In the following description, reference is made to "some embodiments" which describe a subset of all possible embodiments, but it is to be understood that "some embodiments" can be the same subset or different subsets of all possible embodiments and can be combined with one another without conflict.
If a similar description of "first/second" appears in the application document, the following description is added, in which the terms "first/second/third" are merely distinguishing between similar objects and not representing a particular ordering of the objects, it being understood that the "first/second/third" may be interchanged with a particular order or precedence, if allowed, so that the embodiments of the application described herein may be implemented in an order other than that illustrated or described herein.
Unless defined otherwise, all technical and scientific terms used herein have the same meaning as commonly understood by one of ordinary skill in the art to which this application belongs. The terminology used herein is for the purpose of describing embodiments of the present application only and is not intended to be limiting of the present application.
Before further describing embodiments of the present application in detail, the terms and expressions that are referred to in the embodiments of the present application are described, and are suitable for the following explanation.
1) Acceleration service, the data transmission between the client and the server is unstable due to the instability of the routing path between the client and the background server in the network. Thus, the client can access the background server through the acceleration service to obtain a desired access speed.
2) An accelerator for providing network acceleration tools for acceleration services.
In order to better understand the multimedia service acceleration method provided in the embodiments of the present application, an accelerator in the related art will be described below.
In the related art, the accelerator sets the member mode as follows: according to different acceleration scenes, mobile terminal acceleration, personal computer (Personal Computer, PC) terminal acceleration and router terminal acceleration services can be provided for users; and setting 4 kinds of long package according to habit and demand of the user, wherein the package corresponds to a month card, a season card, a half year card and a year card respectively. And the user pays to purchase the specified package in the specified client to obtain the corresponding member permission duration. After a user logs in an accelerator client, judging whether the user has the acceleration duration of the current acceleration scene or not through a background authentication means, and if so, starting acceleration service; and if not, informing the user that the time is insufficient, and asking for recharging. The acceleration duration is calculated as the natural time of day consumption and cannot be paused. The client presents all known lines to the user for the user to select for use. The user can select the line with lower delay and less packet loss to accelerate the connection.
The accelerator in the above related art has mainly the following drawbacks:
1) During the peak period of accelerator use, a large number of users intensively access the game server through the accelerator, and because the accelerator has limited accelerating line pool bandwidth, accelerating line blockage is easy to be caused, the conditions of high network delay and high packet loss rate are caused, and the game experience is seriously influenced. If the line pool is blindly enlarged and the bandwidth is increased, high line cost is generated, so that the cost is higher than the income condition, and the project survival development of the accelerator is seriously affected.
2) The member mode is single, can not provide higher value service for strong demand users, can not well maintain user loyalty, and is easy to cause user loss.
3) The acceleration duration isolation records of various scenes such as mobile terminal acceleration, PC terminal acceleration, router terminal acceleration and the like are scattered, and users are required to purchase member durations respectively in clients of different scenes, so that the member durations of the users in different multiple scenes cannot be universal, and the demands of the amphibious users cannot be well met.
The embodiments of the present application provide a method, an apparatus, a device, and a computer readable storage medium for accelerating multimedia services, which better satisfy multimedia service acceleration requirements of users with different requirement levels, and can better ensure balance between user use experience and line cost of an acceleration line. In step S101, a remaining duration of a first member right and a remaining duration of a second member right, which are matched with a current terminal type, of a current login user are obtained in response to a login operation at a login interface of the current terminal; wherein the number of selectable acceleration lines of the first member authority is greater than the number of selectable acceleration lines of the second member authority.
Here, the current terminal may include, but is not limited to, a notebook computer, a tablet computer, a desktop computer, a game console, a set-top box, a mobile device, and the like, any suitable type of user terminal.
The login interface is an interactive interface presented on the current terminal, and a user can perform login operation through the login interface. In implementation, a user can input one or more information of an account number, a password, a verification code and the like in a login interface to realize account number login, and the user can scan the login two-dimensional code displayed on the login interface through other terminals to authorize the login operation of the current terminal on the other terminals. Those skilled in the art may select an appropriate login method according to the actual situation, which is not limited herein.
The number of selectable acceleration lines of the first member right is greater than the number of selectable acceleration lines of the second member right, so that a user having the first member right may have more selectable acceleration lines than a user having only the second member right when acceleration of the multimedia service is required. In practice, the first member permission may be a higher member permission than the permission level of the second member permission. For example, the first member right may be an advanced member right and the second member right may be a general member right. In some examples, the first member permission may be a member permission that the paying user has, and the second member permission may be a permission that the unpaid user has. In other examples, the first member right may be a member right that the high payment user has, and the second member right may be a member right that the low payment user has.
The current terminal type is the terminal type of the current terminal and can include, but is not limited to, any one of a PC terminal, a mobile terminal, a game host terminal, a router terminal and the like. When a user accelerates the multimedia service by different types of terminals, the remaining duration of the first member permission and the remaining duration of the second member permission matched with the terminal type of the current terminal by the user are required to be acquired. In implementation, the remaining time length of the first member authority owned by the user in different terminal types can be counted separately or synchronously; the remaining time of the second member permission owned by the user in different terminal types can be counted separately or synchronously. The statistical manner of the remaining duration of the first member right and the remaining duration of the second member right may be determined by a person skilled in the art according to actual situations, which is not limited herein.
