webrtc (web-time communications) is a real-time communication technology that allows web applications or sites to establish point-to-point (Peer-to-Peer) connections between browsers for the transmission of video and/or audio streams or any other data without the aid of an intermediary. The real-time communication function of the web browser is realized through a simple javascript api interface, the browser which supports webrtc comprises google, Huohu and the like, and various mobile terminals are also supported by native components. In webrtc where opus is adopted for 80% of audio communication and vp9 or vp8 is used for video communication encoding, the most recently introduced vp9 in the iteration saves bandwidth by 70% compared with vp 8.
The invention relates to a webrtc technology which mainly comprises two parts, wherein one part is realized by service logic based on the webrtc technology, and the other part mainly calls audio and video information of a camera and a microphone through a native webapi and can be subjected to mute screen-closing marking on a front-end video label. The webrtc is a complete solution of audio and video, and has the audio and video processing of acquisition, decoding, rtp packing, flow control and the like. The other part is signaling interaction of a subordination webrtc technology, an independent signaling server is set up in the invention to carry out information interaction such as connection establishment and the like under the same channel, and a socket is selected to realize real-time signaling interaction. The socket can realize real-time two-way, and is based on event-driven communication, and supports two transmission modes of websocket and polling to be compatible with all browsers, platforms and equipment. After the socket connection is established between the socket signaling server and the client, the client receives and transmits information to the signaling server based on the service implementation, and the signaling server creates a channel after receiving the channel information of the client, and forwards the channel information to the client under the channel. In service implementation, a client establishes connection with a signaling server, creates a channel according to service conditions to acquire own audio and video information, when other clients enter a same channel, the signaling server broadcasts the adding information through a socket, after the other clients in the channel receive the information, new socket connections are respectively established, and the signaling server performs independent information transmission with the new adding person, transmits audio and video information of both parties, and after the client is disconnected, the other clients in the channel clear corresponding connections in a connection list.
As shown in fig. 1, based on the signaling server set up above, the method for railway emergency communication based on a communication conference provided by this embodiment includes the following steps:
s1, the user initiates help seeking through terminal equipment in the railway system, the terminal equipment collects the identity information of the user in real time through a microphone camera, and the help seeking information is sent out through the broadcasting of a signaling server.
And S2, the response center receives the help-seeking information and pushes the help-seeking information in the help-seeking queue of the page. After the staff selects to connect the call for help, the call is sent to the signaling server to connect information, the double terminals establish P2P point-to-point connection through respective networks, and the connected information such as mute video closing, pause, hang-up and the like is also transmitted through the signaling server.
S3, the response center can record the content information of the help after answering or finishing answering, select a plan and directionally dispatch the message to the staff.
Specifically, the dispatching message selects a rabbitmq message queue, so that the reliability of the message is ensured, and the message is pushed in real time through the websocket at the terminal equipment. After the staff have read, the information is not prompted any more, otherwise, unread information is kept on the page, and reliability of task distribution is guaranteed.
S4, when meeting the help seeking event which is difficult to seize, the response center can initiate an emergency meeting by event report, the meeting information is broadcasted by the signaling server, meanwhile, system message push is sent to other invited workers, other workers receive the message push, and the meeting room address in the message is clicked to enter the meeting room. In the emergency meeting, other workers can be invited to participate (system messages are sent to other workers), and text communication and file uploading can be carried out.
And S5, when the staff of the response center finishes the task distribution, the emergency help is defined as ending.
In some embodiments of the present invention, if other users also initiate help during step S2, the help information is broadcast by the signaling server. And the response center receives the help seeking information and pushes the help seeking information in the help seeking queue of the page. The original ongoing call is not interrupted, the staff can choose to continue the current call (without operation) until the call is finished (hung up), or choose to suspend the current call to answer the next call, and answer the current call again after the next call is suspended or connected, and the operations of suspending, hanging up, answering again and the like during the period are transmitted through the signaling server.
In some embodiments of the invention, after the call is connected, the response center can select to close the audio and video according to the environment of the response center, and set the content of the transmitted audio and video to zero, so as to avoid the leakage of internal information, but not influence the transmission of the help information of the other party.
