, and 2 nd implantation holes 11b having a small diameter in the central portion are sandwiched therebetween. Therefore, the actual feeling of massaging the gum during brushing can be improved.
In the present invention, the small diameter planting holes in the central portion may be sandwiched between two sets of 1-row large diameter planting holes, or may be sandwiched between two sets of 2-row large diameter planting holes.
In the present invention, a plurality of large-diameter implanted pores may be formed in the center of the head in the short axis direction of the implanted surface, and small-diameter implanted pores may be formed on both sides of the large-diameter implanted pores in the short axis direction.
In the toothbrush 1, the 1 st implanted hole 11a having a large diameter and the 2 nd implanted hole 11b having a small diameter are formed in a line in the short axis direction of the head 10, and the center of the 1 st implanted hole 11a and the center of the 2 nd implanted hole 11b are not present on the same line parallel to the short axis direction.
In the present invention, when the large diameter implanted holes and the small diameter implanted holes are formed on the hair-implanting surface of the head, as shown in this example, it is preferable that the centers of the large diameter implanted holes and the centers of the small diameter implanted holes do not exist on the same straight line parallel to the short axis direction. That is, even when the large-diameter implanted holes and the small-diameter implanted holes are arranged in the short axis direction, the large-diameter implanted holes and the small-diameter implanted holes are preferably formed so that the centers of the large-diameter implanted holes and the small-diameter implanted holes are offset in the short axis direction. Thus, even if a plurality of large-diameter implantation holes and small-diameter implantation holes are formed in the short axis direction, the pitch of the implantation holes can be easily secured sufficiently, and thus, cracks are less likely to occur in the head.
When 2 or more large-diameter implanted holes are formed in the short axis direction of the head, it is preferable that the centers of the implanted holes are not on the same line parallel to the short axis direction between the large-diameter implanted holes. When 2 or more small-diameter implanted holes are formed in the short axis direction of the head, it is preferable that the centers of the implanted holes are not present on the same line parallel to the short axis direction even between the small-diameter implanted holes.
In the present invention, it is particularly preferable that all the hair-planted holes aligned in the short axis direction of the head are formed so as to be offset from each other so that the center of any hair-planted hole is not present on a straight line passing through the center of the other hair-planted hole.
The diameter of the 1 st implantation hole 11a having a large diameter of 1.8mm or more is preferably 1.8 to 3.2mm, more preferably 2.0 to 2.5 mm. When the diameter of the 1 st implant hole 11a is equal to or larger than the lower limit of the above range, the massage feeling of the gum can be improved. When the diameter of the 1 st implantation hole 11a is equal to or smaller than the upper limit value of the above range, the bundle bent portion under the flat wire can be suppressed from becoming thick when implanting the bundle of hairs, and the flat wire can be deeply driven in the direction of the depth of the implantation hole, so that the bundle falling strength and the 1-root hair falling strength can be easily ensured, and the head portion can be easily prevented from cracking or whitening.
Preferably, the large diameter implant holes aligned along the long axis have the same diameter.
The diameter of the 2 nd planting hole 11b having a small diameter of less than 1.8mm is preferably 1.0 to 1.7mm, more preferably 1.2 to 1.5 mm. When the diameter of the 2 nd bristle planting hole 11b is equal to or larger than the lower limit value of the above range, the tuft rigidity necessary for cleaning dental calculus can be secured. When the diameter of the 2 nd implantation hole 11b is equal to or smaller than the upper limit of the above range, proper tuft deflection necessary for tartar cleaning can be ensured.
Preferably, the small diameter implant holes are arranged along the long axis and have the same diameter.
In addition, when the shape of the implanted hole in the front view is a circle, the diameter of the implanted hole is the diameter thereof, and when the shape of the implanted hole in the front view is a shape other than a circle, the diameter of the implanted hole is the diameter of a circumscribed circle of the implanted hole in the front view.
In the present invention, the ratio of the total number of large-diameter hair-planted holes having a diameter of 1.8mm or more to the total number of hair-planted holes provided in the hair-planted surface (hereinafter, also referred to as "ratio Q")1") is 10% or more. In the toothbrush 1 of the present embodiment, the ratio Q1The content was 34%. By making the ratio Q1Is more than 10 percent, thereby improving the massage actual feeling of the gum. Ratio Q1The upper limit of (B) is 100%.
