2) after the coating is finished, the air pump (26) can be started to be matched with the electric heating sheet (25), hot air is blown to the coating plate (10) through the air outlet hole (24) to accelerate the condensation of the coating, the first hydraulic rod (7) is reset after the operation is finished, meanwhile, the baffle (21) is automatically lowered and restored, then, external water flow can be introduced into an area, combined with the coating plate (10), in the experiment groove (2) through the suction pump (30) and the drain pipe (31), and then the second hydraulic rod (27) is started to drive the pressurizing block (29) to be pressed downwards, so that the internal water pressure is gradually increased to test the waterproof performance of the coating;
3) when the waterproof performance is poor, water flow leaks out through gaps among the coating plates (10) and drops onto the test paper (34) of the drawing disc (33), and then anhydrous copper sulfate on the test paper (34) and water generate a color change reaction to form color difference, otherwise, the test paper (34) has no color change, and the waterproof effect is good.
