Abstract

Background
For a rear-drive new energy automobile, the speed reducer of an integral rear axle adopted by a fuel oil automobile has a small speed ratio, and the requirement of large speed ratio speed reduction of a high-speed motor of a new energy automobile type cannot be met. According to the characteristics of gear transmission, in order to increase the speed ratio, the conventional method is to change the original bevel gear reducer into a two-stage speed-reducing cylindrical helical gear or a compound gear train speed reducer with a planetary gear, wherein the two-stage speed-reducing cylindrical helical gear speed reducer is most widely applied. However, the speed reducer shell is divided into an integral speed reducer shell and a split speed reducer shell, and the tolerance of the split speed reducer shell during assembly of the two shells is increased, so that the accumulated tolerance of gear assembly positioning is increased, and the gear meshing noise is more difficult to control; the reducer with the integrated shell is characterized in that the middle gear shaft and the large gear on the gear shaft need to be pressed in the shell, so that a flat key or a spline which is convenient to assemble is mostly adopted for matching the middle gear shaft and the large gear, but the flat key and the spline are standardized, a gap is certainly reserved at the matching position in a matching mode, the gap can generate impact abnormal sound, and the comfort of consumers is seriously reduced. the middle transmission assembly comprises a transmission shaft, and a first driven gear and a second driving gear which are arranged on the transmission shaft, the first driven gear is meshed with the first driving gear, the second driving gear and the transmission shaft are integrally formed, the transmission shaft is provided with spiral spline teeth, the center of the first driven gear is provided with a spline hole, the side wall of the spline hole is provided with key tooth grooves which are in one-to-one correspondence with the spiral spline teeth, and the spiral spline teeth are in gapless fit with the key tooth grooves;
the differential includes a second driven gear that meshes with the second drive gear.
Preferably, the transmission shaft is provided with shoulders on two sides of the helical spline teeth, the first driven gear is provided with mounting holes on two sides of the spline hole, and the shoulders are in interference fit with the mounting holes.
Preferably, the mounting holes include a first mounting hole and a second mounting hole, and a diameter of the first mounting hole is larger than a diameter of the second mounting hole.
Preferably, the helical spline teeth and the spline holes are centered with the ruler side.
Preferably, the pressure angle of the helical spline teeth is 25 to 50 degrees, and the helix angle of the helical spline teeth is 25 to 35 minutes.
Preferably, a motor connecting flange is arranged on the speed reducer shell, and the speed reducer shell is connected with the driving motor through the motor connecting flange.

As shown in fig. 1 to 5, a rear axle reducer for a new energy vehicle according to a preferred embodiment of the present invention includes a reducer casing 2 fixed on an axle housing 1, and a power assembly 3, an intermediate transmission assembly 4 and a differential 5 arranged in the reducer casing 2, wherein the reducer casing 2 is an integral casing;
the power assembly 3 includes an input shaft 31, a first driving gear 32 is disposed on the input shaft 31, the first driving gear 32 and the input shaft 31 are integrally formed, and one end of the input shaft 31 extends out of the reducer housing 2 for connecting a driving motor (not shown in the figure);
the intermediate transmission assembly 4 comprises a transmission shaft 41, and a first driven gear 42 and a second driving gear 43 which are arranged on the transmission shaft 41, wherein the first driven gear 42 is engaged with the first driving gear 32, the second driving gear 43 is integrally formed with the transmission shaft 41, the transmission shaft 41 is provided with spiral spline teeth 44, the center of the first driven gear 42 is provided with a spline hole 45, the side wall of the spline hole 45 is provided with key tooth grooves 46 which are in one-to-one correspondence with the spiral spline teeth 44, and the spiral spline teeth 44 are in gapless fit with the key tooth grooves 46;

The input shaft 31 and the transmission shaft 41 are rotatably connected by a bearing provided inside the speed reducer housing 2.
According to the new energy vehicle rear axle speed reducer based on the technical characteristics, the speed reducer shell 2 is an integral shell, so that the defect of noise caused by gear meshing due to a split shell is overcome; meanwhile, the spiral spline teeth 44 are arranged on the transmission shaft 41, the spline hole 45 is formed in the center of the first driven gear 42, the spline tooth grooves 46 which correspond to the spiral spline teeth 44 one by one are formed in the spline hole 45, and the spiral spline teeth 44 are in zero-clearance fit with the spline tooth grooves 46, so that abnormal noise generated by a connection gap between standard spline connections is avoided, the problem that impact abnormal noise is generated by a speed reducer is solved, and the comfort level of a user is guaranteed. The invention has good use effect and is easy to popularize and use.
In this embodiment, shaft shoulders 47 are respectively arranged on the two sides of the spiral spline teeth 44 on the transmission shaft 41, mounting holes are respectively arranged on the two sides of the spline hole 45 of the first driven gear 42, and the shaft shoulders 47 are in interference fit with the mounting holes. Through adopting spline zero clearance fit, can solve the impact abnormal sound problem that the spline clearance leads to, but can face another problem because the assembly required precision of gear is very high, fixes a position the gear through the spline and can not reach the assembly requirement, can cause the big scheduling problem of gear engagement noise, and through setting up shoulder 47 with mounting hole interference fit fixes a position, can guarantee the assembly precision of gear, avoids the big problem of gear engagement noise. Meanwhile, in order to facilitate the installation between the transmission shaft 41 and the first driven gear 42, the installation hole includes a first installation hole 48 and a second installation hole 49, and the diameter of the first installation hole 48 is larger than that of the second installation hole 49. When in installation, the first installation hole 48 is penetrated, so that the installation is convenient.
In the present embodiment, the spline is of a non-standard design, and the pressure angle of the helical spline teeth 44 is 25 to 50 degrees, preferably 30, 37.5 or 45 degrees; the helical angle of the helical spline teeth 44 is 25 to 35 minutes, preferably 30 minutes.
