Abstract
The application relates to an intelligent television program recommendation method and device and an intelligent television, wherein the intelligent television program recommendation method comprises the steps of recommending a television program to a user when the television is started; receiving feedback information of a user; and playing the television program according to the feedback information, or recommending other television programs to the user again. According to the method and the device, the recommended television programs can be continuously corrected through interaction, and user experience is improved.
Description
Technical Field
The application belongs to the technical field of smart televisions, and particularly relates to a television program intelligent recommendation method and device and a smart television.
Background
The smart television is a new product formed based on internet wave impact, aims to bring more convenient experience to users, and has become the trend of televisions at present. Because the smart television is provided with a fully-open platform and is loaded with a plurality of operating systems, a user can install and uninstall various application software by himself and continuously expand and upgrade functions while enjoying the content of the traditional television; the smart television can continuously bring rich personalized experience to users. Although, in the related art, the smart television may recommend the relevant television programs to the user according to the historical watching records of the user when the user is powered on, the current intelligent recommendation method has no interactivity, that is, the user is already calculated when the user is powered on or starts an application according to the historical data of the user, and there is no chance of interaction or further replacement after the calculation is completed to present the recommendation result, which affects the user experience.
Disclosure of Invention
In order to overcome the problem that in the related technology, at least to a certain extent, a smart television can recommend related television programs to a user according to the historical watching records of the user when the user is started, but the current intelligent recommendation mode has no interactivity, namely the intelligent recommendation mode is already calculated according to the historical data of the user when the user is started or when an application is started, and no interaction or further replacement chance exists after the recommendation result is presented after calculation is completed, so that the user experience is influenced, the intelligent television and the method and the device for recommending the television programs are provided.
In a first aspect, the present application provides an intelligent television program recommendation method, including:
recommending a television program to a user when a television is started;
receiving feedback information of a user;
and playing the television program according to the feedback information, or recommending other television programs to the user again.
Further, the recommending the television program to the user when the television is turned on includes:
and recommending the television program to the user in a voice and/or picture mode.
Further, recommending the television program to the user when the television is turned on further includes:
acquiring historical data and current data;
and recommending the television programs to the user according to the historical data and the current data.
Further, the historical data includes: at least one of user behavior data, user portrait data and user voice data.
Further, the current data includes: at least one of time, place, portrait, and voice.
Further, the method also comprises the following steps:
judging a feedback type, wherein the feedback type comprises determination and cancellation;
if the feedback type is determined, playing the television program;
and if the feedback type is cancel, recommending other television programs to the user again.
Further, the recommending other television programs to the user again includes:
receiving user requirements, and determining a television program to be watched by a user according to the user requirements;
and recommending the television program to the user.
Further, the user requirements include: a user requirement input by voice, or a user requirement input through a remote control device.
In a second aspect, the present application provides an intelligent recommendation apparatus for television programs, including:
the first recommending module is used for recommending the television program to the user when the television is started;
the receiving module is used for receiving feedback information of a user;
the playing module is used for playing the television program according to the feedback information;
and the second recommending module is used for recommending other television programs to the user again according to the feedback information.