Ratio Q1The lower limit of (b) is 10% or more, preferably 20% or more, more preferably 30% or more. Ratio Q1The upper limit of (b) is 100%, preferably 80% or less, more preferably 50% or less, and further preferably 40% or less. Ratio Q1Preferably 10 to 80%, more preferably 20 to 50%, and still more preferably 30 to 40%. Therefore, the gum massaging device can have the massage practical feeling of the gum and the tartar cleaning.
In the present invention, the proportion of the total number of implanted pores having a diameter of 2.0mm or more to the total number of implanted pores provided on the implanted surface is preferably 10% or more, the proportion of the total number of implanted pores having a diameter of 2.0mm or more is more preferably 20% or more, and the proportion of the total number of implanted pores having a diameter of 2.0mm or more is further preferably 30% or more. Thereby, the actual feeling of massaging the gum can be easily obtained.
In the toothbrush of the present invention, at least one group of large-diameter implant holes adjacent in the long axis direction satisfies the following condition: stress generation parameter P represented by the following formula 11Stress relaxation parameter P with respect to the long axis represented by the following formula 22Ratio of (2) (hereinafter, also referred to as "ratio Q")2") 20 to 30% (hereinafter, also referred to as" condition I ").

SCThe area (mm) of the hair-planted surface surrounded by the opening edges of the large-diameter implanted holes adjacent to each other in the major axis direction and the 2 tangent lines contacting with any one of the adjacent large-diameter implanted holes without crossing each other2). D is the thickness (mm) of the head.

When the thickness of the head changes in the long axis direction, the long axis stress relaxation parameter P2The thickness D used in the calculation of (3) is the thickness of the head at the midpoint between the centers of the adjacent large-diameter implantation holes arranged in the long axis direction.
In the toothbrush 1 of this example, in the head 10, 2 large-diameter 1 st implantation holes 11a adjacent to each other with their centers aligned on a straight line parallel to the long axis direction, for example, as shown in fig. 4, in the front view of the head 10, the area (mm) of the circumscribed circle of the flat wire 20 driven into the large-diameter 1 st implantation hole 11a is the area of the circumscribed circle (mm) of the flat wire2) Get SA. The opening area of the 1 st implantation hole 11a having a large diameter is SB. The area (mm) of the hair-planted surface 10a surrounded by the 2-root cutting lines k1, k2 which are not crossed but are in contact with the respective opening edges of the 1 st planted pores 11a of large diameters adjacent in the major axis direction and the 1 st planted pores 11a of large diameters adjacent in the major axis direction2) Get Sc. As shown in fig. 5, in the side view of the head 10, a distance (mm) from the implantation surface 10a to the lower end of the flat wire 20 driven into the 1 st implantation hole 11a having a large diameter is taken as h.
In the portion near the front end or the rear end of the head 10, the centers of the two holes are not aligned on a straight line parallel to the longitudinal direction, and in the 1 st implantation hole 11a of 2 large diameters adjacent to each other and aligned in the longitudinal direction, SA、SBAnd h are the same as above. As shown in fig. 6, in the longitudinal direction, the area (mm) of the hair-planted surface 10a surrounded by the respective opening edges of the adjacent large-diameter 1 st planted holes 11a and the 2-root tangent lines k3, k4 that do not intersect with and contact with any of the adjacent large-diameter 1 st planted holes 11a2) Get Sc
In the present invention, at least one group among all combinations of large-diameter implanted holes adjacent in the major axis direction satisfies the condition I. All combinations of the large-diameter implanted pores arranged in the long axis direction and adjacent to each other may satisfy the condition I, or a combination satisfying the condition I and a combination not satisfying the condition I may be mixed.
The ratio of the number of combinations of large-diameter implanted pores adjacent to each other so as to satisfy condition I to the total number of combinations of large-diameter implanted pores adjacent to each other in the major axis direction is preferably 30% or more, more preferably 50% or more, and still more preferably 80% or more. When the above ratio is not less than the lower limit value, even if a thin head having a large diameter of implanted pores is used, the effect of suppressing head cracks while securing the implanted strength and the hair-shedding strength can be easily obtained.
Ratio Q2(=(P1/P2) X 100) is 20 to 30%, preferably 22 to 30%, more preferably 25 to 30%, and further preferably 25 to 27%. Ratio Q2Within the above range, even when a thin head having a large-diameter implantation hole is used, the head crack can be suppressed while ensuring the implantation strength and the hair-shedding strength. In a normal toothbrush, although cracks tend to be easily generated in the longitudinal direction during bristle implantation, the ratio Q is2Within the above range, cracks in the major axis direction can be sufficiently suppressed even when a thin head having large-diameter implanted pores is used.