In step S102, displaying a list of acceleration lines to be selected on an acceleration configuration interface of the multimedia service to be accelerated; the display state of each acceleration line in the acceleration line list to be selected is determined based on the remaining duration of the first member authority and the remaining duration of the second member authority.
Here, the multimedia service may include, but is not limited to, online games, online video playback, online live broadcast, online social services, and the like. The multimedia service to be accelerated is a multimedia service that needs to be accelerated.
The acceleration configuration interface may be an interactive interface configured by a user for acceleration parameters of the multimedia service to be accelerated, and the acceleration parameters configurable through the acceleration configuration interface may include, but are not limited to, one or more of an acceleration duration, an acceleration line, and the like. For example, when accelerating the online game, the area suit, area suit node and the like which need to be selected can be configured through an acceleration configuration interface; when accelerating the video playing service, a high-speed playing line and the like which need to be selected can be configured through an acceleration configuration interface. In practice, those skilled in the art may determine acceleration parameters that may be configured by the acceleration configuration interface according to actual conditions, which are not limited herein.
The accelerating line list to be selected is a high-speed access network line list of the access multimedia server which can be selected by a user. For users with different first member rights and second member rights, the display states of the acceleration lines in the acceleration configuration interface in the list of acceleration lines to be selected are different.
In some examples, the acceleration line of a partial category is selectable by a user having only the first member right, and when implemented, the acceleration line belonging to the category may be displayed when the remaining duration of the first member right is greater than 0, and the acceleration line belonging to the category may not be displayed when the remaining duration of the first member right is less than or equal to 0; the acceleration line belonging to the category may be displayed as a selectable state when the remaining time length of the first member authority is greater than 0, and may be displayed as an unavailable state when the remaining time length of the first member authority is less than or equal to 0.
In some examples, the acceleration line of the partial category is selectable by a user having only the second member right, and when implemented, the acceleration line belonging to the category may be displayed when the remaining time length of the second member right is greater than 0, and the acceleration line belonging to the category may not be displayed when the remaining time length of the second member right is less than or equal to 0; the acceleration line belonging to the category may be displayed in a selectable state when the remaining time period of the second member authority is greater than 0, and in an unavailable state when the remaining time period of the second member authority is less than or equal to 0.
In implementation, any suitable manner may be selected by a person skilled in the art according to practical situations to determine a display state of each acceleration line in the acceleration configuration interface of the to-be-selected acceleration lines, which is not limited in the embodiment of the present application.
In step S103, a first selection operation for the list of acceleration lines to be selected is received at the acceleration configuration interface.
Here, the acceleration line to be used may be selected from the list of acceleration lines to be selected by performing the first selection operation on the acceleration configuration interface. In implementation, the first selection operation may include, but is not limited to, one or more of a click operation, a drag operation, etc. of the acceleration line to be selected, which is not limited in the embodiment of the present application.
The first selection operation may be a selection operation performed manually by the user for an acceleration line in the acceleration line list to be selected, or may be a selection operation performed automatically by the terminal for the user according to the number of access users or network delay of each acceleration line in the current acceleration line to be selected, which is not limited herein.
In step S104, in response to the first selection operation, a running interface of the multimedia service to be accelerated is presented.
Here, through the first selection operation, an acceleration line for accelerating the multimedia service to be accelerated may be selected, and the terminal may access the server of the multimedia service to be accelerated through the selected acceleration line, and present an operation interface of the accelerated multimedia service to be accelerated, thereby realizing acceleration of the multimedia service to be accelerated.
The running interface of the multimedia service to be accelerated may include any interface in the running process of the multimedia service to be accelerated. For example, when the multimedia service to be accelerated is a network game, the running interface may include, but is not limited to, a game installation interface, a game login interface, a game operation interface, etc. of the network game; when the multimedia service to be accelerated is a video playing application, the running interface may include, but is not limited to, a login interface of the video playing application, a video playing interface, and the like.
In this embodiment of the present application, by providing the user with the first member permission and the second member permission, the number of selectable acceleration lines of the first member permission is greater than the number of selectable acceleration lines of the second member permission. Thus, differentiated acceleration services can be provided for users with different member authorities, so that a relatively small number of selectable acceleration lines can be provided for users with low acceleration service requirements through relatively low cost, and a relatively large number of selectable acceleration lines can be provided for users with high acceleration service requirements through relatively high cost. Therefore, the multimedia service acceleration requirements of users with different demand levels can be better met, and the balance between the user use experience and the line cost of an acceleration line can be better ensured.
In some embodiments, based on fig. 3, the method for accelerating multimedia service provided in the embodiments of the present application may further include: step S105, in the process of calculating the member time consumption, the remaining time of the first member right and the remaining time of the second member right are synchronously reduced by day according to the natural day. Here, the natural day is all dates after the member authority is validated, and may include a weekday, a weekend, and a holiday.
