Abstract
The invention discloses an automatic management system and a method for permission examination and approval, wherein the management system comprises: the authority request acquisition module is used for receiving the authority request information or automatically generating corresponding authority request information according to a set event; the parameter conversion module is used for converting the permission request information acquired by the permission request acquisition module into parameters corresponding to each enterprise internal system; the permission request forwarding module is used for sending the parameters converted by the parameter conversion module to a corresponding enterprise internal system; the enterprise internal system can receive the parameters received by the permission request forwarding module and correspondingly process the permission request. The automatic authority approval management system and method provided by the invention can improve the process approval efficiency, improve the working efficiency and reduce the manpower input.
Description
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of computer software, relates to a permission approval system, and particularly relates to a permission approval automatic management system and method.
Background
The enterprise has a plurality of account types, which belong to different business systems. Each account has a certain authority, and the opening of the authority of the account is an internal function of a certain system and needs to be managed by a specially-assigned person; meanwhile, the account number authority comparison is technical, so that a non-professional person can not understand and correctly apply the account number authority comparison.
In the existing business system, the approval of the account number authority is lack of visualization, and an applicant and an approver do not have a visual approval process; the approval efficiency is not high.

The invention provides an automatic authority approval management system and method, which can improve process approval efficiency, improve working efficiency and reduce labor input.
In order to solve the technical problem, according to one aspect of the present invention, the following technical solutions are adopted:

the authority request acquisition module is used for receiving the authority request information or automatically generating corresponding authority request information according to a set event;

As an implementation mode of the invention, the corresponding authority request information is corresponding to the set event; and when the set event occurs or the set condition is met, automatically generating corresponding permission request information.
As an embodiment of the present invention, the management system further includes:
the examination and approval table setting module is used for setting different examination and approval tables according to the current situations of different internal systems;
the parameter entering control module is used for entering parameters according to the form or/and automatically converting the parameters into the internal system permission opening request for entering the parameters according to the parameter conversion rule set by the platform;
and the result feedback module is used for automatically notifying the applicant of the permission opening result.

and the enterprise internal system is used for receiving the authority data fed back by the authority management platform and setting the authority of the corresponding user in the enterprise internal system.
As an implementation mode of the invention, all internal account authorities are unified in an approval tool, and an entrance is unified so as to be convenient for a user to use.
As an embodiment of the present invention, the rights management platform is used to store all applications and approval data, and meanwhile, all systems inside the enterprise are docked; the authority management selector automatically selects form information in the approval tool and then expands the form information according to requirements.
As an embodiment of the invention, the system further comprises a communication module for interfacing the internal communication of the enterprise to improve the information transfer efficiency.
In an embodiment of the present invention, the approval tool is a configurable approval tool, and can be expanded as needed.

an authority request acquisition step, receiving authority request information, or automatically generating corresponding authority request information according to a set event;

the authority management platform stores an authority list and stores or/and records the approval nodes; for the approved nodes, determining the authority data of the corresponding user in the set enterprise internal system through the authority management selector, and sending the corresponding authority data to the enterprise internal system; and
and the enterprise internal system receives the authority data fed back by the authority management platform, and sets the authority of the corresponding user in the enterprise internal system.
As an embodiment of the present invention, a workflow of a rights management selector in the management method includes:
storing the data into a table when a callback request of an approval tool is received;
then starting an asynchronous thread processing request;
executing the program by taking the minimum authority unit as an object;
modifying the data state to be in execution;
after execution, the data state is modified to be execution success or execution failure.
As an implementation mode of the invention, all internal account authorities are unified in an approval tool, and an entrance is unified so as to be convenient for a user to use.