Stress generation parameter P1Preferably 2.3 to 4.0, more preferably 2.4 to 3.7. Stress generation parameter P1When the lower limit value of the above range is not less than the lower limit value, the overlapping portion of the flat wire is sufficiently large, and sufficient flocking strength and shedding strength are easily ensured. Stress generation parameter P1When the upper limit value of the above range is less than the upper limit value, the overlap portion of the flat wire can be prevented from being excessively long, and the impact of the striking can be prevented from being excessively large.
Major axis stress relaxation parameter P2Preferably 6 to 17, more preferably 6 to 14, and further preferably 7 to 11. Major axis stress relaxation parameter P2When the lower limit value of the above range is not less than the lower limit value, the impact at the time of driving the flat wire can be easily sufficiently relaxed, and the occurrence of cracks or whitening on the head can be suppressed even when the head is thin. Major axis stress relaxation parameter P2When the upper limit value is less than the above range, the interval between the implanted pores is not excessively wide, and the feeling of brush thinning is hardly generated, and sufficient cleaning power and massage feeling are easily obtained.
h is preferably 1.1 to 1.8mm, more preferably 1.3 to 1.7 mm. h is preferably equal to the value of the radius of the tufting hole subtracted from the depth of the tufting hole.
In the toothbrush of the present invention, it is preferable that at least one large-diameter bristle-implanting hole satisfies the short-axis stress relaxation parameter P represented by the following formula 33Under conditions of 2.0 to 5.5 (hereinafter, also referred to as "condition II").
P3=(SDXD)/D … formula 3
Wherein, in formula 3, SDIs the area (mm) of the hair-planted surface enclosed by 2 tangent lines drawn on the large-diameter hair-planted hole in parallel with the minor axis direction and the edges of the head at both sides in the minor axis direction2) An area S of a region i surrounded by the 2 tangent lines and the edges on both sidesD1The total value S of the opening areas of all the implanted pores in the region i, which overlap the region i, is subtractedD2The latter value. D is the thickness of the head. d is the width of the head.
When the width of the head changes in the long axis direction, d is: in the front view, by calculating P3The distance between the edges in the short axis direction of the head on a straight line in the short axis direction of the center of the implantation hole.
In this example, as shown in fig. 7, the area (mm) of the hair-planted surface 10a surrounded by 2 tangent lines m1 and m2 parallel to the short axis direction drawn on the 1 st hair-planted hole 11a having a large diameter and the side edges 10b and 10c of the head 10 in the short axis direction2) Get SD
S can be calculated as followsD. In the front view of the head 10, the area (mm) of the region i surrounded by 2 tangent lines m1, m2 parallel to the short axis direction drawn in contact with both sides in the long axis direction of the 1 st implantation hole 11a having a large diameter and the edges 10b, 10c on both sides in the short axis direction of the head 102) Get SD1. The sum (mm) of the opening areas of all the 1 st implanted holes 11a and the 2 nd implanted holes 11b in the region i2) Get SD2. Only a part of the 1 st implanted holes 11a and the 2 nd implanted holes 11b is an implanted hole located in the region i, and only the area of the part overlapping the region i out of the opening area of the open end of the implanted hole is used as SD2And (4) calculating. From SD1Subtract SD2To calculate SD
In the present invention, at least one large-diameter implantation hole satisfies condition II. All the large-diameter hair planting holes can meet the condition II, and the large-diameter hair planting holes meeting the condition II and the large-diameter hair planting holes not meeting the condition II can be mixed.
S satisfying the condition IIDTotal number of patterns relative to available SDThe ratio of the total number of patterns is preferably 30% or more, more preferably 50% or more, and still more preferably 80% or more. When the ratio is equal to or higher than the lower limit value, sufficient cleaning power and massage feeling can be easily obtained while suppressing cracks in the short axis direction.
In addition, in the front view, the center of the implanted hole is located on the same line parallel to the short axis direction, and there are 2 or more calculations SDWhen the area i is the same large diameter implant hole, the "obtainable S" is calculatedDThe total number of patterns of (1) is 1S for the large-diameter implanted holesDThe patterns are counted.
