Detailed Description
Reference will now be made in detail to embodiments of the present invention, examples of which are illustrated in the accompanying drawings, wherein like or similar reference numerals refer to the same or similar elements or elements having the same or similar function throughout. The embodiments described below with reference to the accompanying drawings are illustrative only for the purpose of explaining the present invention, and are not to be construed as limiting the present invention.
The water tank 100 of the air conditioner 1000 and the air conditioner 1000 according to the embodiment of the present invention are described below with reference to the accompanying drawings. The air conditioner 1000 further includes a base plate 200, the water tank 100 is disposed on the base plate 200, the condensed water generated from the evaporator flows to the base plate 200 and then flows from the base plate 200 to the water tank 100, and the condensed water stored in the water tank 100 may be used to clean a filter brush of the air conditioner 1000. Of course, the condensed water stored in the water tank 100 may be used for other purposes, and the use of the condensed water is not limited too much.
As shown in fig. 1 to 3, the water tank 100 of the air conditioner 1000 according to the embodiment of the present invention includes a water tank body 110, a water storage space 111 is provided in the water tank body 110, a water inlet portion 112 communicated with the water storage space 111 is provided on the water tank body 110, a water outlet channel 113 is further provided on the water tank body 110, the water outlet channel 113 is communicated with the water storage space 111, and a water guiding rib 114 is provided on at least one inner wall of the water outlet channel 113.
It can be understood that when there is condensed water on the base plate 200, the condensed water may be guided to the water inlet portion 112 on the tank body 110, for example, the condensed water on the base plate 200 may be guided to the water inlet portion 112 by using a water pump, the condensed water enters the water storage space 111 through the water inlet portion 112, the water storage space 111 may store the condensed water, and the condensed water stored in the water storage space 111 may be used to clean a brush of a filter screen of the air conditioner 1000, for example. The water storage space 111 stores a certain amount of water, for example, water can be discharged from the water outlet channel 113 after the water is full (for example, water can be discharged from the water outlet channel 113 when an overflow phenomenon occurs). Wherein the drained condensed water can be returned to the base pan 200 again. It will of course be appreciated that the drained condensation water may also be drained to other locations, such as directly to the outside.
Referring to fig. 3, the water outlet channel 113 may have an inner wall provided with the diversion rib 114, the water outlet channel 113 may also have a plurality of inner walls provided with the diversion ribs 114, here, the diversion ribs 114 may be rib structures protruding from the inner wall of the water outlet channel 113, when water in the water storage space 111 enters the water outlet channel 113, condensed water flows out of the water outlet channel 113 from the inner wall of the water outlet channel 113 along the diversion ribs 114, thereby preventing the condensed water from directly flowing down away from the inner wall of the water outlet channel 113 and colliding with a water receiving part (e.g., the chassis 200) corresponding to the water outlet channel 113 and generating noise in the flowing process. Furthermore, when the condensed water flows along the water guiding rib 114, the condensed water may rub against the water guiding rib 114, and further the flow velocity is reduced, thereby being beneficial to reducing the noise of the condensed water flowing in the water outlet channel 113, and also reducing the noise of the condensed water colliding with the water receiving component (such as the chassis 200).
Among the correlation technique, the outlet of water tank is the smooth structure of inner wall, and when the water tank inflow was great, the displacement of outlet was corresponding increased, and at this moment, the more each inner wall of edge of comdenstion water flows down, breaks away from the inner wall even and directly lets out from downthehole, and at this moment, the velocity of flow of comdenstion water is very fast, can produce the noise with the collision of water receiving part, influences the quality of air conditioner, and the user is in the noise environment for a long time moreover, influences healthyly.
In the water tank 100 of the air conditioner 1000 according to the embodiment of the present invention, the diversion rib 114 is disposed on at least one inner wall of the water outlet channel 113, so that the condensed water can flow out of the water outlet channel 113 from the inner wall of the water outlet channel 113 along the diversion rib 114, and therefore, the condensed water can be prevented from directly flowing down away from the inner wall of the water outlet channel 113 in the flowing process and colliding with a water receiving component (e.g., the chassis 200) corresponding to the water outlet channel 113 to generate noise. Thereby improving the product quality of the air conditioner 1000 and ensuring the physical health of the user.