In some embodiments, referring to fig. 4, fig. 4 is a schematic flow chart of an alternative method for accelerating multimedia services according to an embodiment of the present application. In step S102 shown in fig. 3, the list of acceleration lines to be selected includes at least one first acceleration line and at least one second acceleration line, where the redundancy of the second acceleration line is greater than that of the first acceleration line; the display state includes one of: selectable and non-selectable states. Step S102 can be implemented by steps S401 to S403, and will be described below in connection with each step. The main execution body of each step in fig. 4 may be the terminal described above, and may be executed by a browser or a client running on the terminal.
In step S401, the current member right is determined based on the remaining time period of the first member right and the remaining time period of the second member right.
Here, the current member right is a member right currently used by the user, and may include, but is not limited to, a first member right, a second member right, and the like. In implementation, the member permission currently owned by the user may be determined according to the actual situation and the specific member permission determination policy based on the remaining duration of the first member permission and the remaining duration of the second member permission, which is not limited in the embodiment of the present application.
In some examples, step S401 may be implemented by: step S4011, determining that the current member right is the first member right if the remaining time length of the first member right is greater than a first time length threshold; step S4012, determining that the current member right is the second member right if the remaining time length of the first member right is less than or equal to the first time length threshold and the remaining time length of the second member is greater than the second time length threshold. Here, the first time length threshold value and the second time length threshold value may be any suitable integers, and the first time length threshold value and the second time length threshold value may be the same or different, and a person skilled in the art may determine suitable first time length threshold value and second time length threshold value according to actual situations when implementing the method, which is not limited in this embodiment of the present application.
In step S402, in the case where the current member right is the first member right, the first acceleration line and the second acceleration line are both displayed as selectable states at the acceleration configuration interface.
Here, the first acceleration line and the second acceleration line may be any suitable network line that can access a server of the multimedia service to be accelerated, respectively, and the redundancy of the second acceleration line is greater than the redundancy of the first acceleration line. Under the condition that the current member authority is the first member authority, the user can only have the first member authority, can also have the first member authority and the second member authority at the same time, and at the moment, the user can select a first acceleration line and can also select a second acceleration line.
The number of the first acceleration lines and the number of the second acceleration lines in the acceleration line list to be selected may be the same or different. The bandwidth of the first acceleration line may be the same as or different from the bandwidth of the second acceleration line. In implementation, the number of the first accelerating circuits and the bandwidth of each first accelerating circuit, and the number of the second accelerating circuits and the bandwidth of each second accelerating circuit may be selected according to practical situations, which is not limited in the embodiment of the present application. For example, the number of first acceleration lines and the bandwidth of each first acceleration line may be determined according to the number of first members or line costs; the number of second acceleration lines and the bandwidth of each second acceleration line may be determined according to the number of second members or line costs.
In step S403, in the case where the current member right is the second member right, the first acceleration line is displayed as a selectable state and the second acceleration line is displayed as an unselected state at the acceleration configuration interface.
Here, in the case where the current member right is the second member right, the user may have the second member right. At this time, the user may select the first acceleration line, and may not select the second acceleration line.
At the acceleration configuration interface, the user may select an acceleration line displayed in a selectable state, but may not select an acceleration line displayed in a non-selectable state. In some examples, acceleration lines in selectable states may be displayed at the acceleration configuration interface and acceleration lines in non-selectable states may be hidden at the acceleration configuration interface. In other examples, both selectable and non-selectable acceleration lines may be displayed on the acceleration configuration interface, the selectable acceleration line may be viewed and selected, and the non-selectable acceleration line may be viewed but not selected. In implementation, a person skilled in the art may determine, according to the actual situation, a display manner of the acceleration circuit in the selectable state and the acceleration circuit in the non-selectable state in the acceleration configuration interface, which is not limited herein.
In the embodiment of the application, when the current member permission is the first member permission, the first acceleration circuit and the second acceleration circuit are both displayed as selectable states on the acceleration configuration interface, and when the current member permission is the second member permission, the first acceleration circuit is displayed as selectable states on the acceleration configuration interface, and the second acceleration circuit is displayed as non-selectable states. Thus, a user with first membership rights may select either a first acceleration line or a second acceleration line, and a user without first membership rights but with second membership rights may select the first acceleration line but not the second acceleration line. Therefore, the number of the selectable accelerating lines of the first member authority can be simply and effectively ensured to be larger than that of the selectable accelerating lines of the second member authority, so that the multimedia service accelerating requirements of users with different requirement levels can be better met, and the balance between the use experience of the users and the line cost of the accelerating lines can be better ensured. In addition, since the redundancy of the second acceleration circuit is greater than that of the first acceleration circuit, the network delay of the second acceleration circuit can be kept in a low state even in a peak period, so that the acceleration experience of the user with the first member authority can be further improved.
In some embodiments, referring to fig. 5, fig. 5 is a schematic flow chart of an alternative method for accelerating multimedia services according to an embodiment of the present application, based on fig. 3, steps S501 to S504 may be further performed before step S102, and the following description will be made in connection with the steps. The main execution body of each step in fig. 5 may be the terminal described above, and may be executed by a browser or a client running on the terminal.
