Fig. 1 is a flowchart illustrating an example of a method for configuring a mail display page according to an embodiment of the present application. As for the execution body of the method embodiment of the present application, it may be a mobile terminal such as a server, a desktop, or a notebook.
As shown in FIG. 1, in step 110, text data in at least one supervisory class is obtained.
Here, the administration class may include various functions, such as administration, inquiry, attention, etc., issued by an administration layer (e.g., stock exchange, certificate authority, etc.). In some examples of embodiments of the present application, in addition to containing the various types of supervision interest files described above, a supervision class may also contain replies to the above-described supervision interest (i.e., supervision reply files), and are within the scope of the present application. Further, the at least one supervisory class may be a corresponding variety of types of occurred supervisory classes that need to be exposed.
In step 120, for each supervision class mail, the target mail label information corresponding to the supervision class mail is determined according to the preset mail label format template and the text data in the supervision class mail. Here, the specific style for the letter label format template may be diversified and should not be particularly limited, and may also be changed accordingly from letter label to letter label.
Note that the mail tag may be used to reflect key information of the mail, and the type of the mail tag may be diversified, and may be set according to a user requirement, for example. In some examples of embodiments of the present application, the correspondence tag format template includes a format template associated with at least one tag of: the version to which the letter belongs, the letter-related company name, the letter-related date, the name of the originating unit, the category of the letter, and the letter reference.
It should be understood that the above listed examples of tag types are merely examples, and that the mail tag may also be used with other types of tags not described herein and are within the scope of the practice of the present application.
In step 130, a display page for presenting the respective supervision classes is configured based on the respective target mail tags.
In an example of the embodiment of the present application, corresponding target mail tag information may be additionally listed in a set area in a display page of an original supervision type mail, so that a user may quickly acquire key information in a mail, such as a mail category, an issuing unit, and the like, through the target mail tag information on the display page. In another example of an embodiment of the present application, each display page is associated with a respective display level of controls (e.g., a primary page control and a secondary page control), and each control has corresponding mail tag information, whereby mail content can be configured in the respective display page level according to the target mail tag information.
In the embodiment of the application, the tag information in different supervision type letters can be determined by utilizing a preset letter format template set, and the corresponding tag information is configured in the display page, so that a user can directly and clearly learn the key content information of the letter through the tag information in the display page.
In some examples of the embodiment of the present application, the mail label format template may be a label regular expression, and corresponding mail label information may be extracted from the mail in a regular expression matching manner. Illustratively, the occurrence of labels in a letter may be regular (e.g., the letter number is often contained in parentheses), and the regular expression to which the label corresponds may be constructed from this rule. Specifically, the target mail label information corresponding to the supervision type mail can be determined according to the matched text data partial information in the supervision type mail based on the label regular expression corresponding to the mail label format template and the text data in the supervision type mail.
Fig. 2 shows a flowchart of an example of configuring a display page with target mail tab information according to an embodiment of the present application.
As shown in FIG. 2, in step 210, statistical information of the supervisory class corresponding to the same target mail tag information is determined in at least one supervisory class. Illustratively, the label information of the target mail can be a company name, and the total number of the mails under the same company name can be obtained through corresponding statistical information; in addition, the label information of the target letter can also be the name of the letter sending unit, and the total number of the letters under the same name of the letter sending unit can be obtained through corresponding statistical information.
In step 220, based on the determined statistical information, a display page is configured for presenting the respective individual administration class. Illustratively, the corresponding statistical information may be presented in a specific area of the display page.
Through the method and the device, the user can learn the statistical information related to the mail label in the display page, and quick decision making of the user is facilitated.
Fig. 3 is a flowchart illustrating an example of a method for configuring a mail display page according to an embodiment of the present application. Here, the administration class may be an administration reply file, i.e., a reply file to the administration layer's mail by a listed company.
As shown in FIG. 3, in step 310, textual data in at least one administration reply file is obtained.
In step 320, for each supervision reply file, the correspondence reply content conforming to the correspondence reply format template is parsed according to the text data in the supervision reply file, and the correspondence question content matching the correspondence reply content is determined. It should be noted that the mail reply format template may be a format template specific to reply in the mail, for example, it may be a regular expression containing the keyword "reply" or "reply", thereby obtaining the corresponding mail question content.
