本发明公开了一种新型移动广告发布平台系统，该移动广告发布平台系统由服务器单元、智能移动终端APP单元及智能移动显示屏单元构成，所述智能移动显示屏单元包括显示屏、移动电源、蓝牙模块、定位模块以及NB‑lot模块组成，所述服务器单元和智能移动终端APP单元通过Internet连接。该一种新型移动广告发布平台系统，在于人们在户外移动时，提供一种可以精确定位的广告宣传。因为智能移动显示屏内置GPS/北斗定位信息，可以定点，定区域或以某个位置为中心指定辐射半径内的区域，都可以同步显示更新的内容。为人们提供一种新的接收传媒的方式，通过物联网NB‑Iot无线移动通信，可以大范围的且精确的投送传媒信息。

背景技术
提供一种高效，移动，精准定位的宣传方式，比那些固定位置，固定区域的宣传方式相比，接收传媒信息的人会更多，位置更精确灵活。比如公交站台的广告，公交车身广告和出租车移动广告，它们受限于位置，路线，数量的限制。受众面小。实用新型(或发明)专利的智能移动显示屏可以和背包，行李箱，汽车后玻璃窗等可以移动的人或物体结合，形成受众面更为广泛的移动传播。
发明内容
针对现有技术的不足，本发明提供如下技术方案：一种新型移动广告发布平台系统，该移动广告发布平台系统由服务器单元、智能移动终端APP单元及智能移动显示屏单元构成，所述智能移动显示屏单元包括显示屏、移动电源、蓝牙模块、定位模块以及NB-lot模块组成，所述服务器单元和智能移动终端APP单元通过Internet连接，且该服务器单元与智能移动显示屏单元通过NB-Iot网络平台传输数据，智能移动显示屏主动上报IP及位置信息，与服务器建立通讯连接，通过NB-Iot网络平台接收数据并显示出来。
优选的，所述定位模块选用GPS定位模块或北斗定位模块。
优选的，所述智能移动终端APP单元可以发布和显示传媒内容。
优选的，所述服务器单元和智能移动终端APP单元通过Internet连接，智能移动显示屏单元通过蓝牙与智能终端APP通讯连接。
优选的，服务器将短视频通过Internet传输给智能移动终端APP通过蓝牙将数据传输给智能移动显示屏并显示出来。

定位模块选用GPS定位模块或北斗定位模块。
智能移动终端APP单元可以发布和显示传媒内容。
服务器单元和智能移动终端APP单元通过Internet连接，智能移动显示屏单元通过蓝牙与智能终端APP通讯连接。
服务器将短视频通过Internet传输给智能移动终端APP通过蓝牙将数据传输给智能移动显示屏并显示出来。
智能移动显示屏主动上报IP及位置信息，与服务器建立通讯连接。
需要说明的是，新型移动广告发布平台系统的工作原理分两部分：一部分是汉字文本的传递；一部分是短视频的传递。
一：汉字文本的传递
其中服务器单元和智能移动终端APP单元通过Internet连接，服务器单元与智能移动显示屏单元通过NB-Iot网络平台传输数据。智能移动显示屏主动上报IP及位置信息，与服务器建立通讯连接，通过NB-Iot网络平台接收数据并显示出来。智能移动终端APP可以发布和显示传媒内容。
二：短视频的传递
其中服务器单元和智能移动终端APP单元通过Internet连接，智能移动显示屏单元通过蓝牙与智能终端APP通讯连接。智能移动显示屏主动上报IP及位置信息，与服务器建立通讯连接，服务器将短视频通过Internet传输给智能移动终端APP,通过蓝牙将数据传输给智能移动显示屏并显示出来。
因为短视频流量大，通过蓝牙传输，可以降低整个移动发布平台的运营费用。
一种新型移动广告发布平台系统，在于人们在户外移动时，提供一种可以精确定位的广告宣传。因为智能移动显示屏内置GPS/北斗定位信息，可以定点，定区域或以某个位置为中心指定辐射半径内的区域，都可以同步显示更新的内容。为人们提供一种新的接收传媒的方式，通过物联网NB-Iot无线移动通信，可以大范围的且精确的投送传媒信息。

1.一种新型移动广告发布平台系统，其特征在于：该移动广告发布平台系统由服务器单元、智能移动终端APP单元及智能移动显示屏单元构成，所述智能移动显示屏单元包括显示屏、移动电源、蓝牙模块、定位模块以及NB-lot模块组成，所述服务器单元和智能移动终端APP单元通过Internet连接，且该服务器单元与智能移动显示屏单元通过NB-Iot网络平台传输数据，智能移动显示屏主动上报IP及位置信息，与服务器建立通讯连接，通过NB-Iot网络平台接收数据并显示出来。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种新型移动广告发布平台系统，其特征在于：所述定位模块选用GPS定位模块或北斗定位模块。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种新型移动广告发布平台系统，其特征在于：所述智能移动终端APP单元可以发布和显示传媒内容。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种新型移动广告发布平台系统，其特征在于：所述服务器单元和智能移动终端APP单元通过Internet连接，智能移动显示屏单元通过蓝牙与智能终端APP通讯连接。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种新型移动广告发布平台系统，其特征在于：服务器将短视频通过Internet传输给智能移动终端APP通过蓝牙将数据传输给智能移动显示屏并显示出来。