In step S501, the current member right is determined based on the remaining duration of the first member right and the remaining duration of the second member right.
Here, step S501 corresponds to step S401, and reference may be made to the specific embodiment of step S401 in implementation, which is not described herein.
In step S502, a list of multimedia services to be selected is displayed on an acceleration service interface of the current terminal based on the current member authority.
Here, the list of multimedia services to be selected is a list of multimedia services available for the user to select for acceleration. The multimedia services may include, but are not limited to, online gaming, online video playback, online live, online social services, and the like. The multimedia services that users with different member rights can select for acceleration are different, and based on different current member rights, different multimedia services to be selected can be displayed on the acceleration service interface.
In step S503, a second selection operation for the list of multimedia services to be selected is received at the acceleration service interface.
Here, the acceleration service interface may be an interactive interface presented on the current terminal, which may be used for the user to make a selection of the multimedia service to be accelerated. The acceleration service interface may display a list of multimedia services to be selected, and the user may select a multimedia service requiring acceleration from the list of multimedia services to be selected by performing a second selection operation on the acceleration service interface. In implementation, the second selection operation may include, but is not limited to, one or more of a click operation, a drag operation, etc. of the multimedia service in the list of multimedia services to be selected, which is not limited in the embodiments of the present application.
In step S504, in response to the second selection operation, an acceleration configuration interface of the multimedia service to be accelerated is presented.
Here, the multimedia service to be accelerated is a multimedia service to be accelerated selected from among the multimedia services to be selected through the second selection operation. And when receiving a second selection operation for the list of multimedia services to be selected, presenting an acceleration configuration interface of the selected multimedia services needing acceleration in the client.
In the embodiment of the application, the multimedia service to be selected, which is matched with the current member authority, is displayed on the acceleration service interface. In this way, acceleration support for different multimedia services can be provided for users with different member authorities, so that the multimedia service acceleration requirements of different users can be better met.
In some embodiments, referring to fig. 6, fig. 6 is a schematic flow chart of an alternative method for accelerating multimedia services according to an embodiment of the present application. In step S502 shown in fig. 5, the list of multimedia services to be selected includes at least one first multimedia service and at least one second multimedia service. Step S502 can be implemented by steps S601 to S602, and the following description will be made in connection with each step. The main execution body of each step in fig. 6 may be the terminal described above, and may be executed by a browser or a client running on the terminal.
In step S601, in the case where the current member right is the first member right, both the first multimedia service and the second multimedia service are displayed as selectable states at the acceleration service interface.
Here, the first multimedia service and the second multimedia service may be any suitable multimedia service that can perform network acceleration, respectively. Under the condition that the current member authority is the first member authority, the user can select the first multimedia service to accelerate, and can also select the second multimedia service to accelerate.
The number of the first multimedia services and the number of the second multimedia services in the multimedia service list to be selected may be the same or different. In practice, an appropriate number of first multimedia services and second multimedia services may be selected according to the actual situation, which is not limited herein.
In some examples, the first multimedia service may be a low-payment or free multimedia service and the second multimedia service may be a high-payment multimedia service. In other examples, the first multimedia service may be a less costly to implement multimedia service and the second multimedia service may be a more costly to implement multimedia service.
In step S602, in the case where the current member right is the second member right, the first multimedia service is displayed as a selectable state and the second multimedia service is displayed as a non-selectable state at the acceleration service interface.
Here, in case that the current member right is the second member right, the user may select the first multimedia service, but may not select the second multimedia service.
At the acceleration service interface, the user may select a multimedia service displayed in a selectable state, but may not select a multimedia service displayed in a non-selectable state. In some examples, the selectable state multimedia service may be displayed at an acceleration service interface and the non-selectable state multimedia service may be hidden at the acceleration service interface. In other examples, both selectable state multimedia services and non-selectable state multimedia services may be displayed on the acceleration service interface, the selectable state multimedia services may be viewed and selected, and the non-selectable state multimedia services may be viewed but not selected. In implementation, a person skilled in the art may determine, according to the actual situation, a display manner of the multimedia service in the selectable state and the multimedia service in the non-selectable state in the acceleration service interface, which is not limited herein.
In the embodiment of the application, the user with the first member authority may select the first multimedia service or the second multimedia service, and the user without the first member authority but with the second member authority may select the first multimedia service but may not select the second multimedia service. Therefore, the number of the selectable multimedia services of the first member authority can be simply and effectively ensured to be larger than that of the selectable multimedia services of the second member authority, so that the multimedia service acceleration requirements of users with different demand levels can be better met.
In some embodiments, referring to fig. 7, fig. 7 is a schematic flow chart of an alternative method for accelerating multimedia services according to an embodiment of the present application. Based on fig. 3, the method may further include steps S701 to S702, which will be described below in connection with the steps. The main execution body of each step in fig. 7 may be the terminal described above, and may be executed by a browser or a client running on the terminal.
In step S701, a recharging operation for the first member right is received at a recharging interface of the current terminal.