In one example of an embodiment of the present application, a supervision reply file may have both the content of a letter reply and the corresponding content of a letter question. In another example of an embodiment of the present application, only the correspondence reply content may be present in the administration reply file, while the corresponding correspondence question content may be determined in other ways (e.g., from other correspondence).
In step 330, a display page of the administration reply file is configured based on the correspondence reply content and the correspondence question content corresponding to each administration reply file. Illustratively, corresponding mail reply content and mail question content can be configured in a dialog box area in a display page, and the mail question and answer information is shown in a dialog form.
Through the embodiment of the application, the question and answer information related to the supervision incoming letter file and the supervision reply file is visually displayed in the display page, the value information of the letter is more clearly shown, and a user can conveniently and quickly know the supervision content information of a listed company.
FIG. 4 illustrates a flow diagram of one example of determining the content of a mail question that matches the content of a mail reply in accordance with an embodiment of the present application.
It should be noted that, because the reply modes of different listed companies to the supervision request are not fixed, for example, some listed companies may directly refer to the problem in the supervision request, some listed companies may summarize the problem in the supervision request, and other listed companies may directly reply to the supervision request without referring to the problem in the supervision request.
As shown in fig. 4, in step 410, it is detected whether there is question information conforming to a preset question format template in the content of the text data of the supervision reply file. Similar to the "reply format template" mentioned above, the question format template may be a format template specific to the letter for question asking.
If the detection result in step 410 indicates that there is problem information, it jumps to step 420. If the result of the detection in step 410 indicates that no problem information exists, it jumps to step 440.
In step 420, a match rate between the detected question information and the contents of each of the letter questions pre-stored in the letter question database is determined. Illustratively, the questions mentioned in each letter issued by the administration layer may be collated to build a database of letter questions.
Next, in step 430, the correspondence question content that matches the correspondence reply content is determined among the correspondence question contents in the correspondence question database based on the determined respective match rates. Illustratively, if the highest match rate exceeds a set threshold, the letter reply content corresponding to the highest match rate may be determined to be the matching letter question content.
In step 440, the target mail identification information corresponding to the administration reply file is parsed. Here, the mail identification information may represent information that can function to identify the mail, such as a mail name, a company name, a posting date, and the like.
Next, in step 450, a target supervision interest file corresponding to the target mail identification information is determined in the supervision interest file library. It should be understood that each supervision order file in the supervision order file library is respectively configured with corresponding order identification information, and a corresponding target supervision order file can be determined through an identification information matching operation.
In step 460, the question content information in the target supervisory come-letter file is parsed and the parsed question content information is determined to be the letter question content that matches the letter reply content.
In the embodiment of the application, various types of supervision reply documents (such as question content, simplified question content and no question content) are covered, supervision question and answer information corresponding to various replies can be effectively arranged, and the value of information displayed on a mail display page is improved.
Through this application embodiment, can mark the problem and reply in the mail automatically to match problem and reply, saved the complicated process of artifical sign, manual processing screening, and can unify the format of various mails, make the mail use in the reality with a more succinct, directly perceived, the form of concentrating, make things convenient for follow-up operation (for example, independently draw, add business label classification statistics) for the company compliance of selling on the market refers to.
Fig. 5 is a block diagram showing a structure of an example of a mail display page processing apparatus according to an embodiment of the present application.
As shown in FIG. 5, the mail display page processing device 500 includes a mail annotation rule module 510, a mail question automatic annotation module 520, a mail reply automatic annotation module 530, and a company mail integration module 540.
Specifically, the mail labeling rule module 510 may collect all the mails at the supervision layer (e.g., stock exchange, certificate and stock transfer system, etc.), classify all the mails at the supervision layer) according to file name, letter sending unit, and manually identify, so as to sort out the content and format of each classified mail, and sort out a set of labeling rules, that is, the format identification and replacement rules between the content contained in the original mail and the content to be displayed in the processed mail.
FIG. 6 is a diagram illustrating an example of mail being separately exposed in hierarchical sections. As shown in FIG. 6, the mail can be divided into first-level classification sections such as daily supervision, IPO, asset reorganization, re-financing, new three-panel and the like according to the source of the mail and the inquiry business direction. And then, dividing the letters under the primary classification version into secondary classification versions, annual report inquiry functions, attention functions and the like under the letter classification according to the difference of the monitoring layer.
