The construction method comprises the steps of excavating tunnels, constructing primary supports on surrounding rocks, processing base planes and the like. Technical Field

Background
Abundant resources such as water conservancy, forests, mineral products and the like are distributed in a wide cold region of China. In order to effectively develop and utilize resources, the transportation requirement of a cold region is more vigorous, and tunnel engineering becomes one of important means for passing mountains and mountains of a transportation line of the cold region. The water in the surrounding rock permeates the primary support and enters the waterproof board, flows into the drainage ditch of the tunnel through the waterproof board and is discharged out of the tunnel. Under the influence of various factors, water is retained in the waterproof board, and under the condition that the local air temperature is low, the water is frozen into ice, the volume is increased by about 1/9, frost heaving force is generated, and a primary support and a secondary lining are extruded, so that the primary support and the secondary lining bear high pressure, cracks, leakage, ice hanging and other diseases occur, the tunnel service level is obviously reduced, and the driving safety is threatened.
The root cause of frost heaving damage of the tunnel is frost heaving force generated by freezing water in surrounding rocks and a supporting structure into ice. The function of the waterproof board is improved by adopting reasonable materials, structures and construction modes, the influence of frost heaving force on primary support and secondary lining is reduced, and the method has great practical significance.

Aiming at the defects in the prior art, the invention provides the drainage plate for reducing the frost heaving force of the tunnel in the cold region and the construction method thereof, which can solve the problem that the structure is damaged due to frost heaving easily occurring in the lining of the tunnel in the prior art.

The invention also provides a construction method of the anti-drainage plate for reducing the frost heaving force of the tunnel in the cold region, which comprises the following steps:
s1, excavating a tunnel, constructing primary support on surrounding rocks and carrying out base surface treatment;
s2, moving the waterproof board paving and hanging trolley to a set position, and paving the waterproof and drainage boards;
s3, erecting and installing a secondary lining template on the inner side of the waterproof board, and then pouring a secondary lining;
and S4, after the pouring is finished, performing maintenance work to finish the installation of the combined waterproof structure.
The invention provides the drainage preventing plate for reducing the frost heaving force of the tunnel in the cold region and the construction method thereof, and the drainage preventing plate has the main beneficial effects that:
under the environment condition of low air temperature, water in the anti-drainage plate provided by the invention is frozen into ice, the volume of the anti-drainage plate expands by about 1/9 towards the periphery, and frost heaving force is generated to extrude the surrounding structure. When the local air temperature is reduced again, the water in the drainage part is frozen again, and the bearing part and the gap are squeezed. The invention discloses a drainage-preventing plate for reducing frost heaving force of a tunnel in a cold region, which comprises a plurality of waterproof parts 5, wherein the waterproof parts 5 are provided with drainage parts 4 at intervals, and as shown in figure 2, bearing parts 3 are arranged at intervals on the waterproof parts 5 at positions among the drainage parts 4.
The water discharging part 4 is a groove-shaped structure which is parallel to each other, the bottom surface of the water discharging part 4 is parallel to the secondary lining 6, and the water discharging part 4 is annularly arranged along the tunnel.
The waterproof part 5 is a layered structure, the bottom surface of the waterproof part 5 is attached to the secondary lining 6, the upper side of the waterproof part 5 is parallel to the bottom surface of the drainage part 4, and the cross section of the waterproof part 5 has the same shape.
The bearing parts 3 are of a plurality of solid columnar structures which are parallel to each other, the width of the bearing parts 3 is the same as the interval of the waterproof parts 5, and the upper ends of the bearing parts 3 are abutted to the primary supports 1.
Specifically, the longitudinal section of the drain portion 4 is rectangular. The waterproof section 5 located between the drain sections 4 is also rectangular in longitudinal section.