Here, by the recharging operation for the first member authority, the recharging time length corresponding to the recharging operation can be increased for the remaining time length of the first member authority of the current login user in the current terminal type. The recharging duration of the recharging operation may be any suitable duration, such as 1 day, 1 month, 1 quarter, 1 year, etc.
In step S702, in response to the recharging operation, displaying, on the recharging interface, a remaining duration of the updated first member right and a remaining duration of the updated second member right, where the current login user is matched with the current terminal type; the remaining duration of the updated first member right is obtained by adding the remaining duration of the first member right before updating to the recharging duration of the recharging operation, and the remaining duration of the updated second member right is obtained by adding the remaining duration of the second member right before updating to the recharging duration.
Of course, the execution order of step S701 and step S702 is not limited to that shown in fig. 7, for example, in other embodiments, step S701 and step S702 may be executed before step S102.
In some examples, following step S701, further execution may be performed: step S703, in response to the recharging operation, updating the remaining duration of the first member right and the remaining duration of the second member right that are matched with other terminal types by the current login user based on the recharging duration. Here, after the user completes the recharging at the current terminal and obtains the recharging duration of the first member right, the remaining duration of the first member right and the remaining duration of the second member right of the current login user at other terminal types different from the current terminal type may be updated. When the method is implemented, after the recharging of the current terminal is completed and the recharging time length of the recharging operation is obtained, the recharging time length can be added to the remaining time length of the first member permission of the current login user in other terminal types to obtain the remaining time length of the updated first member permission of the current login user in other terminal types, and the recharging time length can be added to the remaining time length of the second member permission of the current login user in other terminal types to obtain the remaining time length of the updated second member permission of the current login user in other terminal types. For example, after the user finishes recharging the first member right at the PC end, the remaining duration of the first member right and the remaining duration of the second member right of other terminal types such as the mobile end, the host end or the router end of the current login user can be updated synchronously.
In this embodiment of the present application, when the user charges the first member authority, the remaining duration of the first member authority and the remaining duration of the second member authority may be increased simultaneously by the charging duration corresponding to the charging operation. Therefore, the user can obtain the second member right with the same duration while buying the first member right, so that the user with the first member right can be simply and effectively ensured to have the second member right at the same time, and the service provided by the first member right is additionally added while all services supported by the second member right are provided for the user with higher acceleration service requirement, so that the use requirement of the user with higher acceleration service requirement can be better met.
In addition, after the user charges the first member right at the current terminal, the remaining time length of the first member right and the remaining time length of the second member right of the user at other terminal types different from the current terminal type may be updated based on the charging time length. Therefore, the residual duration of the first member authority of each terminal type can be kept synchronous, so that the requirements of multi-scene users who need to accelerate the multimedia service on the terminals of various terminal types can be better met, and the user does not need to recharge the first member authority on the terminals of various types, so that the recharging operation of the user can be simplified, and the use experience of the user can be better improved.
In some embodiments, referring to fig. 8, fig. 8 is a schematic flow chart of an alternative method for accelerating multimedia services according to an embodiment of the present application. Based on fig. 3, the method may further include steps S801 to S802, which will be described below in connection with the steps. The main execution body of each step in fig. 8 may be the terminal described above, and may be executed by a browser or a client running on the terminal.
In step S801, a member upgrade operation for the second member right to the first member right is received at a recharging interface of the current terminal;
here, a member upgrade operation in which the second member right is upgraded to the first member right may be supported. Through the member upgrading operation, the upgrading time length of the first member authority corresponding to the recharging operation when the current login user is added to the current terminal type can be upgraded to the remaining time length of the first member authority. The length of the member upgrade operation may be any suitable length of time that does not exceed the current second member permission remaining length of time, such as 1 day, 1 month, 1 quarter, 1 year, etc.
In step S802, in response to the member upgrading operation, displaying, on the recharging interface, a remaining duration of the updated first member permission that the current login user matches the current terminal type; the updated remaining duration of the first member right is obtained by adding the remaining duration of the first member right before updating and the upgrading duration of the member upgrading operation.
Here, after the member upgrade operation is completed, the remaining duration of the first member right may be increased by a duration corresponding to the upgrade duration, and the remaining duration of the second member right may be decreased by a duration corresponding to the upgrade duration, or may be maintained unchanged. The adjustment policy of the remaining time period of the second member authority before and after the upgrade can be determined by a person skilled in the art according to practical situations at the time of implementation, which is not limited herein.
Of course, the execution order of step S801 and step S802 is not limited to that shown in fig. 8, and for example, in other embodiments, step S801 and step S802 may be executed before step S102.
In this embodiment of the present application, a member upgrade operation for the second member permission to the first member permission may be received at a recharging interface of the current terminal. Therefore, the method and the device can convert the remaining time of the second member permission into the remaining time of the first member permission, so that the flexibility of the member permission of the user in use can be improved, the member permission adjustment requirement of the user can be better met, and better use experience is brought to the user.
In the following, an exemplary application of the embodiments of the present application in a practical application scenario will be described. The method provided by the embodiment of the application can be applied to scenes such as network game acceleration, video playing acceleration, network live broadcast acceleration, social platform acceleration and the like.