Minor axis stress relaxation parameter P3Preferably 2.0 to 5.5, more preferably 3.0 to 5.0, and further preferably 3.5 to 4.5. In general, when a toothbrush is used to brush teeth, the head tends to be bent in the major axis direction, and therefore cracks tend to be generated in the minor axis direction, but the minor axis stress relaxation parameter P is3When the lower limit value of the above range is not less than the lower limit value, cracks in the short axis direction can be easily sufficiently suppressed. Minor axis stress relaxation parameter P3When the upper limit value is less than the above range, the interval between the implanted pores is not excessively wide, so that the brush does not easily give a feeling of thinning, and sufficient cleaning power and massage feeling are easily obtained.
In the toothbrush 1 of this example, when straight lines parallel to the short axis direction passing through the center of the large-diameter 1 st implant hole 11a are drawn in the front view for all the large-diameter 1 st implant holes 11a, 50% or more of the straight lines are straight lines not passing through the center of the small-diameter 2 nd implant hole 11b with respect to the total number of these straight lines. In the present invention, when large diameter implanted holes and small diameter implanted holes are formed on the hair-planted surface of the head, as shown in this example, when lines parallel to the minor axis direction passing through the centers of the large diameter implanted holes are drawn in a front view for all the large diameter implanted holes, it is preferable that 50% or more of the lines do not pass through the centers of the small diameter implanted holes with respect to the total number of the lines.
The phrase "not passing through the center of the small-diameter implanted pores" means that the center of the small-diameter implanted pores is not present in a region formed when a straight line passing through the center of the large-diameter implanted pores and being parallel to the short axis direction is used as a center and the width of 20% of the diameter of the large-diameter implanted pores is uniformly moved in parallel in the long axis direction of the toothbrush.
In addition, when the centers of 2 or more large diameter implantation holes are located on the same straight line parallel to the short axis direction in the front view, the straight lines parallel to the short axis direction passing through the centers of these large diameter implantation holes coincide with each other, and therefore, the total number of the straight lines is calculated to be 1.
Furthermore, in the above-mentioned obtainable SDThe "on the same straight line" in the measurement of the total number of patterns and the measurement of the total number of straight lines in (2) means: the center of the other large-diameter implantation hole is present in a region formed when the toothbrush is moved in parallel in the long axis direction uniformly by a width of 20% of the diameter of the large-diameter implantation hole, with a straight line parallel to the short axis direction passing through the center of the large-diameter implantation hole as the center.
In the case of providing the large-diameter implantation hole, the head is likely to crack in the short axis direction, as compared with the case of providing the small-diameter implantation hole. In addition, when the large-diameter implanted pores and the small-diameter implanted pores are combined, the number of pores tends to increase as compared with the case of only the large-diameter implanted pores, and further, since the stress applied to the large-diameter implanted pores and the stress applied to the small-diameter implanted pores adjacent in the short axis direction are different, strain is likely to occur. Therefore, when the large-diameter implanted holes and the small-diameter implanted holes are combined, the head tends to be more likely to crack. On the other hand, the large diameter implanted pores and the small diameter implanted pores are formed so as to be offset in the short axis direction, and 50% or more of the straight lines are straight lines that do not pass through the center of the small diameter implanted pores with respect to the total number of the straight lines, whereby cracks in the short axis direction of the head can be easily suppressed. The above proportion is more preferably 70% or more, and still more preferably 90% or more.
The overall length of the grip body 1a can be appropriately determined in consideration of workability and the like, and is, for example, about 100 to 200 mm.
The grip body 1a is preferably made of a resin having a flexural modulus of elasticity (JIS K7171) of 1500MPa or more. The flexural modulus of the resin used as the material of the grip body 1a is more preferably 1500MPa to 3000MPa, and still more preferably 2000MPa to 2700 MPa. When the flexural modulus of elasticity of the resin is equal to or higher than the lower limit value, warpage of the head portion 10 is easily suppressed. When the flexural modulus of elasticity of the resin is not more than the upper limit value, the neck portion 12 is appropriately flexed during brushing, thereby improving the massaging feeling of the gum. In addition, the compliance of the hair tips with the tooth row can be improved, and the teeth can be brushed efficiently.
Examples of preferable resins used as the material of the grip body 1a include polypropylene (PP), Polyoxymethylene (POM), polybutylene terephthalate (PBT), polyethylene terephthalate (PET), and polycyclohexylenedimethylene terephthalate (PCT), and POM is particularly preferable from the viewpoint of resin strength.
The material resin used for the handle body 1a may be 1 kind, or 2 or more kinds.