Detailed Description
In order to make the objects, technical solutions and advantages of the present application more apparent, the technical solutions of the present application will be described in detail below. It is to be understood that the embodiments described are only a few embodiments of the present application and not all embodiments. All other embodiments, which can be derived by a person skilled in the art from the examples given herein without making any creative effort, shall fall within the protection scope of the present application.
Fig. 1 is a flowchart of an intelligent television program recommendation method according to an embodiment of the present application, and as shown in fig. 1, the intelligent television program recommendation method includes:
s11: recommending a television program to a user when a television is started;
s12: receiving feedback information of a user;
s13: and playing the television program according to the feedback information, or recommending other television programs to the user again.
The traditional smart television can recommend related television programs to a user according to the historical watching records of the user when the user is started, but the intelligent recommendation mode has no interactivity, namely the calculation is finished when the user is started or the application is started according to the historical data of the user, and no interaction or further replacement chance exists after the recommendation result is presented after the calculation is finished, so that the user experience is influenced.
In the embodiment, the television program is recommended to the user when the television is started, the feedback information of the user is received, the television program is played according to the feedback information, or other television programs are recommended to the user again, and the recommended television program is continuously corrected through interaction, so that the user experience is improved.
Fig. 2 is a flowchart of an intelligent television program recommendation method according to an embodiment of the present application, and as shown in fig. 2, the intelligent television program recommendation method applied to a mobile terminal includes:
s21: acquiring historical data and current data;
s22: recommending television programs to users in a voice and/or picture mode according to historical data and current data;
the television program is recommended to the user in a voice and/or picture mode, interaction with the user is facilitated, the user can know the recommended content more by the voice recommending mode, the user can obtain the recommending information in time when the user does not watch a television screen, and the user can preview the recommended content in advance by the picture recommending mode.
Some embodiments of historical data include, but are not limited to: user behavior data, user portrait data, user voice data, and the like.
Current data includes, but is not limited to: time, place, portrait, voice, etc.
The recommendation result is obtained by combining, analyzing and calculating the historical data and the current data, so that the recommended content can be more accurate, the specific content is recommended for a specific person and specific time, and the user experience is further improved.
S23: judging a feedback type, wherein the feedback type comprises confirmation and cancellation;
s24: if the feedback type is determined, the television program is played;
s25: and if the feedback type is cancel, recommending other television programs to the user again.
In some embodiments, recommending other television programs to the user again specifically includes:
s251: receiving user requirements, and determining a television program to be watched by a user according to the user requirements;
user requirements, including: a user requirement input by voice, or a user requirement input through a remote control device.
S252: the television program is recommended to the user.
The input requirements of the user in various modes are received to meet the use requirements of different users, and the voice input of the user is received, and then the related television programs are recommended in a voice mode, so that the interaction speed between the smart television and the user can be increased, and the television programs to be watched by the user can be recommended for the user as soon as possible.
In some embodiments, the virtual character is set in the smart television, and the virtual character is used to guide the user and recommend a television program to the user, such as:

In the embodiment, the historical data and the current data are combined, analyzed and calculated to obtain the recommendation result, so that the recommendation content is more accurate, the specific content is recommended for a specific person and at a specific time, and the user experience is further improved.
An embodiment of the present invention provides an intelligent television program recommendation device, which is shown in a functional structure diagram in fig. 3, and includes:

In the embodiment, the first recommending module recommends the television program to the user when the television is started, the receiving module receives feedback information of the user, the playing module plays the television program according to the feedback information, the second recommending module recommends other television programs to the user again according to the feedback information, and interaction with the user is realized through the receiving module, so that the recommended television program is continuously corrected, and user experience is improved.

It will be understood by those skilled in the art that all or part of the steps carried by the method for implementing the above embodiments may be implemented by hardware related to instructions of a program, which may be stored in a computer readable storage medium, and when the program is executed, the program includes one or a combination of the steps of the method embodiments.
In addition, functional units in the embodiments of the present application may be integrated into one processing module, or each unit may exist alone physically, or two or more units are integrated into one module. 2. The intelligent television program recommendation method according to claim 1, wherein recommending a television program to a user when a television is turned on comprises:
and recommending the television program to the user in a voice and/or picture mode.
3. The intelligent television program recommendation method according to claim 1, wherein recommending a television program to the user when the television is turned on further comprises:
acquiring historical data and current data;
and recommending the television programs to the user according to the historical data and the current data.
4. The intelligent television program recommendation method according to claim 3, wherein the historical data comprises: at least one of user behavior data, user portrait data and user voice data.
5. The intelligent television program recommendation method according to claim 3, wherein the current data comprises: at least one of time, place, portrait, and voice.
6. The intelligent television program recommendation method according to claim 1, further comprising:
judging a feedback type, wherein the feedback type comprises determination and cancellation;

7. The intelligent television program recommendation method according to claim 1, wherein said re-recommending other television programs to the user comprises:

and recommending the television program to the user.
8. The intelligent television program recommendation method according to claim 7, wherein the user requirements include: a user requirement input by voice, or a user requirement input through a remote control device.
9. An intelligent recommendation device for television programs, comprising:
the first recommending module is used for recommending the television program to the user when the television is started;
the receiving module is used for receiving feedback information of a user;
the playing module is used for playing the television program according to the feedback information;
and the second recommending module is used for recommending other television programs to the user again according to the feedback information.