Preferred embodiments of the present invention will be described in detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings.
For a further understanding of the invention, reference will now be made to the preferred embodiments of the invention by way of example, and it is to be understood that the description is intended to further illustrate features and advantages of the invention, and not to limit the scope of the claims.
The description in this section is for several exemplary embodiments only, and the present invention is not limited only to the scope of the embodiments described. It is within the scope of the present disclosure and protection that the same or similar prior art means and some features of the embodiments may be interchanged.
The term "connected" in the specification includes both direct connection and indirect connection.
The invention discloses an automatic management system for permission examination and approval, and FIG. 1 is a schematic composition diagram of the automatic management system for permission examination and approval in one embodiment of the invention; referring to fig. 1, in an embodiment of the present invention, the management system includes: the authorization request acquiring module 10, the parameter converting module 20, the authorization request forwarding module 30, and at least one enterprise internal system 40 (of course, the enterprise internal system 40 may not be included, and the enterprise internal system 40 is a part other than the management system).
The permission request obtaining module 10 is configured to receive permission request information or automatically generate corresponding permission request information according to a set event. In an embodiment of the present invention, the setting event corresponds to a corresponding permission request message; and when the set event occurs or the set condition is met, automatically generating corresponding permission request information. The parameter conversion module 20 is configured to convert the permission request information obtained by the permission request obtaining module into parameters corresponding to internal systems of each enterprise. The permission request forwarding module 30 is configured to send the parameters converted by the parameter conversion module 20 to the corresponding enterprise internal system. Each enterprise internal system 40 (which may be business software different from the enterprise) is configured to receive the parameters received by the permission request forwarding module, and accordingly process the permission request.
In an embodiment of the present invention, the management system further includes: the system comprises an approval table setting module, a parameter entering control module and a result feedback module. The examination and approval table setting module is used for setting different examination and approval tables according to the current situations of different internal systems; the parameter entering control module is used for entering parameters according to the form or/and automatically converting the parameters into an internal system permission opening request for entering the parameters according to a parameter conversion rule set by the platform; and the result feedback module is used for automatically notifying the applicant of the permission opening result.
The invention discloses an automatic management system for permission examination and approval, and FIG. 2 is a schematic composition diagram of the automatic management system for permission examination and approval in one embodiment of the invention; referring to fig. 2, the management system includes: the system comprises an approval tool 1, a permission management platform 2 and an enterprise internal system 3.
The approval tool 1 is used for an authority requesting user to set authority requesting information; generating an approval node according to the permission request information provided by the user; the approval tool is also used for the permission approval user to approve the permission request information.
In an embodiment of the present invention, the approval tool 1 is configured to generate approval nodes according to a form filled by a user. In one embodiment, all internal account permissions are unified in the approval tool, and one entry is unified for the convenience of the user. In an embodiment, the approval tool is a configurable approval tool, and can be expanded as required.
The authority management platform 2 is connected with the approval tool 1; the authority management platform 2 stores an authority list and stores or/and records the approval nodes; and for the approved nodes, determining the authority data of the corresponding user in the set enterprise internal system through the authority management selector, and sending the corresponding authority data to the enterprise internal system 3.
In an embodiment of the present invention, the rights management platform 2 is configured to store all application and approval data, and meanwhile, allow for docking of each system inside an enterprise; the authority management selector automatically selects form information in the approval tool and then expands the form information according to requirements.
The enterprise internal system 3 is used for receiving the authority data fed back by the authority management platform 2, and setting the authority of the corresponding user in the enterprise internal system 3.
In addition, in an embodiment of the present invention, the system further includes a communication module for interfacing the enterprise internal communication to improve information transfer efficiency.
The invention also discloses a method for automatically managing the permission examination and approval, and FIG. 3 is a flow chart of the method for automatically managing the permission examination and approval in one embodiment of the invention; referring to fig. 3, the management method includes:
step S1, the permission requesting user sets permission requesting information through an approval tool; the approval tool generates an approval node according to the permission request information provided by the user; and the permission approval user approves the permission request information through the approval tool.
Step S2, the authority management platform stores an authority list and stores or/and records the approval nodes; and for the approved nodes, determining the authority data of the corresponding user in the set enterprise internal system through the authority management selector, and sending the corresponding authority data to the enterprise internal system.
Step S3, the enterprise internal system receives the authority data fed back by the authority management platform, and sets the authority of the corresponding user in the enterprise internal system accordingly. Of course, step S3 may not be part of the management method.
FIG. 4 is a flowchart illustrating operation of a rights management selector in accordance with an embodiment of the present invention; referring to fig. 4, in an embodiment of the present invention, a workflow of a rights management selector in the management method includes: storing the data into a table when a callback request of an approval tool is received; then starting an asynchronous thread processing request; executing the program by taking the minimum authority unit as an object; modifying the data state to be in execution; after execution, the data state is modified to be execution success or execution failure.
FIG. 5 is a timing diagram illustrating an automated management method for permission approval according to an embodiment of the present invention; referring to fig. 5, in an embodiment of the present invention, the right approval management manner shown in fig. 5 is adopted.
In conclusion, the automatic management system and method for permission approval provided by the invention can improve the process approval efficiency, improve the working efficiency and reduce the manpower input.
The technical features of the embodiments described above may be arbitrarily combined, and for the sake of brevity, all possible combinations of the technical features in the embodiments described above are not described, but should be considered as being within the scope of the present specification as long as there is no contradiction between the combinations of the technical features.