Taking an online game acceleration scenario as an example, referring to fig. 9A, fig. 9A is a schematic implementation flow diagram of a member recharging method of an acceleration service product according to an embodiment of the present application. As shown in fig. 9A, the method includes:
step S901, a user logs in a PC-side accelerator client;
here, after the user logs in the PC end and accelerates the client end, the user can enter the member information display interface. Whether the current login user has the authority of a higher-order member (Super Very Important Person, SVIP) can be displayed in a member duration display area of the member information display interface, and the expiration time of the SVIP authority can be displayed. The data information of the member duration is recorded in a background server database of the PC side accelerator. The client can permit to start all the higher-order member service items of the user within the effective time of the SVIP authority, and close all the higher-order member services of the user after the SVIP authority expires. The general membership (Very Important Person, VIP) service is not affected by the validity time of SVIP rights.
Referring to fig. 9B, fig. 9B is an optional schematic diagram of a member information display interface of a PC-side accelerator client according to an embodiment of the present application. As shown in fig. 9B, the member permission of the current login user may be displayed in the member duration display area 910, the SVIP permission flag 911 is displayed to indicate that the current login user has SVIP permission and simultaneously display the expiration time 912 of the SVIP permission, and the VIP permission flag 913 is displayed to indicate that the current login user has VIP permission and simultaneously display the expiration time 914 of the VIP permission.
Step S902, clicking to enter a recharging interface by a user;
here, referring to fig. 9B, the user may enter the recharge interface by clicking the recharge button 920 or the renewal button 915 next to the expiration time 912 of the SVIP rights.
Step S903, the user selects VIP package to recharge;
step S904, switching the user to SVIP package recharging;
step S905, selecting SVIP package recharging by a user;
here, referring to fig. 9C, fig. 9C is an optional schematic diagram of an accelerator client recharging interface provided in an embodiment of the present application. As shown in fig. 9C, the recharging interface includes a VIP package recharging 930 and a SVIP package recharging 940, after the VIP package recharging 930 is selected, the user may switch to the SVIP package recharging 940, and after the SVIP package recharging 940 is selected, the user may also directly select the SVIP package recharging 940, and after the SVIP package recharging 940 is selected, by clicking any one of the immediate recharging buttons 941 to 944, the SVIP package recharging may be completed, and a higher order member duration corresponding to the clicked recharging button may be obtained. And, the user is clearly informed on the recharging interface, and the detail content contained in the high-order member service corresponding to the SVIP is: full platform acceleration 951, SVIP download acceleration 952, national electronic contest mode 953, SVIP exclusive line 954, route plug-in acceleration 955, so that the user forms a difference compared with the common member service, thereby making a recharging decision. The full platform acceleration service may include a game acceleration service for a mobile terminal, a PC terminal, a game host terminal. The SVIP download accelerating service can support the adoption of a high-speed download special line to accelerate the downloading of the game installation package, and because the installation package of the large-scale game is usually larger or stored on an overseas server, the download time consumption is longer, the download time consumption can be effectively shortened through the SVIP download accelerating service, and the download waiting time of a game player is reduced. In addition, the SVIP download acceleration service may also provide for more downloads of games than the VIP download acceleration service. SVIP-specific line services are typically accelerated for the transmission of network data during the game. The network speed of the state electronic competition mode is faster than that of the state electronic competition mode after acceleration of other modes, better game experience can be achieved, and the realization cost of the state electronic competition mode is higher than that of the state electronic competition mode. The acceleration service of the routing plug-in can provide the acceleration service for the terminal connected with the router by installing the acceleration plug-in the adapted router.
Step S906, the mobile terminal accelerator background server increases SVIP duration;
here, the user completes recharging and obtains the SVIP duration at the accelerator client at the PC end, and at the same time, the accelerator APP background of the mobile end or the game host also obtains the SVIP duration data synchronization, and adds the same SVIP acceleration duration service to the user account, so as to achieve the purpose of opening the acceleration scene of the mobile end or the game host. In addition, the background SVIP time length data of the router-side plug-in acceleration service are correspondingly synchronized, and the same SVIP acceleration time length service is added for the designated router equipment number under the user account, so that the purpose of opening a router-side plug-in acceleration scene is achieved.
Step S907, when the user logs in the mobile terminal accelerator client, the mobile terminal accelerator client displays the SVIP authority expiration time after recharging on the member information display interface;
step S908, the mobile terminal accelerator client displays that SVIP acceleration service is available on the member information display interface;
here, referring to fig. 9D, fig. 9D is an optional schematic diagram of a member information presentation interface of a mobile accelerator client according to an embodiment of the present application. As shown in fig. 9D, an expiration time 961 of the SVIP rights of the current logged-in user may be displayed at the member information presentation interface.