In some embodiments of the present invention, as shown in fig. 3-5, the inner wall of the water outlet channel 113 is provided with a stop protrusion 11321 to reduce the water flow impact. The stopping protrusion 11321 may be formed by an inner wall of the water outlet channel 113 protruding inward toward another inner wall of the water outlet channel 113, and thus when the condensed water flows down, at least a portion of the condensed water may fall onto the stopping protrusion 11321, then flow down from the stopping protrusion 11321, and then flow out of the water outlet channel 113, and the stopping protrusion 11321 may reduce a fall of at least a portion of the condensed water, thereby reducing an impact force of the at least a portion of the condensed water colliding with the water receiving component (e.g., the chassis 200), and also may reduce a speed of the at least a portion of the condensed water flowing down, thereby reducing a noise of the collision between the condensed water and the water receiving component (e.g., the chassis 200.
Referring to fig. 3 to 5, according to some embodiments of the present invention, the water guiding rib 114 includes a first guiding rib 1141 disposed on the top wall of the stopping protrusion 11321, and the first guiding rib 1141 guides the water flow downward, so that the condensed water can flow to the water outlet end of the water outlet channel 113 along the first guiding rib 1141 after flowing to the stopping protrusion 11321, and the first guiding rib 1141 can perform a drainage function, so as to prevent the condensed water from colliding with each other on the stopping protrusion 11321 without a flow path and generating noise, and also reduce the flow speed of the condensed water on the stopping protrusion 11321, thereby further reducing the noise. It is also possible to prevent condensed water from accumulating on the top of the stopper boss 11321.
In some embodiments of the present invention, as shown in fig. 3-5, the outlet channel 113 includes a first channel 1131 and a second channel 1132, in the flowing direction of the water flow, the first channel 1131 is located upstream of the second channel 1132, at least one inner wall of the first channel 1131 extends obliquely inward in a direction toward the second channel 1132, so that when the condensed water flows out, the condensed water enters the water inlet end of the outlet channel 113 from the water storage space 111, flows to the first channel 1131 from the water inlet end of the outlet channel 113, in the first channel 1131, at least part of the condensed water can flow down along the obliquely extending inner wall surface, flows to the second channel 1132, and flows out of the outlet channel 113 from the second channel 1132, wherein the obliquely extending inner wall surface of the first channel 1131 can reduce the fall of at least part of the condensed water, thereby reducing the impact force of at least part of the condensed water colliding with the water receiving component (such as the chassis 200), the velocity of at least a portion of the condensed water flowing down the water may also be reduced, thereby reducing the noise of the condensed water impinging on the water receiving component (e.g., the chassis 200).
In some specific examples, as shown in fig. 3, the stopping protrusion 11321 may be formed in the second channel 1132, and an inclined inner wall surface of the first channel 1131 is connected to an inner wall surface where the protrusion stopping portion of the second channel 1132 is located, the condensed water enters the water inlet end of the water outlet channel 113 from the water storage space 111, flows from the water inlet end of the water outlet channel 113 to the first channel 1131, at least a portion of the condensed water may flow down along the inclined inner wall surface in the first channel 1131 and flow to the second channel 1132, in the second channel 1132, at least a portion of the condensed water may fall onto the stopping protrusion 11321 first, the condensed water flowing onto the stopping protrusion 11321 may flow along the first guiding rib 1141 to the water outlet end of the water outlet channel 113, where a second guiding rib 1142 may be provided on a portion of the water outlet channel 113 between the first guiding rib 1141 and the water outlet end of the water outlet channel 113, and the condensed water may flow out of the water outlet channel 113 along the second guiding rib 1142, of course, the second guiding rib 1142 may be disposed on the other wall surface in the first channel 1131, except for the inclined inner wall surface, and the second guiding rib 1142 may be disposed on the other wall surface in the second channel 1132, except for the inner wall surface on which the protrusion stopper is disposed. Any one or combination of the above arrangements can reduce the velocity of at least part of the condensed water flowing down, thereby reducing the noise of the condensed water colliding with the water receiving part (e.g., the chassis 200).