Furthermore, the problem marking rule of the mail can be sorted out by analyzing the detail content of each mail under the secondary classification version, and the problem marking rule is converted into a regular expression for judging the following modules: company name, introduction, text number, letter title, primary title, secondary title, question content, letter unit, concluding language, and format. Here, the exemplary description is made in conjunction with the labeling process for the problem sequence number, and in a case (i.e., a case without the problem sequence number), only the text content, and no text number (× function ×), title (about function), and sequence number appear, are identified and labeled as a problem. In another case (i.e., a case where there are a plurality of question numbers), the contents between the first question number and the second question number all belong to the first question content. Furthermore, problem serial number formats can be sorted, for example, all currently occurring serial number formats are sorted, and when only capitalized Chinese serial numbers exist, capitalized Chinese is the problem serial number; when both capital and small cases exist, the capitalized Chinese serial numbers are identified as first-level titles, and other serial numbers are identified as problem serial numbers; when there are several kinds of Chinese sequence numbers in upper case and lower case, the Chinese sequence number with upper case is identified as the first-class title with less number of words in the field, and the sequence number with more number of words is sorted and labeled according to the problem.
Therefore, the reply annotation rule of the mail can be sorted out by analyzing the detail contents of all the mails under the secondary classification, and the reply annotation rule specifically comprises the following contents: reply date, reply content, comments, units, drop, format (including empty lines, indentation, etc.).
The mail question automatic labeling module 520 can automatically label the mail detail contents according to the mail labeling rules with the following modules: company name, introduction, text number, letter title, primary title, secondary title, question content, letter unit, closing language, and format (including blank lines, indentation, etc.).
Illustratively, the mail-associated company may be determined based on the source of the grab and the name of the mail. And then, the source file can be read as a text, and a corresponding specific markdown label is added to a corresponding module of the text through a regular expression according to a labeling rule corresponding to the type of the current mail, and the label is stored in a database.
The mail reply automatic labeling module 530 can automatically label the mail detail contents according to the mail labeling rules with the following modules: reply date, reply content, comments, units, drop, format (including empty lines, indentation, etc.).
Specifically, the mail association company can be judged according to the capture source and the mail name, the source file is read as a text, and according to the labeling rule corresponding to the current mail type, a corresponding specific markdown label is added to a corresponding text module through a regular expression and stored in a database.
Fig. 7 shows a flowchart of an example of extracting text labels according to an embodiment of the present application.
As shown in fig. 7, in step 710, structured function text is extracted, for example, the corresponding text extraction operation may be performed by using the open source tool Apache Tika.
In step 720, the text is segmented into arrays by line breaks.
In step 730, it is determined that the mail classification matches the corresponding regular expression.
In step 740, the text array is cycled, and the keywords in the corresponding labeling rule are matched and positioned to determine the corresponding markdown tag.
In step 750, the merged text is returned to the markdown page and the text previews to a different tag style.
In step 760, markdown HTML document markup text is extracted, and paragraphs are stored as corresponding modules according to tags.
The integration module 540 of the company mail can integrate the mails of each listed company through the classification of the mail, the associated company, the name of the mail, the date of sending the letter, the date of returning the letter and the unit of sending the letter, and display the main content of the mail in the form of question and answer.
Specifically, a letter may be tied to its associated company, and if a letter is tied to multiple companies, the content between the first company's full name and the second company's full name is the content of the first company. In addition, it can be determined whether problem content exists in the reply source file. If a problem exists in the reply source file, the problem part of the original file content is analyzed, the problem content marked by the mail problem automatic marking module is matched, and the problem content with the highest matching rate is the current problem content. If the reply source file does not have the content of the problem of the incoming letter, the corresponding reply can be found according to the source of the letter. Matching the reply by the letter name, the letter sending date and the associated company of the reply, and further matching the question sequence number and the answer sequence number by analyzing the file content in the reply, wherein the completely matched sequence numbers are corresponding question and answer contents.
Fig. 8 is a diagram illustrating an effect of an example of a mail display page according to an embodiment of the present application. As shown in FIG. 8, the questions and answers in the same period of the supervision layer are displayed in a letter and associated with the listed companies, the letter is displayed in a clear, intuitive and convenient new mode by adopting the question-answer mode, the complex processes of manual identification and manual processing and screening are omitted, screening statistics is conveniently checked and checked for the reference of a user, a novel letter display mode is realized, and the user can quickly and clearly obtain the key information in the letter.