Step S909, the PC end accelerator client end background server increases SVIP duration;
step S910, the PC end accelerator client displays the expiration time of the SVIP authority after recharging;

here, referring to fig. 9E, fig. 9E is an optional schematic diagram of a zone selection interface of a PC-side accelerator client according to an embodiment of the present application. As shown in fig. 9E, the area service node displayed in the area service selection interface includes a VIP line 980 and a SVIP line 990, when the user selects the SVIP line 990 in the area service selection interface, the background server verifies whether the user has the SVIP authority available for a long time, and when the user has the SVIP authority available for a long time, the SVIP line 990 may be selected, otherwise, the user is prompted to recharge the SVIP service first.
In step S912, the PC-side accelerator client displays that the state electronic competition mode is available on the mode selection interface.
Referring to fig. 10, fig. 10 is a schematic flow chart of an implementation of an acceleration method for accelerating service products according to an embodiment of the present application. As shown in fig. 10, the method includes:
step S1001, a user logs in to an accelerator client;
step S1002, an accelerator background server inquires the VIP duration and the SVIP duration of a current login user;

step S1011, the user selects SVIP line according to the network delay of each acceleration line;
step S1012, the accelerator background server verifies whether the user has SVIP duration;
step S1013, after the accelerator background server determines that the user has SVIP duration, starting to access the SVIP line;
step S1014, after the acceleration of the accelerator background server is successful, starting to calculate the acceleration time;
step S1015, after the accelerator background server determines that the user does not have SVIP duration, the accelerator background server prompts that the SVIP duration is insufficient;
Step S1016, the user selects a VIP line according to the network delay of each acceleration line;
step S1017, the accelerator background server verifies whether the user has VIP duration;
step S1018, after the accelerator background server determines that the user has VIP duration, starting to access the VIP line;
in step S1019, after the accelerator background server determines that the user does not have the VIP duration, the accelerator background server prompts that the VIP duration is insufficient.
After logging in, the user firstly inquires the VIP duration and SVIP duration conditions of the user through a background database, so that the user can conveniently check the VIP duration or SVIP duration conditions at a client, and prompts the user to recharge when the VIP duration or SVIP duration expires. The user further selects games needing accelerating, the line with the lowest delay in all links is calculated and compared to be used as an intelligent recommended line through analyzing the current area of the user and the target game server area, meanwhile, the residual time length of member permission of the user corresponding to the line type of the current intelligent recommended line in a background database is inquired, the intelligent recommended line can be accessed to start accelerating when the residual time length is larger than 0, and when the user does not have the residual time length of member permission corresponding to the line type of the current intelligent recommended line, the accelerating line with other line types with lower permission grades is selected to be used as the current intelligent recommended line according to the permission grade of the line type until the residual time length of member permission of the user corresponding to the line type of the current intelligent recommended line is larger than 0, and the accelerating line is accessed to the current intelligent recommended line. In addition, some users wish to obtain a better line experience through manual selection, i.e., manually select an acceleration line. The line selection interface displays the speed measurement results of all the accelerating lines, including the speed measurement results of the VIP line and the SVIP line. Whether the acceleration line is a VIP line or a SVIP line, the acceleration line can be accessed only by verifying that the residual time length of the member permission corresponding to the selected acceleration line by a user in a background database is greater than zero when clicking acceleration, otherwise, the deficiency of the time length of the member permission of the type is prompted.
It should be noted that, in implementation, the SVIP authority may be implemented as a first member authority, and the VIP authority may be implemented as a second member authority; the VIP line may be implemented as a first acceleration line and the SVIP line may be implemented as a second acceleration line.
In some embodiments, the SVIP service oriented users may be high-cost users, the VIP service oriented users may be price sensitive users, and the high-cost users may be provided with SVIP services of higher value, which may be distinguished from price sensitive users. Referring to fig. 11, fig. 11 is a schematic diagram of service contents provided by a game acceleration method for different paying users according to an embodiment of the present application. As shown in fig. 11, paying users 1100 may include a high paying user 1111 and a price sensitive user 1112; the accelerator may provide SVIP services 1121 for the high payment users 1111, where the SVIP services 1121 may include a multi-scenario acceleration service 1131, an SVIP line service 1132, a national electronic contest mode service 1133, and a common VIP line service 1134; the accelerator may provide the price sensitive user 1112 with a common VIP service 1122, which may include a common VIP line service 1134 in the common VIP service 1122.
In order to distinguish the high-payment user from the price-sensitive user, the common VIP service is provided for the price-sensitive user, the SVIP service with higher value is provided for the high-payment user, and the following two technical difficulties are considered: one aspect is if how to make differentiated services for high-payment users and price-sensitive users, respectively; on the other hand, how to merge the common VIP service and the SVIP service together and allow the user to use normally.