As a possible case, as shown in fig. 4 to 5, when the amount of the condensed water entering the outlet channel 113 from the water storage space 111 is small, the condensed water is concentrated on the portion of the outlet channel 113 close to the water storage space 111, that is, the region a in fig. 5, and when the amount of the condensed water entering the outlet channel 113 from the water storage space 111 is large, the condensed water spreads to the portion outside the region a and spreads to the region B, so that the condensed water preferentially flows down from the side wall of the outlet channel 113 close to the water storage space 111 and the side wall having the stopper protrusion 11321 when entering the outlet channel from the water storage space 111, and the side wall close to the water storage space 111 and the side wall having the stopper protrusion 11321 may be provided with the water guide ribs 114.
With reference to fig. 6-7, according to some embodiments of the present invention, a plurality of water-guiding ribs 114 are disposed on each inner wall of the water outlet channel 113, so that the drainage effect of the water-guiding ribs 114 can be further enhanced, so that as much condensed water as possible flows down along the water-guiding ribs 114 instead of directly leaking from the water outlet channel 113, and the friction between the water-guiding ribs 114 and the water flow can be increased, and the water flow speed can be reduced, thereby reducing the noise caused by the collision between the condensed water and the water receiving member (e.g., the chassis 200).
In some embodiments of the present invention, the distance between adjacent water-guiding ribs 114 is not greater than 4mm, so that the condensed water can be guided as much as possible, and the distance between adjacent water-guiding ribs 114 is reasonable, thereby preventing noise generated by collision between multiple strands of condensed water between adjacent water-guiding ribs 114.
According to some embodiments of the present invention, as shown in fig. 3, the first plane F1 where the water inlet end of the water outlet channel 113 is located is lower than the second plane F2 where the water outlet end of the water inlet portion 112 is located. It can be understood that the condensed water flows from the water outlet end of the water inlet portion 112 to the water storage space 111, the plane of the water outlet end of the water inlet portion 112 is the second plane F2, and the condensed water can flow from the water inlet portion 112 to the water storage space 111 without passing through the second plane F2; the condensed water flows from the water storage space 111 to the water outlet channel 113, the plane where the water inlet end of the water outlet channel 113 is located is the first plane F1, and the condensed water can flow from the water storage space 111 to the water outlet channel 113 without passing through the first plane F1. The first plane F1 is lower than the second plane F2, so that after the water storage space 111 is full of water, the excessive condensed water overflows from the water outlet channel 113, then the water part 112 flows the condensed water into the water storage space 111, and the overflow of the condensed water is facilitated, so that the situation that the water storage space 111 is full of water and overflows all around can be avoided.
Further, the height difference between the first plane F1 and the second plane F2 is not less than 3mm, so that the first plane F1 is lower than the second plane F2 by a sufficient distance, the water in the water storage space 111 can be smoothly discharged from the water outlet channel 113 after being full, and the water in the water storage space 111 can be prevented from overflowing.
In some embodiments of the present invention, the minimum opening cross-sectional area of the water inlet portion 112 is smaller than the opening cross-sectional area of the water outlet channel 113, so that the water outlet amount of the water outlet channel 113 can be larger than the water inlet amount of the water inlet portion 112 after the water storage space 111 is full, and the water storage space 111 can also be prevented from overflowing.
In some embodiments of the present invention, as shown in fig. 4, the bottom wall of the tank body 110 is provided with a drain outlet 115, it can be understood that the drain outlet 115 can be opened or closed, when the tank body 110 needs to store water, the drain outlet 115 is closed, and the condensed water is stored in the water storage space 111; when the condensed water in the water storage space 111 is polluted by using the condensed water, the drain outlet 115 can be opened to drain the polluted condensed water out of the drain outlet 115.
The air conditioner 1000 according to an embodiment of the present invention includes a base chassis 200 and a water tank 100, the water tank 100 being the water tank 100 according to the above, the water tank 100 being provided on the base chassis 200. The condensed water generated from the evaporator flows toward the base pan 200 and then flows from the base pan 200 toward the water tank 100, and the condensed water stored in the water tank 100 can wash the filter brush of the air conditioner 1000. Of course, the condensed water stored in the water tank 100 may be used for other purposes, and the use of the condensed water is not limited too much.