1. An automated management system for approval of rights, the management system comprising:
the authority request acquisition module is used for receiving the authority request information or automatically generating corresponding authority request information according to a set event;
the parameter conversion module is used for converting the permission request information acquired by the permission request acquisition module into parameters corresponding to each enterprise internal system;
the permission request forwarding module is used for sending the parameters converted by the parameter conversion module to a corresponding enterprise internal system; the corresponding enterprise internal system can receive the parameters received by the permission request forwarding module and correspondingly process the permission request.
2. The automated management system for permission approval of claim 1, wherein:
the management system comprises at least one enterprise internal system, and the enterprise internal system is used for receiving the parameters received by the permission request forwarding module and correspondingly processing the permission request.
3. The automated management system for permission approval of claim 1, wherein:
setting corresponding authority request information corresponding to the event; and when the set event occurs or the set condition is met, automatically generating corresponding permission request information.
4. The automated management system for permission approval of claim 1, wherein:
the management system further comprises:
the examination and approval table setting module is used for setting different examination and approval tables according to the current situations of different internal systems;
the parameter entering control module is used for entering parameters according to the form or/and automatically converting the parameters into the internal system permission opening request for entering the parameters according to the parameter conversion rule set by the platform;

5. An automated management system for approval of rights, the management system comprising:
the approval tool is used for the permission request user to set permission request information; generating an approval node according to the permission request information provided by the user; the approval tool is also used for the permission approval user to approve the permission request information;
the authority management platform is connected with the approval tool; the authority management platform stores an authority list and stores or/and records the approval nodes; for the approved nodes, determining the authority data of the corresponding user in the set enterprise internal system through the authority management selector, and sending the corresponding authority data to the enterprise internal system; and
and the enterprise internal system is used for receiving the authority data fed back by the authority management platform and setting the authority of the corresponding user in the enterprise internal system.
6. The automated management system for permission approval of claim 5, wherein:
all internal account permissions are unified in an approval tool and unified into a set entry so as to be convenient for a user to use;
the authority management platform is used for storing all application and approval data and simultaneously considering all systems in the butt joint enterprise; the authority management selector automatically selects form information in the approval tool and then expands the form information according to requirements;
the system further comprises a communication module used for interfacing the internal communication of the enterprise so as to improve the information transmission efficiency;
the examination and approval tool is a configurable examination and approval tool and can be expanded as required.
7. An automatic management method for authority examination and approval, which is characterized in that the management method comprises the following steps:
an authority request acquisition step, receiving authority request information, or automatically generating corresponding authority request information according to a set event;
a parameter conversion step of converting the permission request information acquired in the permission request acquisition step into parameters corresponding to each enterprise internal system; and
and an authority request forwarding step, namely sending the parameters converted in the parameter conversion step to a corresponding enterprise internal system.