To make differentiated services for high-pay users and price-sensitive users, respectively, it is first necessary to consider how to provide SVIP line services. In the game playing process of users, particularly in peak hours, a large number of users intensively log in a game server, so that accelerated line blockage is easily caused, the conditions of high network delay and high packet loss rate are caused, and the game experience is seriously affected. It is considered that if the line pool is blindly enlarged from the whole, the bandwidth of the accelerating line is increased, so that high line cost is generated, and the situation that the cost of the accelerator project is higher than the income is caused, the survival development of the accelerator project is seriously affected. Thus, for high quality or heavy users with higher demand levels, better acceleration services can be provided for that part of the users by increasing the payment. Under the condition that the normal use of the original paying users (namely price sensitive users) is not affected, the line pool can be properly enlarged according to the target number of the high paying users, and the SVIP line with high redundancy can be newly allocated for the high paying users. Thus, during peak hours, high-payment users may select high-redundancy SVIP lines, which may improve the acceleration experience of the high-payment users. Referring to fig. 12, fig. 12 is a schematic diagram of each acceleration circuit in a peak period in the game acceleration method according to the embodiment of the present application. As shown in fig. 12, the client 1210 may access the game server 1250 via the router 1220 through the SVIP line 1230 or the VIP line 1240, and during peak hours, the accelerated line 1231 in the SVIP line 1230 has a problem of high line congestion and high delay, the accelerated line 1232 in the SVIP line is still in a state of idle line and low delay, and the line 1241 in the VIP line 1240 has a problem of high line congestion and high delay.
To realize the integration of the common VIP service and the SVIP service and make the user use normally, it is necessary to consider how the SVIP line service coexists with the VIP line service and provide more intelligent, more convenient and more efficient line acceleration service for the user. Since the SVIP service contains the content of all VIP services, the time of the SVIP duration in the background database is recorded based on the VIP duration, i.e., the VIP duration is greater than or equal to the SVIP duration. After the user logs in the accelerator client, the SVIP duration and the VIP duration under the user account can be inquired and displayed through the background database, and if the SVIP duration or the VIP duration is expired, the user can be prompted to recharge. When the user charges the SVIP service, the VIP duration of the same duration can be increased while the SVIP duration is increased. In the process of calculating the duration consumption, the SVIP duration and the VIP duration synchronously decrease with the consumption of natural days. After selecting the game to be accelerated, the user can select one-key intelligent acceleration or select the optimal line suitable for the user. After the intelligent acceleration by one key is selected, the background server can firstly inquire the line with the lowest delay and the least packet loss in all lines, then determine whether the line is an SVIP line, if so, request to judge whether the SVIP duration in the user account is expired, and if so, prompt the user to recharge the SVIP duration. If the line is a VIP line, judging whether the VIP duration in the user account is expired or not only because the VIP duration is necessarily greater than or equal to the SVIP duration; if the VIP duration has expired, prompting the user that the VIP duration is insufficient; if the VIP duration is not expired, starting to access an acceleration circuit, and starting to calculate acceleration time after acceleration is successful, so that the client side can display the current acceleration time to the user, and the user can conveniently perceive the using duration of the acceleration service in the acceleration process.
In some embodiments, the accelerator may support VIP promotion to SVIP services, but not SVIP demotion to VIP services. When the VIP service is upgraded to the SVIP service, if only a month card mode is supported in the upgrade package, only the user with the VIP remaining time longer than 31 days is supported for upgrading. The user can increase the SVIP duration corresponding to the upgrade operation by supplementing the gap between the SVIP service and the VIP service, and the VIP duration is unchanged.
The embodiment of the application can solve the following technical problems:
1) By newly adding the SVIP package, the acceleration scene service of the mobile terminal, the PC terminal and the router can be opened, and the acceleration requirements of multi-scene users can be met;
2) The SVIP line is provided for SVIP users during line selection, and various line selections are provided for the users during peak periods, so that the problems of delay and blocking in the game acceleration and downloading acceleration processes of the users can be better solved.
The beneficial effects brought by the embodiment of the application mainly comprise the following aspects:
1) The requirements of high-payment users are met, and the users are willing to pay more for higher-quality acceleration service brought by SVIP package, so that the average income per user (Average Revenue Per User, ARPU) value of the whole accelerator user payment can be improved, thereby bringing better user experience for the high-payment users and increasing the income of accelerator projects;
2) The SVIP service is provided with more line selection and multi-scene acceleration service, so that the problems of blocking and packet loss of a user during game acceleration and downloading acceleration can be solved well, the loss of the user caused by the game acceleration, downloading acceleration blocking and packet loss can be reduced, and the retention rate of the user is improved;
3) The SVIP service provides services such as game trial play, game prop gift bags, mall discounts and the like, can meet the requirements of users except for accelerating and downloading games, can increase the using time of the user on the accelerator, improves the viscosity of the user and can also promote the public praise of the user;
4) Because the SVIP service package has higher revenue, the problem of high accelerator project cost can be well relieved, and the project profit margin is improved.
According to the embodiment of the application, through integrating the high-redundancy bandwidth line, the mobile terminal/PC terminal/router terminal multi-scene acceleration authentication capability, the national clothing game multi-sending-package stable network packet loss prevention technology, services such as game trial play, mall discount, game prop gift package and the like, the SVIP acceleration package scheme is innovatively deduced, the omnibearing and higher-order game acceleration service can be provided for high-payment willing users, the game experience is improved, and therefore the method for improving the integral income ARPU value of accelerator products can be achieved. Compared with the VIP scheme in the related technology, the method not only keeps the existing rights and interests of the original price sensitive users from being infringed, but also satisfies the balance of accelerator projects on user experience and line cost.