According to the air conditioner 1000 of the embodiment of the invention, the diversion rib 114 is arranged on at least one inner wall of the water outlet channel 113, so that the condensed water can flow out of the water outlet channel 113 from the inner wall of the water outlet channel 113 along the diversion rib 114, and therefore, the condensed water can be prevented from directly flowing down away from the inner wall of the water outlet channel 113 and colliding with a water receiving part (such as the chassis 200) corresponding to the water outlet channel 113 to generate noise in the flowing process. Thereby improving the product quality of the air conditioner 1000 and ensuring the physical health of the user.
As shown in fig. 8-9, the base 200 may include a base body 210 and a guiding rib 220, wherein the water tank 100 is adapted to be disposed on the base body 210, the base body 210 has a water receiving area 211 opposite to the water outlet end of the water outlet channel 113, the water receiving area 211 has a water receiving bottom wall 2111 and a water receiving side wall 2112 disposed around the water receiving bottom wall 2111; the guide rib 220 is arranged in the water receiving area 211, and the guide rib 220 is arranged on the water receiving side wall 2112.
It can be understood that the water receiving area 211 may be configured to receive condensed water flowing out from the water outlet channel 113 of the water tank 100, the water receiving bottom wall 2111 is configured to receive the condensed water, and the water receiving sidewall 2112 may enclose and block the condensed water so that a portion of the condensed water is retained in the water receiving area 211, in some specific examples, an opening is provided on the water receiving sidewall 2112, and the condensed water may flow out of the water receiving area 211 through the opening. The water receiving side walls 2112 may also provide support for the guide ribs 220.
When the condensed water flows down from the water outlet channel 113 of the water tank 100, more condensed water flows down along the inner side wall of the water outlet channel 113, the water receiving side wall 2112 is closer to the inner side wall of the water outlet channel 113, the guiding rib 220 arranged on the water receiving side wall 2112 can effectively decompose the flowing condensed water, and the formation of a puddle on the water receiving bottom wall 2111 is reduced; the guiding ribs 220 can also guide the condensed water more efficiently, the guiding ribs 220 guide the condensed water to reduce noise caused by collision between the condensed water and a puddle on the water receiving bottom wall 2111, and the puddle on the water receiving bottom wall 2111 is formed by that the condensed water is not discharged in time when flowing down; moreover, in the process that the condensate water flows down along the guide rib 220, the condensate water rubs with the guide rib 220, and then the speed of the condensate water flowing down can be reduced, so that the noise of the condensate water falling on the water receiving bottom wall 2111 can be further reduced. Thereby improving the product quality of the air conditioner 1000 and ensuring the physical health of the user.
According to some embodiments of the invention, referring to fig. 9, the chassis 200 further comprises a plurality of splash posts 230, the plurality of splash posts 230 being spaced apart on the water receiving bottom wall 2111. It can be appreciated that the splashproof post 230 can be for protruding the columnar structure of receiving water diapire 2111, and the splashproof post 230 can provide the buffering for the comdenstion water that flows to receiving water region 211, makes the comdenstion water fall on the splashproof post 230 earlier, then flows to receiving water diapire 2111 from the splashproof post 230, for example can flow down along the splashproof post 230, flow on receiving water diapire 2111, from this, can reduce the comdenstion water and the puddle striking on receiving water diapire 2111 and the noise that sends. A plurality of splashproof posts 230 interval sets up on water receiving diapire 2111 and can provide the buffering for more comdenstion water, further reduces the comdenstion water and the puddle striking on the water receiving diapire 2111 and the noise that sends.
With reference to fig. 9, in some embodiments of the present invention, the distance between each adjacent two of the splatter columns 230 is less than or equal to 4mm, where the distance between each adjacent two of the splatter columns 230 is less than or equal to 4mm is understood as the distance between each adjacent two of the splatter columns 230 is less than or equal to 4mm in the left-right direction; it can also be understood that, in the front-back direction, the distance between every two adjacent splash posts 230 is less than or equal to 4 mm; it is also understood that the two adjacent splashboards 230 are spaced apart by a distance of 4mm or less in both the left-right and front-rear directions. Based on a large number of experiments performed by the inventor, most of condensed water drops flowing down from the water outlet channel 113 of the water tank 100 are larger than 4mm, and the spacing distance between every two adjacent splash posts 230 is smaller than or equal to 4mm, so that the condensed water drops flowing down from the water outlet channel 113 of the water tank 100 can be buffered by the splash posts 230, and then the probability of collision between the water drops and a puddle on the water receiving bottom wall 2111 can be reduced, and the noise can be reduced.