In order to improve the grip, the handle body may be partially or entirely covered with a soft resin such as an elastic body, for example. As the above-mentioned soft resin, from the viewpoint of improving adhesiveness, an olefin-based elastomer is preferable if the material of the grip body is PP, and a styrene-based elastomer is preferable if POM.
The material of the brush is not particularly limited, and examples thereof include synthetic resin materials such as polyamide (6-12 nylon, 6-10 nylon, 12-nylon, etc.), polyester (polyethylene terephthalate, polybutylene terephthalate, polypropylene terephthalate, etc.), polyolefin (polypropylene, etc.), elastomer (olefin-based, styrene-based, etc.), and natural materials. The material of the brush 15 may be 1 kind, or 2 or more kinds.
The cross-sectional shape of the bristles is not limited to a circular shape, and may be triangular, quadrangular, hexagonal, petal-shaped, or the like, or may be a combination thereof. The overall shape of the bristles is not particularly limited, and bristles processed into a wavy, twisted, or zigzag shape may be used.
The diameter of the bristles is preferably 3 to 12 mils (0.076 to 0.305mm), more preferably 5 to 10 mils (0.127 to 0.254 mm). Small bristles with a bristle diameter are preferably implanted in the large-diameter implantation holes. Thus, even if the bristles are thick, the bristles can be bent during brushing, and a toothbrush having a high massaging feeling of the gum can be provided.
When the cross-sectional shape of the brush is circular, the diameter of the brush is the diameter thereof, and when the cross-sectional shape of the brush is other than circular, the diameter of the circumscribed circle of the cross-section of the brush is the diameter.
The bristles may be general bristles having almost the same diameter in 1 bristle except for the tip rounded portion. In addition, it may be: tapered bristles having the above-described thickness in the vicinity of the bristle surface 10a of the head 10 and gradually tapered in diameter toward the bristle tips so as to sharpen the distal ends thereof. In this case, the bristles are excellent in intrusiveness into gaps between teeth and can achieve a soft touch, and therefore, are suitable for cleaning the neck of teeth and massaging gums. Further, the ordinary bristles and the tapered bristles may be appropriately selected in each implant hole, or the bristles may be mixed in the same tuft, or may be freely combined.
The length (hair length) of the brush hair from the hair-planted surface 10a can be set appropriately, for example, about 6 to 15 mm. The bristle length is preferably in the range of 9mm to 15mm for adults and 6mm to 9mm for children.
The diameters of the 1 st and 2 nd hair bundles 16a and 16b may be set according to the diameters of the implanted 1 st and 2 nd implanted holes 11a and 11 b.
As described above, the toothbrush head of the present invention has a thin wall thickness of 2mm to 4mm, and therefore has excellent oral operability and provides a high feeling of reliable cleaning of molar teeth and the like. Furthermore, the ratio Q of the implanted pores with a diameter of 1.8mm or more is set to be larger1More than 10 percent of the implant can be implanted into the gingiva to improve the massage practical feeling of the gingiva and the likeThe diameter of the hair bundle to obtain various effects.
In addition, in the thin head, when large-diameter implanted pores having a large impact applied to the head when the implanted hairs are formed in a longitudinal direction are aligned, cracks and whitening tend to be easily generated in particular. In contrast, in the toothbrush of the present invention, the stress generation parameter P is set1Stress relaxation parameter P with respect to the long axis2Ratio Q of2More than 2 large-diameter implant pores are arranged along the long axis direction while being controlled within a specific range. Therefore, it is possible to secure sufficient fixing force of the bundle of bristles by the flat wire while suppressing the occurrence of cracks and whitening in the head, and it is possible to obtain high bristle-planting strength and high hair-shedding strength.
The toothbrush of the present invention is not limited to the toothbrush 1.
For example, in the toothbrush of the present invention, the number of tufts implanted in the implanting surface of the head and the arrangement pattern of the implanting holes are not limited to the toothbrush 1. Specifically, the number of tufts and the arrangement pattern of the implanting holes in the toothbrush of the present invention may be in the form of the embodiments of the toothbrushes 1A to 1G illustrated in fig. 9 to 15.
As shown in fig. 16, the toothbrush of the present invention may be a toothbrush 1H in which the 2 nd planting holes 11b having a small diameter are arranged on the outer side in the short axis direction and the 1 st planting holes 11a having a large diameter are arranged on the inner side in the short axis direction.