As shown in fig. 11-12, according to some embodiments of the present invention, the height of the splash post 230 may be greater than 2mm, and it is understood that after the bottom wall 2111 receives water for a period of time, the bottom wall 2111 will form a puddle, and the puddle will have a depth, and the height of the splash post 230 being greater than 2mm may cause the height of the splash post 230 to be greater than the depth of the puddle, so that condensed water may first contact the splash post 230 and then flow along the splash post 230 toward the puddle when flowing from the tank 100 to the bottom wall 2111, and further, noise caused by the condensed water directly contacting the puddle may be avoided.
In some embodiments of the present invention, referring to fig. 8 and 10, a water storage region 212 is disposed on the chassis body 210, the water storage region 212 may be formed in a water tank structure, or may be in another structure capable of storing condensed water, the condensed water generated by the evaporator of the air conditioner 1000 may flow into the water storage region 212, the condensed water flows into the water storage region 212, and the water in the water tank 100 overflows from the water outlet channel 113 and flows into the water receiving region 211 after the water in the water tank 100 is full. The chassis 200 further comprises outer water guide ribs 240 spaced apart to define a water passage 241, one end of the water passage 241 is communicated with the water receiving region 211, and the other end of the water passage 241 is communicated with the water storage region 212. Thus, the condensed water in the water receiving region 211 returns to the water storage region 212 through the water passage 241, and a circulating flow of the condensed water is formed. The arrangement of the outer water guide ribs 240 can facilitate the formation of the water passing channel 241, and provide guidance for the condensed water, so that the condensed water can flow along the outer water guide ribs 240, and the condensed water can be prevented from flowing in a non-directional manner and colliding with each other to make a sound.
In some specific examples, in conjunction with fig. 10, the outer water guiding ribs 240 on each side of the water passing channel 241 may be discontinuous, thereby avoiding other structures on the bottom plate 200, and the outer water guiding ribs 240 may cooperate with other structures to confine the condensed water in the water passing channel 241. When there is no interference of other structures on the chassis 200, the outer water guide ribs 240 on each side of the water passage 241 may extend continuously.
As shown in fig. 11 and 13, according to some embodiments of the present invention, the height H of the outer water guiding rib 240 is greater than 6mm, so that the water flow can be effectively limited in the water passing channel 241, and the problem that the condensed water overflows the water passing channel 241 and flows to other parts of the chassis 200, which causes water damage to other parts on the chassis 200, can be avoided as much as possible.
In some embodiments of the present invention, referring to fig. 8 and 10, the chassis 200 further includes at least one water diversion rib 250, the water diversion rib 250 is located in the water passage 241 to divide the water passage 241 into a plurality of sub-runners 251, and each sub-runner 251 is respectively communicated with the water receiving area 211 and the water storage area 212. It can be understood that the water passing channel 241 defined only by the outer water guide ribs 240 is wide, multiple strands of condensed water in the water passing channel 241 can collide with each other to make a sound, meanwhile, circuitous vortexes can occur when water flows in the wide water passing channel 241 to generate bubbles, and flowing water sounds like "cheer" and "cheer" can be generated along with the bubbles breaking, after the water passing channel 241 is divided into multiple sub-channels 251, the condensed water can be dispersed, so that the multiple strands of condensed water respectively flow down from different sub-channels 251, the water distribution ribs 250 can provide guidance for the condensed water, so that the condensed water can flow from the water receiving area 211 to the water storage area 212 along the water distribution ribs 250, noise generated by the multiple strands of condensed water colliding with each other can be avoided, and meanwhile, the multiple strands of condensed water can also be prevented from having circuit.
According to some embodiments of the invention, as shown in fig. 11 and 13, the height h of the water diversion rib 250 is 1.5-3 mm, so that the water diversion rib 250 can play a good role in dispersing water flow.
